vantaði heitt vatn á baðherbergið hjá okkur í 1 og hálfan dag, herbergið fljótt yfir litið hreint, en þegar maður var á klósettinu sá maður mikið ryk bak við hurðina og horfði á handklæðaofninn sem var allur í ryki á milli rimlanna

where in the world do you get a room withoutva shower and not even a shower on the floor... you have to beg the reception to allow you some shower
"Communal Bathroom - not mentioned in decription"
The single rooms use a communal bathroom, this is not mentioned in description. Although the toliet is at the end of the corridor, the shower is down four floors across an outdoor courtyard / car park, into another building, down some stairs and along the corridor.
"Great location wonderful hotel/hostel"
2 minute walk from main train station. Cannot beat the location. Very very clean. Front desk was very helpful and accomidating. There is wifi but you have to pay for it. FYI...does not work with iPhone or iPad but coffee shop on the corner had free wifi. Will definitely stay there again!
"Alfa Hotel - convenient to main train station"
The room was reasonable clean, with the exception of the very dirty carpet. The public areas were clean and well maintained. I knew when booking the room that the bathrooms were shared, thinking that the shower/bath would be somewhere near my room. There is a toilet on the same floor, however the shower was downstairs, across a courtyard and in the […] basement of another building. The bed creaked everytime I moved. I would not recommend this hotel unless you stay in one of the pricier rooms that have a bathroom inside it and maybe even a television. Lesa meira

the room i was given had only a sink. the toilet was at the end of the corridor on the same floor-that was okay-, but the bathroom was totally in another building. from what i know, there are 5 rooms in the hotel without bathroom. plus, these rooms are at the top level, and are thus very hot and damp in the day and at night. there was no proper ventilation […] in the rooms at all. other than that, good location, 5 min walk to Hauptbahnhof, though the quartier is not the best, the location pays off. so if you want to stay in this hotel, be sure to book one with an attached bathroom. i stay in the Hotel, it should be has a bathroom inside, but it doesn't. i really disappointed. wont back to this hotel again. not worthy..sorry.
"Fantastic Location and reasonably comfortable"
The staff were only ok but the location is fantastic and the room was reasonably quiet given the proximity to the Grand Place.

the place was very clean and comfortable and close to the train station if traveling through. However, we had to go all the way to the reception desk to ask for the key to shower.

Accueil pas particulièrement aimable, une douche à 3 km de la chambre et en plus un wifi payant très cher...

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom stachus, Zu fuß sind es 5 -10 min. Man sollte von diesem 1 Zimmer angbot für diesen sehr günstigen Preis nicht zu viel erwarten. Wenn man eine Nacht übernachten möchte ohne großen Komfort ist es perfekt.

The hotel is pretty neat and clean, VERY central so you are close to everything, just a street from Hauptbahnhof. However it was strange to have to go into another building to take a shower, and make sure that you don't get the room at 5th floor which is very claustrophobic and has very poor air. OK if you are staying a day or two, but not for longer […] stays. The price was also too high considering the standards of the hotel. Lesa meira

Rustige straat, prima onthaal en schone kamers. Hoewel ik goedkoopste kamer had zonder wc en douche, maar met wastafel. Een aanrader, helaas toch nog veel geld voor mij, maar goedkoper kon ik niet vinden

値段からいうと文句は言えないがシャワーがないので受け付けに聞いたら、別棟のパブリックシャワーを使わしてくれた。駅に近いのが利点。
