Place was totally gross! I decided to get the jacuzzi suite so I could unwind after my 6 hr drive to cali. I didn't even take a bath the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. The bedding looked like it had not been changed in quite a while.. the room didn't even have a phone

At first glance it seemed as though we had arrived at a shoddy hotel. After entering our room we discovered a quant, quiet, and comfortable escape. Absolute favorite part of the trip was there Jacuzzi tubs.

For the price I paid and the time I went (Thanksgiving Weekend), it was worth the price. The free wi-fi was a welcome treat, and they cleaned the room daily unless told otherwise. It was a little tricky to find because the driveway in is a little hidden, but it's in a location that makes it easy to get around to the main arteries of the Long Beach area. […] The bed and pillows need a major upgrade, but I was able to sleep. The room was mostly quiet. I didn't hear anything from the road but the neighbor liked to have his TV on loud. If I ever return to this area for a visit, I'd be willing to stay here. Lesa meira

In town awaiting surgery and needed a place to chill in an out-of-way place. This place worked out well. Only a few people knew I was in town. The staff was very nice.

We were sold a room with a king bed. Upon arrival no kings were available!! and no rate adjustment!! The room was dirty and very noisy. The mirror was duct taped to the wall. The bath towels had holes in them, Will never go back

The man at the front desk does not know what customer service means. I know it is a motel but good service is expect at these places? Yes? We had 2 people to the room and only one set of towels, we had to empty our trash can. The bed sheets were dirty & bathroom shower curtains had mold.

Room looked clean but there was an oder like stale room. It was really really small and the bed and pillows were hard as rocks. As far as the staff the cleaning lady was really nice. The hotel manager was ok. The parking was aweful very small lot. For the price it was ok.

I should have left when I saw the walk-up-style security window for check-in. Or when there was no parking spot; I was asked to park alongside the driveway, creating obstacles for 3 rooms and several cars, and they wanted to knock on my door early if I had to move. The room smelled stale and smoky (I asked for a nonsmoking room), and the bedspread smelled […] worse. The room was surface-clean but the bathroom had much deep-down dirt and was pretty beat up. The recent paint on the wood frame around the bathroom mirror didn't cover up the gouged-in graffiti. The mirror itself wrapped around parts of 3 walls and gave the bathroom a creepy feel; I wondered if it was a 2-way mirror and someone could look in at me, especially because the two windows were sealed shut and appeared to open onto an interior area with artificial lighting. The shower had no door or curtain -- just a showerhead (installed too low for anyone over 5 feet tall) extending from the wall over the tub. The whole bathroom had the feel of a cheap remodel by a home handyman. To top this off, the price was outrageously high for this quality -- more than twice the stated "average nightly rate." I stayed here only because it was the last room available in town through this booking agent's system. I should have driven another hour and back again the next day to avoid this place. Lesa meira

As soon as I walked into the room, I felt as if I should have left right away – but I chose to stay, because I was too lazy to search and rebook. Overall, it wasn't THAT bad, but the room itself was dated, and I got the feeling that if a CSI team came, they'd find many things that would make you cringe... An older, small motel with about 8 units. All very clean... everything in working condition. For those looking for Upscale Digs, look elsewhere, but if you're looking for a low cost, good sleeping room, that's close to things you wish to see, this should fit your needs well. Good motel for this price. Elegant and very clean rooms. About 10 miles from Los Angeles. I didn have car and it was little difficult for me, but if you have a car you will not have a problem with that.

Room and neighborhood was fine. Parking lot was very small. But the biggest problem I had was the customer service. The owner told me he didn't care about customers only himself when I told him I almost didn't stay there because of the customer service reviews I had seen. They were always watching you. Coming out and telling me they didn't want me to […] park in certain spots because I had a full size van. Very difficult to park in the places they wanted me to park. I don't drink, smoke and I was there on business. No one other then myself was there and I was gone most of the day. But they would not leave me alone. Came to my room right after I got there after a 600 mile drive and complained, accused me of smoking in the room because I didnt come to the door right away. Did I state I just drove 600 miles. Reasonable room rate. Close to Hwys to drive around. Nothing interesting in the vicinity. The hotel is located by a main road, a little noisy but it was O.K. considering we were "in" L.A. The gentleman at the reception was kind, but the lady doesn't know English! Hard to communicate:-) In the room; cooler, microwave,TV available.. the hotel wireless […] didn't work at all. They gave me a different (probably their private)wireless username and password. Doubt about the cleanness. There were stain on chairs and spots on pillow cases. We put towels on pillows.. Really bad experience. The room was very small and dark, old décor and furniture. Only one light on the ceiling, very worn bedding with holes and cigarette burns. No place to put your suitcase, one hanger for your clothes . No telephone in the room, dirty carpet, walls… The person who works there at the front reception wears dirty sweet pants and old […] baggy t-shirt. I happen to loose the key and he gave me “speech” about not letting me in for about 10 minutes before giving me a new key. On of the mornings the cleaning lady just opened the door without knocking and saw me in bed. The area felt very shady and unsafe. Lesa meira

Working in Long beach for a couple of days at a near by studio. The walls are a bit then, the pillows are flat, and for some reason the tv blares when powered up. A reasonable place to stay.

For the price of this room it was very comfortable. When you pay a low price you don't expect the world. The staff was very friendly. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in our room. The rooms were also very clean. I would go back to this hotel anytime.

This is sort of what you would expect for the very reasonable price. I heard the neighbors next door talking most of the night. Their bathroom was right next to my bed and heard some things I really wasn't interested in. The staff was very nice and the place was kept up nicely.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a poker trip. Only a 10 minute drive to the Bike and 15 to Commerce. Got what I paid definitely. Owners were nice, and Free Wi-Fi.

I truly appreciate the service and kindhearted staff who provided great customer service during my stay. There was a problem with electricity that required us to leave the room for at least 6 hours because the lights were off (inquire at front desk and the receptionist (male) said they aware a week ago that the lights would be shut off because city […] was doing repairs on the poles. I know things happen and sometimes they are out of our control I thought that bringing this to your attention would only enhance your business. However, the service was exellent. Good for a quick night stay. I was in unit #2, cflose to the street so the traffic from Del Amo Blvd was a little loud. I am a heavy sleeper and turned on the AC unit so it worked out ok.

Overall the hotel was "OKAY" until my room became invaded by black ants. They were everywhere including inside both of my suitcases and my bestfriend's bag. The bath towels were dingy with spots on them. The room itself was comfortable though along with the bed. As I stated...you get for what you paid for.

This was a very nice place to stay... The room was clean and had a jaccuzzi which was a nice touch... The only thing is they don't allow you to have vistors that wasn't good because you may meet someone while in town and want them to bring them to your room, at this facility unless they came with you then they can't come to visit.... I have booked for 2 nights. When I got there, (I got there around 3am) they had no room for me. they already gave my room to other people. The only room left was a queen size bed.( I made a reservation for king size). The guy told me he would give me queen size bed for the night and will change it the next day. So I asked if he will give me a refund […] for the price differences but he said no. He says you take queen size or I will not give you any room. so I just left. That guy should not have given my room to another person and he was not friendly at all. He tried to make double the money with one room. The worst place I have ever been. Lesa meira
