"Nice Location...Terrible Service!"
I can not recommend this hotel. A week prior to our visit I called and asked for help with restaurant selections. They assured me they would get back to me with some suggestions and then no call. During our stay the housekeeping service was terrible. They knocked on our door at 8am on Saturday wanting to clean the room. We asked them to come back later. […] When we left at 11am we put the please service room sign on the door. At 4 pm our room had not been serviced. I called and asked for help and was informed that the cleaning crew left at 3pm. Finally the house keeping manager agreed to clean the room but at the rates they charge, a guest shouldn't have to beg for reasonable service. I will never stay there again. Lesa meira
"I guess I had my expectations set to high"
This is a very utilitarian hotel, but based on the rave reviews here at Hotels.com I guess I expected more for the price. The highly touted breakfast was "okay" but certainly not the spectacular offering I had been expecting. Would I recommend to others? I wish there was an "undecided" option. All I can say is that the next time I go to Fredricksburg […] I'll probably choose another hotel. Lesa meira

Great hotel! Rooms were awesome. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Had a great time. Wasn't as close to all the downtown area like I had thought. But, not bad!

the hotel is ideally situated for Fredericksburg, a Germanic oriented town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast fairly standard fare, toast, juice, fruit, eggs and sausages etc. Overlooks the creek, really pleasant to sit in the grounds. Situated walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Museum of the Pacific War (well worth a visit). Germanic […] Fredericksburg is equipped with its own brewery and brew pub and numerous wineries.. This is a great place to stay if you are en route to San Antonio airport, as its only about 70 miles away. Lesa meira

We had a wonderful time staying at the Inn on Baron's Creek. We will definitely consider this hotel for future visits to Fredericksburg. Thank you for your friendly staff and wonderful hospitality!

The hotel staff was great, breakfast was good and room was very comfortable. Be nice to have larger, flat screen TV's, but we didn't go there to watch so not that big a deal.

This was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent. The pool was extremely clean and great. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included; it was a full breakfast with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed a stay. The only things I wanted to use was the spa but it was closed on Monday.

We enjoyed our stay of two nights. The room was comfortable and clean. We didn't have a creek view, but that was okay for us. The room was quiet at night and that was most important to us. I wish the breakfast had a little more variety, but all in all, it was fine.

It was an awesome place to stay. was able to walk everywhere. almost like staying in durango colorado.wish they hadnt banned the fireworks due to the heat. great surrounding restraunts. pool was kept clean along with the grounds. will be back again. very reasonable rate for the amenities.

"Charming"
Nice, friendly staff, lovely rooms, too bad we only stayed one night. Very practical with sliding doors to the bedroom. Will definitely be back.

We left after a great IOBC breakfast and when we returned at 1:00pm, my young boy's stuffed bear was tucked in one of the beds, nice and tidy. he was delighted. Room was cleaned, looking great. dp

Very nice room and rate for the suite! We enjoyed the sunny pool, plenty of towels (for swimming and bathing), kitchenette, and great coffee! We got all the TV networks we were looking for and used the WIFI as well. The breakfast choices were just right, and we were able to get food close by and bring it back to our hotel for dinner.
