Pool was great. Hot tub was cold, didn't work the whole time we were there.

Appears to be a newer property, very clean and very well maintained. Found it during Fiesta weekend in San Antonio because all the other ones were either booked or over-priced. VERY pleasantly surprised and will definitely return when business brings me back. Only knock is that there isn't much on that side of town but SA is easy to get around.

The lot in front of hotel could have been cleaned up, it would have made the first impression of outside better. No complaints about hotel , it was awesome.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to Lackland Air Force Base and not far to City of San Antonio

Cleanliness and very friendly staff. One request - for the pool - when someone turned on the booster pump for the hot tub the water jets in the pool also produced hot water which made the whole room a bit too hot.

This hotel had everything we needed for a night stay before a sporting event. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient and easy to find. The breakfast and pool were perfect for the kids.

Before we left home, we read the reviews from this location. Upon arriving, they were all accurate. The hotel itself is an extremely nice hotel in a location that is not far from the mall and everything you may need. However, the directions took us on an extra 30 minute trip. We came in from Austin and the directions advised us to go 410, which looped […] us all the way back around almost to I-35. We stopped at another Best Western and the gentleman directed us to the right one. It is right off of 410 on Palo Alto Road. Returning back to the hotel Saturday evening, we put Palo Alto Road in and found it easier to get to. The lady at the front desk said they have a lot of people get lost because of the address, but they are working on it. A security guard driving around the property advised us that he doesn't suggest parking in the back of the hotel due to the apartment complex being directly behind it and a lot of workers and people's vehicles being burglarized. He suggested we park in the handicap spot but we weren't comfortable with that with no handicap sticker, so we parked in back. There were no break-ins during our stay. Just an fyi, the hotel is right behind a Jack-in-the-Box and convenient store. Great hotel overall, we would stay there again now that we know the route to get there. Lesa meira

This hotel was easy to find right off of 410. The room was nice seemed like a quite neighborhood. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is at the corner of SH 16 and Loop 410 in San Antonio. It is perfect for those needing to commute to the areas south of San Antonio. They have a great breakfast and comfortable beds. I've stayed here several times and never felt unsafe.

I have never seen a Best Western this nice! It was brand new and as good as any Hampton, Fairfield, HI Express, or any other big chain hotel. I would certainly stay there again. The surrounding dining options are fast food only, but other than that, it is a really nice hotel with brand new pool, fitness center, and a great room

I loved everything about the hotel. We got there late around 10 pm. It was me my 18 year old and 2 children 14 and 7. The 7 year old girl wanted to sleep alone no called front desk for a roll away bed but was told they didn't carry any. The hostest offered me some blankets. This hotel was very well maintained outside and in & very clean. The front desk staff was also very helpful and attentive. The stay was great. Hotel was only a couple of miles from our destination and a short drive to downtown. Only a couple of issues. 1: parking spots were tight and short( compacts only) 2: elevator got stuck a couple of times so the stairs were used frequently. Other than those 2 issues this was a Very Nice and Clean hotel.

Bathroom was so clean I sat in the tub every night and took a relaxing hot bath after walking all over Lackland. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and ready right at 6:30 am. I would stay there again.

The location of this hotel was 3.2 miles from the boarder crossing. The mapquest location provided for this hotel was not accurate and was very diffucult to find. No one answer the phone number provided for the hotel. I do not speak Spanish and wasted an hour looking for this hotel. My stay was wonderful. The hotel sits back away from the street and is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and very close to the highway. The room was large, clean, nicely decorated, and the A/C was blasting, thankfully. If I have another occasion to visit San Antonio, I will definitely book my stay at Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn & Suites.

The hotel was excellent. We were there for a family emergency. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This was our first time in the area. The room was really nice. Very clean and was not expecting such a wonderful stay under the circumstances. I would definitely stay there again without a doubt.

Went to SA for the Strawberry festival and decided to spend two nights there. We had already heard about some places but were not impressed with them. Decided to try out this Best Western and we were glad we did. great location and we really enjoyed their breadfast. We do plan to stay there again when the festival rolls around again. The hotel was pretty new and it was very nice. The only bad part was that I was there on super bowl Sunday and there were drunks all over the place. As soon as I check in there is a drunk couple coming off the elevator yelling profanities. Everything, from the cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff, was A++. Complimentary breakfast was superb, as were the very competent and friendly service staff that prepared and served it! The employees at the registration desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

This hotel is an IDEAL situation for families of basis military training graduates at Lackland AF Base which is 8 - 10 minutes away. The hotel is in a great safe area. It offers a hot breakfast that is wonderful as it opens 6 am and it was great for us in order to attend the early am activities at the AF base. It is a new hotel and immaculate. For sightseeing […] downtown San Antonio it is ideal as it is apprx. 15 minutes away for Alamao, Riverwalk, and other sites. Did a lot of research to find a hotel that would suit our family's needs in attending AF graduation. It surpassed all our requirements and recommend it highly to all families who have an AF graduate or not.. A word of caution....because hotel is soooooo new, GPS could not find it. I had a wonderful stay once I got to the Best Western Palo Alto, but making it there was a challenge. I used a gps and I had printed online directions to the 12507 address, which routed me to a Best Western in West San Antonio on Loop 410 and hwy 90. I did call the hotel and Becky was very helpful at getting to the right location. While on the phone […] with her I did confirm that the address on my GPS and on my printed directions were the same at the address she gave me. I made my way to the hotel anyway just to find the address number listed on the building was 2926, on the front of the hotel. I'm not sure if there was a recent address change or what. But this led to a pretty confusing 40 minute drive leaving from my conference location that was 5.4 miles away from the hotel. Hopefully, you can update your address and put the correct numbers on the outside of the hotel so no one else will have this issue. Nice to stay at a new hotel. It was clean and the beds were still comfortable. Spacious two queen bed room with plenty of space for our travel cot. The kids enjoyed the pool. However, the hot tub had more chemicals than usual, and wasn't pleasant.
