We stayed at the Drury Inn & Suites while on a motorcycle trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The staff was very accommodating and encouraged us to park the bikes under the front cover due to bad weather. The rooms were clean and up to date. This was my first time staying with Drury, and we were not disappointed. Free wifi, free breakfast, and free drinks after 5 (among other things): these services were a very nice addition. I love the location, very convenience but what ruined it for me was that I found (hairs) in my sheets right when i was getting in bed. I was so grossed out. I called desk service to inform about my sheets not clean, she took clean ones to my room which i had to change.

Had a great stay and slept so well after the long drive to Arizona in that cozy bed! Came for a tour of NAU. Can't wait to stay there again now that our daughter fell in love with NAU and will be attending for the next 4 years!

Wanted to try a new place in Flagstaff so stayed here - hotel is gorgeous in appearance, but beauty is only skin deep. Room would not cool off, air unit made a noise all night long (loud enough to keep us from sleep), and toilet leaked loudly. No one wanted to fix anything so we left.

Great staff. Great room with very modern amenities. Great breakfast. Great location near shopping and NAU. Great bed and clean. And best of all FREE Fountain Pepsi products 24 hours a day. Definitely staying here every time I go to Flagstaff.

nice enough.Our light had a short in it so it blinked on and off all night,and I was to tired to get up and call maintenance .Towels were kind of old and ratty,needed to be replaced,but they were clean.Room was very clean,and bed was comfortable.I was thrilled I was able to travel with my little dog.

A nice hotel with a nice exercise and pool area. Dinner appetizers, drinks and morning breakfast were as advertised and par for expectations. I would stay here again.

This is one of only a few hotels in Flagstaff that are pretty much guaranteed to be excellent all the time. Ultra quiet, great beds/pillows, great location, free drink card & meals, free internet, etc. Good pool and exercise area, clean and modern...difficult to find an honest weakness here...

This place was fine but a bit dated. The free food was ehhh, great if you're 8 but otherwise unremarkable. As a place to stay before or after the Grand Canyon it was fine but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. The staff was friendly.

This was our 2nd stay. The breakfast was surprisingly huge and delicious. Happy hour is just as satisfying. Extremely clean. Great location.

Overall ok, bed could be updated, a bit springy, the free food....the key word "free" says it all, good for young kids, hot dogs, Mac n' Cheese etc.

Pricey, but I guess they are charging for the food and drinks. I wish the desk person had told us that there would be food at "kick-back" time. We went out and found a great Mexican restaurant. When we came back and discovered that the "kick-back" food was only so-so, we were glad we ate out. Breakfast was good though. Very nice stay. Within walking distance of brew pub. Centrally located between Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, and Sedona. Great breakfast and handy parking.

I can not say enough about how great this hotel was during our Spring break vacation to the Grand Canyon. Our room was awesome - spacious and a two-room suite to boot! Kids loved the pool and free popcorn in the lobby. The manager's nightly reception was totally awesome and the food was good for both kids and adults...free "adult" drinks too! The breakfast […] was HUGE and there was a great variety of foods available. Hotel was quiet and super-clean. Linens were very nice and we had a balcony with a view of the snow-covered mountains! We had to change our lodging because our daughter was very car sick on the way up and the desk gave us a late check out and then when we decided to stay another night instead of staying at the canyon, they gave us their very best rate so we wouldn't have to move rooms. This was one of my most favorite hotels EVER and we have traveled a lot with our kiddos in tow. Book it...you won't be sorry. And go downtown to the San Francisco street area to check out the neat stores and restaurants. Flagstaff is a great town..... Lesa meira

Hotel Drury is located at the North end of NAU. Perfect location for parents visiting the campus. The location is also convenient for shopping and dining in Flag. Rooms are clean, front desk is friendly and there is plenty of parking inside their parking garage. The two complaints I have are insignificant. Beds are not comfortable and room service is […] knocking on doors to clean before 8 am. It is by far the best choice of hotels in Flagstaff. Will definitely stay there on our next visit. Lesa meira

This hotel offered everyone a little something, from the pool to the workout room, plus it gives people that stay there free breakfast and evening snack and drinks.

Hotel was a bit older but very nice, clean and it had several of the extras (some very unexpected, e.g., the evening snacks and drinks). Staff in the dining area was very happy/pleasant/engaging in the morning, even though it was a buffet. Food was pretty good. Our stay at the Drury Inn and Suites was excellent. We had two families with us and the overall experience was great. We saved alot of money on food because of the free beakfast and dinner. The only thing that was not so great was the hot water. The water was luke warm. Other than that, we loved it!

I have stayed at hotel in other cities and was pleased to have a similar experience. Check-in went smoothly and our room was fine except for a missing sitting chair. The late afternoon snacks and the morning breakfast were a near mob scene because the hotel was so busy, but the staff coped with the situation. I would stay again if we return to Flag […] staff. My husband and I appreciated the true 2-room suite with a heavy door between the bedroom and living room because we have different sleep schedules. The suite was large, well-lit, comfortable, quiet, and clean with a microwave, refrigerator, and small kitchen sink. I love the earthtone color scheme with pictures of the Grand Canyon and other local nature […] scenes. The bathroom was large and was on the living room side of the dividing door, the bedding and towels were nice, and overall we had a great experience. The wireless was reliable and plenty fast enough for email and web surfing. The people are fantastic at this hotel. Everyone has a good attitude and is very helpful. I enjoyed the small but nice fitness room (3 treadmills, 1 cycling, and 1 elliptical; hand-held weights from 3 to 30 pounds). I didn't use the pool, but I chose the treadmill that looked into the indoor pool area and people of all ages appeared to be having lots of fun! Breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc.) and we enjoyed the Happy Hour (3 free drinks, salad, veggies, hot dogs, baked potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc.). Our stay was for 6 nights over the Christmas holiday, and the hotel was very full but always clean and nice. There is a heated walkway to the parking garage. There were quite a few children and dogs (none of them ours), but the hotel walls are thick and nearly soundproof. We will definitely stay at the Drury again! Lesa meira

For the price, this hotel is a great value. It is conveniently located within a walking distance to the downtown, yet away from the traffic. The breakfast was just great and a late afternoon refreshments (courtesy of the hotel) added a value to our stay. The lobby is quite large and comfortable. I go to Flagstaff once a year to look after a rental property that I own and have stayed in a lot of different properties. After many years of trying to do it on the cheap, this year I decided to splurge and I am very glad that I did. It is sited in a great location at the North edge of NAU. Walkability is optimal: essential coffee at Macy's is minutes […] away on foot and downtown Flag is just the other side of the RR tracks. The hotel was very nice. The free food was pretty good during the happy hour and breakfast. I was surprised to see so many dogs in the hotel but I never heard one, which was great. Many times we hear them but never see them. The down sides were keeping the living room area warm without over heating the bedroom & the lumpy bed.
