Very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Loved it!!

This hotel had a very nice room; two tv's, partial suite with fold-out bed. Service was very good. Shuttle service was timely; we were picked up at the airport in quick time and making a reservation to get to the cruise port was easy. The location isn't the best, but is fine if you just want to stay for the night before a cruise. The hotel has a dining […] area, but it would be better if it had a full restaurant. We were locked out of our room for 45 minutes the next morning when the electronic lock malfunctioned. Thank goodness we did not have young children stuck inside the room alone! We found out later that lock has been jamming chronically, but they still lodged guests in room without any warning. The manager offered us nothing because "bill was prepaid […] through Hotels.com." Oh btw, I understand providing a photo ID on checkin. But there is no need to input entire drivers license into their computer on checkin when bill has been prepaid and a credit card is presented. The hotel room was comfortable for 2 people only. The sofa sleeper was nothing more than a 3 inch high box of springs. I have never slept on a more uncomfortable sofa sleeper. Also, there was only a sheet to cover yourself with. We did go down to front desk to ask for blankets, but we were just given another sheet. (2 separate families had same experience) […] Some of our traveling party walked a few blocks to get to an ATM and felt very uncomfortable in the neighborhood (they are in mid 20's & from Las Vegas), as a result we ordered in pizza for dinner. Shuttle from airport & to cruise port was very convenient, but next time I will look for a different hotel offering those servcies but also able to comfortably sleep 4. Lesa meira

Loved the room at this hotel. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. Location was ok if you have a rental car. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

This hotel was a decent value. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was fairly accommodating. It was located in an area that required a taxi if you were traveling with a young family. Overall, as a hotel for airport/cruise port travel, it is worth the money.

Beautiful rooms, just be aware that you do pay additional for breakfast. That seemed to confuse a lot of folks.

The hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were nice, food and drinks available on site. It was great to have them pick us up at the airport and take us to the cruise port the next morning. The only problem we experinced was the service in the dining area. It was very slow but the food was good.

This hotel facility was amazing. It was close to the port for cruising and there was shopping a short distance from hotel. The staff were so very friendly and were able to get us a rental van for use on Sat before our cruise. All was done at the front desk and the vehicle was delivered to us. The hotel was our overnight stay before going on our cruise. We has stayed once before and were again happy to return. It is not far from Ft Lauderdale airport and I-95 and I 595. Nice place went there pre cruise and post cruise. Shuttle to cruiseport was on time, and only waited a few minutes on the return.

This was a great hotel to stay at if you were going out on a cruise and needed a place the night before. The bar staff was excellent and friendly, the food at breakfast was good. They have great way of signing up for service to the port. We were able to get to the port before everyone else and actually got on the ship first without lines! Very nice and comfortable room! The only problem was the presence of hair on the bathroom floor and, a lot of them! But, it was very near the airport and the staff was very nice and helpful!

This was an unexpected treat. It was very clean, quite and the people were very helpful, courteous and just plain nice. even the small restaurant was good. The menu was limited but very tasty. I read all the reviews before booking. Complaints about the ability to locate the facility helped me in locating it. There is a sign now but still too small to see. If you are coming from the 95 it is the city street sign after the Budget Inn Suites entry..if you have made it to a light, you have went too far and must turn around, go back for a U turn […] and you should get it on your 2nd try. It really wasn't a big deal, I've found other hotels harder to locate. The location was awesome, little did I know the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino was less than 3 miles away on Stirling...heading West from the hotel. AWESOME places to eat dinner. The bed was AWESOME, best nights sleep EVER in a hotel and I travel quite a bit. 6 pillows were provided and they were EXCELLENT. I've found Marriott pillows and beds to be my favorite, but now Cambria has won me over. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you want to be in or near Lauderdale, Hollywood or the other surrounding cities. Lesa meira

I was very pleased and satisfied with the overall quality and service of this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated,cleanliness was commendable, and breakfast was reasonably priced with very good selection of foods. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very accomodating staff, got us an early check in. Pool was nice enough for a short stay, work out room was very clean with a decent amount of machines. We left a few items in a draw and the staff is mailing the items back to us so their lost and found actually works! Very clean and new, the surrounding area is only OK. You need to take a cab to get […] to some "fun" areas, but if it's just waiting for your cruise or plane ride it's definitely worth the stay...very close to the cruiseport and airport. Lesa meira

For only $10 more than the Best Western and $50 less than the Hilton, this was by far the best choice! Our room had 2 flat screens, a living area, mini-fridge, microwave and a nice bathroom. I wish there were more Cambria Suites around the U.S. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Very lovely property. Greatly appreciated the very timely and expedient shuttle from the airport and to the pier--extremely well organized and hassle-free. Close to the FLL airport and cruise-port, with free shuttle to both. This is a nice new property with a great lobby for food, socializing. Nicely appointed, big rooms. Free internet. The only minor drawback is the isolation for anyone wanting to walk to shops ... not convenient that way. Overall, we would return there ... nice place !

I picked this hotel because of its free transport to/from the cruise port AND airport. Having never stayed at a Cambria Suites (or any Choice Hotel), I was not sure what to expect. I figured it would be an average budget hotel with tacky sheets, small rooms, and a certain stale quality that you can't really put your finger on. I was so wrong! The lobby […] is beautiful and comfortable with a well-stocked bar. This is quite a business friendly hotel. Wi-fi is free and strong. There are also good computers in the lobby, not a shabby set with outdated software. The pool looked nice and there was a typical hotel gym inside as well. We didn't use either of those features. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the 3 pm check in, but they let us check in with no questions or hassle. There were also many, many luggage carts, so getting our luggage up to our room was easy. The fixtures in our King-bed suite were modern and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a sitting area including a sleeper sofa--which the hotel staff assured me was included with every room. There were two flat screen tvs in our room (one in the sitting area and one in the sleeping area). There was also a good sized mini fridge and microwave. The area was less than ideal but it was near a freeway. We had friends across the freeway, so we walked on a large street that went under it. Easy enough to cross. There, you'll find one of those large shopping plazas with many restaurants, discount shopping, and other random things. This was my first booking with Hotels.com, and I thought it was easy. I will definitely use them again, and if I find myself in Ft. Lauderdale again, I'll use Cambria Suites. Hope this helps! Lesa meira

While it is often said that people make the difference in any organization I can honestly say that I experienced exemplary levels of customer care and helpfulness during my stay. Of particular note -Lance at pick up, Junia at Reception and Helen The General Manager. My only regret I did not have more time to enjoy the amenities.

We've never stayed in a Cambria Suites before and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel It is a good value for the money. While they provided a shuttle from the airline to the hotel and to the cruise ship, they did not provide a shuttle from the cruise port back to the airline, I'd even be willing to pay for this service rather than worry about […] getting a cab to get back to the airport. The breakfast is NOT worth $8.00 but since I didn't have a car I didn't have an option but to eat at the hotel as I am physically unable to walk very far. Lesa meira

We picked this hotel for a pre-cruise one night stay. We expected a pristine room because the hotel is only a few years old. Instead, the curtains were in filthy horrible condition. The filters on the air-conditioner were full of dust and it's still unknown what the black specks were. The bathroom sink did not drain well. There was dust and debris all […] around the edges of the carpet. We told the people at the front desk. They replied that the whole floor had just been "detailed". Guess they skipped a room! We had a problem with a van driver overcharge who took us to a popular seafood restaurant nearby. I told the manager of the overcharge and he contacted the company and brought the overcharge difference to our room. I highly recommend this hotel. Big rooms and comfortable. Close to Criuse Port. Provided a free shuttle from the Airport and then to the Cruise port the next day. Well organized by staff. We were then picked up at the Cruise Port upon our return. Stayed overnight. Transportation was arranged for us to the Miami Airport at a reasonable cost.

I have nothing but nice things to say about cambria suites, the room was nice, the staff was wondeful would reccommend if look for a affordable nice place to stay. Loved it.

We stayed at the Cambria Suites in Dania Beach, Florida for a week in late October. We were very impressed with the services provided, the comfort of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the easy access to all places we visited. This Hotel was very well priced and I would rate it very high.

Althought hotel was difficult to find, when arrive all the travel frustration were erase. It is a beautiful hotel, with excellent services and all the ammenities you could need. The room was so beautiful and relaxing that i decided to stay in for dinner. Food was great and very convenience. My only reccomendation is to update their address so it can […] be easily find by the GPS. After calling 3 time, i obtain a point of reference (Best Western Hotel) that make it esier to locate. Great hotel for the price.

If you are staying outside of Ft. Lauterdale, I recommend this hotel. Located at exit 22. Not far from downtown Ft. Lauterdale and 30mins away from Miami. Rooms are very comfortable and big, bathroom is very nice and a lot of room. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel.

We finally found the narrow two lane road that led to this hotel and upon arriving in the parking lot we were greeted by a rooster. No kidding. The hotel itself is fine. The breakfast does cost $8 but it's decent. The specialty coffee is not worth the money. The main complaint about this hotel that truly makes it a deal breaker for me to go back is […] the fact that it is not easy to find or get back to I95. It is also not within walking distance to anything. I would recommend staying on the other side of the interstate. Lesa meira

It's a nice hotel before cruise - clean, new and nice front desk service.

Great location, great breakfast and accomodating staff -- only problem couldn't get into room because of dead batteries. Took 4 trips back and forth to the front desk -- lesson after two something is wrong and the clerk should get someone to help. We had kids and everyone was hanging in the hallway for about 45 minutes -- problem dead batteries in the […] door. It was Sunday night and we were lucky that the maintenance guy was home other wise we would not have had any clothes. THey put us in a room to wait for him and he did fix it and we went back to that room and didn't leave until we checked out. The staff was very apologetic and accomodating so no real complaint. We had a great stay -- our room was just like new, spacious, clean and beautiful. We arrived early and were able to have our luggage stored in a locked room. We needed a transfer to the Airport and it was there early and our trip to the airport was seamless. The front desk attendants were very accommodating and friendly. The location was about a 10 […] minute bus ride to Hollywood Beach which was upscale and beautiful. Cambria Suites advised us of the local bus and it was cheap and easy to catch.
