Beautiful hotel, rooms were very nice and clean. Easy to get to. Lots of free parking. Coffee and tea available 24 h. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel was generally clean, but our room had dirty dishes in the drawer. The room was also very small, but it was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly.

We just booked the hotel through website but were happy with its locations, easy access to highway etc and will definitely recommend to others and will be our first choice when ever we are going back to Buffalo NY.

The hotel was lovely. One of the best showers I ever had in a hotel. Very clean room, courteous staff. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would definitely book at this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and helpful here, and accomodated my request to park an extra day. This was particularly convenient because the check in counters of the Buffalo Airport are an easy 10 minute stroll from the front lobby of the hotel (or you can wait for the shuttle, if you are too loaded down). The hotel is new and clean. Air traffic is not audible. […] The pool/hot tub area is bright and inviting (though I didn't take advantage), and breakfast was passable - better than some, with bagels, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, hot oatmeal, and a small selection of fruit. This is a great rest stop on your way to or from Buffalo. The immediate neighbourhood is pretty desolate -- a MacDonald's is the headline attraction, and lots of other new hotels cluster here with some threadbare lowrise industrial buildings. "Was expensive..."
The website stated "pay movies" so I rented it because I was travelling with teenages. There was no "Pay movies". The breakfast was also OK...I have had better at cheaper hotels. When we checked in and went to our room it hadn't been cleaned yet, but they were good at giving us another room right away. It was close to the areas we wanted to go, would […] I stay again? Probably not as I had stayed in cheaper hotels with better breakfasts and Pay per view movies in the same area. Lesa meira
"Nice Hotel"
This was my first trip to Buffalo and the hotel was very clean and nice. I stay in Manhattan all the time and this was a breath of fresh air.

What we paid was definitely worth the stay. A little busy and crowded at breakfast but had good selection of food. VERY near the airport but generally quiet. We're very picky about the quality and we were very pleased to find the room very clean, temperature was just right, and beds were comfortable. The hotel was fantastic! Our room was on the second floor facing the front, we did not experience any issues with noise being that the hotel is across from the airport. We will definitely be coming back again!

Very conveniently located near the Airport. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our short stay very pleasant. They picked up the cab fare from the airport upon our late arrival. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. "VERY near airport"
Nice room, but there is some noise from jets taking off. We were awakened early in the morning by one that must have flown directly overhead - very loud! The windows are well insulated but there's only so much they can keep out.

This particular hotel was more than we expected! It was very, very clean, comfortable, and the service was as good as we've received at the Ritz/Henderson NV !! Really! I would recommend this to anyone who comes to northern NY to visit. We will be back! Thank you!!

It was outstanding. New, gorgeous hotel. Our room was extended king. There was actually 2 tv's and seperation to the rooms which was nice for mom's and teenagers to seperate. Fabulous continental breakfast. Outstanding work out room which we used each day. Nice area to sit outside in morning for coffee. Friendly, warm, excited staff. We will stay here […] again for sure. We were only there for one night to catch a flight out of Buffalo. The hotel was new, great pool, staff was wonderful in giving locations of places to eat. Would definatly stay again.
