My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He had a conference nearby and it was a perfect location. The staff were helpful, David checked us in and he was very polite and professional. The room was great and I enjoyed an afternoon by the pool! The shopping center right across the street was very convenient also!

I was in town for my daughter to have surgery, the staff at this Hotel went out of their way to help and make us comfortable. Right by the Interstate, grocery store and Mall, will definitely stay on our return trip.

It wasn't bad. I enjoyed the breakfast. I loved the location of the hotel! Several food options super close, including Olive Garden. Its a very nice area.

I booked through Hotels.com for a four night stay. I have stayed here before. I booked a 2-room suite, I got a 1 room standard and the hotel claimed that they were full up for all four days and could not move me to the proper room. BUT, there were only a dozen or so people at breakfast each day and the maids talked about the vacancies. Speaking of maids, […] terrible! My room got cleaned ONCE in four days and the front desk's response was "sorry, here's some towels". Room dirty, not cleaned, breakfast terrible and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hotels.com is giving me a refund of the room difference and a coupon so I thank them for that. This hotel has gone downhill F A S T ! Beware! Lesa meira

Our stay was fine. One front desk clerk was not really nice but the one that checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The ladies that did breakfast went above and beyond. Loved the location.

We had the one bedroom suite which is a great choice for families. Location convenient of interstate and lots of restaurant choices. The Internet service was spotty and slow. Great Value! Clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is the best I have seen in a hotel of this class - omelets, french toast, hard boiled eggs, herbal teas, hot waffles, along with the normal fare - juices, fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, cereal, etc.; and to top it off, no disposable plates and cutlery! An excellent stay.

For value to price this was an excellent hotel. I knew it was right off the freeway but the noise level was low. Clean neat room with a comfy bed and great pillows. Yummy choices for free breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely come back again.

You cannot get a good nites sleep when you do not have 'Good" "PILLOWS. The hotel said they did not have anymoe pillows. They would have been the same as rocks.......................

Our room was nice and clean, and it smelled so fresh! The bedding felt fresh and clean. No complaints. The breakfast area had stoneware instead of foam throwaways that is a plus! Would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and were very pleased. It was clean, convenient, and attractive. The staff could not have been nicer, and they were very accommodating. I prefer staying at a Hampton Inn because of the great beds and breakfasts, but this hotel had pretty good beds and a pretty good breakfast. Because the weather was terrible (flash […] floods and constant storms), the hotel had some trouble with the wi-fi and alarm system, but I think the weather was too blame, and it did not disturb us. The weather was too bad to try the pool, but the entrance and parking worked very well in bad weather. We came up to visit our 24 year-old son in his new job, and found the location great for shopping and eating out, plus the lobby was a cozy place to sit and visit. Lesa meira

The hotel is located right off the interstate so it is very convenient but there wasn't an issue with traffic noises. The staff was professional and pleasant. The grounds were well maintained and our room clean. My only complaint was the spa was not hot enough and the A/C in our room was not working properly. Used my own personal fan for 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

We have stayed here before, so I was a bit disappointed. When arrived at 5 for a 3 oclock check in and our room was still not ready. After 35 minutes of waiting in the lobby, we were shown to our room and told that it would be about 5 minutes before we could get any towels- they never came. This hotel was relatively new and consequently without maintenance issues. There were some problems when the staff was presented with issues out of the ordinary such as switching rooms when our family of 4 was booked into a room with a single King-size bed instead of two queen beds. I was forced to leave my keys in the room and leave without formerly […] notifying the front desk when I realized the desk clerk was facing a situation with a guest that they did not know how to handle. There did seem to be areas where no one on the staff was responsible for upkeep such as the public restrooms. The continental breakfast was well prepared and presented and the maid service was excellent. The pool also seemed very clean and well maintained. All staff members were friendly. Lesa meira

GPS and road signs make you think you are in Daphne but the local people say your in Spanish Fort. Malt waffles are great. Good free breakfast. Location across the street from good shopping center. Next to I 10. Got a couple of warnings about Mobile 14 miles away.. Don't visit at night etc. Overall good place to stay

Such a shame that they have a new hotel with people who couldn't care less about the service they are providing. This includes the front desk clerk, housekeeper and the person in charge of the "continental breakfast." Our first room had blood and urine in the restroom and things tossed about. My husband stayed back to look for a body while I went to […] request another room. The next room was okay but the remote had been stolen, they left us a partially used conditioner and lotion and they forgot to put pillowcases on the pillows. We decided to visit the heated pool which was ice cold (so we just put our legs in the hot tub instead). There was a guy in the parking lot outside the fenced pool smoking a crackpipe. We decided it was best to get out of the pool but there were no towels. We made it back to the room to search for the remote. Not a good idea...we found used tissues jammed between the nightstand and bed and hair at the head of the mattress. How hard is it, really! My husband went to request a remote at the front desk but she was unable to assist. So, finally, my husband asks to go back into the bloody room to get that remote. We bypassed the "hot continental breakfast" for the Cracker Barrel across the street and got the heck out of there. Lesa meira

Checked in around 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Very noisy lobby. Got to room and 3 ladies were sitting outside our room folding laundry for sports team. Had to move laundry before we could enter our room. Next morning breakfast area was noisy and not enough food with another 11/2 hours to serve. Left for the day cam back around 9:00 pm our room had not […] been cleaned at all. We had to go downstairs to get towels for our bath. Next day very same thing happened. Overall friendly staff and nice hotel. A few hairs on bathroom floor (not ours) but otherwise clean. Full hot breakfast makes an excellent value for my family not usually found in this price range. Location convenient for our needs; right off I10 but not close enough to be noisy. Only spent one night en route to Daytona Beach but every aspect was great. Quick, smooth check in, spotless room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast layout had plenty choices and the food was great. Rate is a bargain.
