"Decent price"
Stayed here towards the end of April . Service was good and condition of rooms was pretty good. Only downside was the location which I've been told is rough and is not safe at night times. But saying that I felt quite comfortable . Would stay again . Fast Internet connection also available

Our group chose this hotel largely based on its attractive rates. We were pleasantly surprised to find a very professional staff and an excellent rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed more than half our meals at.

Would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for something close to the airport. They are very expensive (by African standards) for their airport transfer service. $50 USD roundtrip. $23-25 each way not including tip. I found out that we were ripped off. "Good for backpackers"
I booked this hotel simply because I needed somewhere to rest my head for one night in Nairobi and to that end it was okay, but I would certainly think twice about staying here for longer than one night. Deciding to be fancy I spent the extra money on the “Executive Suite” but there didn’t appear to be very much “executive” about it. The room was basic […] and functional but that was about it. Very little charm, although the staff there seemed very nice. My shower had exposed electrical wires hanging out from it, which was quite a worry. The neighbourhood is pretty poor but on the plus side there was a rooftop bar which gave some respite from the room itself. If you’re on a serious budget and have no desire whatsoever for frills (basically, backpacking) then it will just about suffice, but if you’re after something with the slightest allure then I would not recommend. My daughter really enjoyed out stay at the Kweza. I intend to tell my other mission friends about it. The staff were great as was the food and security. Please keep us in mind for next year.

I stayed at Khweza for 5 days while I completed some business matters. The staff were really great. Although the menu was quite limited, the quality of the food was very good, and it was tasty. Meals were taken on the roof terrace, which is really nice. Rooms were of good quality, although some only have one window which looks into the interior of the […] B&B, and so has a lot of noise from the hotel itself. My room was at the front of the building, which overlooked the main road. It also was noisy, but reviews about this from previous tourists had prepared me for this, and it wasn't a problem for some-one used to living in London. You can't really move around the area on your own without a taxi. If I went back I'd barter the taxi fare down from 500 KSh. The actual fare is a fraction of this. "Great Quality for the Price"
I am very impressed with the overall quality of the bed & breakfast. The neighborhood is not the greatest, but it looks like it is starting to come up, friendly staff, quality rooms, and the hotel feels very safe. Great value hotel for your stay in Nairobi!

The hotel staff are very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the location and neighborhood community is noisy and unprofessional. The hotel inside looks clean but the surrounding area is not clean. In addition, the signboard reflecting the name of the hotel is somehow hidden, it not easy to find the hotel.

"Value"
This is a nice hotel which includes a very large, delicious breakfast. It is within walking distance to the museum and downtown but in a run down poor neighborhood where the streets were undergoing repairs so very dusty. But remember, you get what you pay for. We would stay again-very nice folks and much cheaper rides than other hotels.

The neighborhood was definitely not the best, but the staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean. I was overall pleased with the hotel, and it was certainly less expensive than many other hotels.

"Khweza B+B Good place to stay, so-so location"
The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly however the location was slightly out of the downtown core which was challenging. Staff were friendly and helpful with arranging a taxi
Vriendelijke staf, veilig parkeren bij de police office, grote kamer, eigen restaurantje op het dak (wel zo relaxed), 19 km van het internationaal vliegveld, we moesten vroeg vertrekken voor onze vlucht en kregen om 5.15u een ontbijtje mee.We hebben overdag een wandelingetje gemaakt door de straatjes, vriendelijke mensen. voor S´avonds kregen we te […] horen dat het niet veilig zou zijn, dat hebben we dan ook maar niet geprobeerd. "Nice bed & breakfast"
Khweza is really ok & good value for money. Rooms were clean, klamboo was provided, bathroom was clean, shower with hot water ... Staff was very friendly. There's free wifi and a pc to check your mails. Sometimes it was a little noisy as the staff started cleaning the corridors early in the morning but so what... Breakfast is really great. Eggs (omelet, […] scrambled, sunny side up), bread, jam, coffee, tea, fresh fruit (salad or pieces) and a fresh juice. You can have the breakfast on the rooftop with a great view over a part of Nairobi. The rooftop is a nice place to hang around. Khweza is about walking distance from the main city center but I would not recommend to walk after dark as almost anywhere in Nairobi. Le temps de me connecter sur internet afin de travailler un peu 22h30 plus de lumière jusqu'à mon départ le lendemain matin personne ne s'est excusé pas même une bougie ne m'a été apportée. Можно было бы заплатить в два-три раза меньше и получить такие же условия: плохой и слаборегулирующийся душ (ты моешься или в кипятке или в ледной воде), запах сырости в комнате и темнота (окна нашего номера выходили во двор). Отель расположен далеко за пределами центра - вокруг трущобы, рынок, жуткая разруха. на шаг от отеля […] отойти страшно! В центре как-то поприличнее и побезопаснее. Pas de fenêtres (comme souvent au Kenya) donc on entend les autres clients de l'hotel qui ne sont pas toujours très discrets, surtout lorsqu'ils sortent du resto-bar situé sur le toit de l'hotel. Sinon le personnel très gentil, confort moyen mais acceptable pour le prix. Vue de la terrasse sur la ville pas trop mal. Le wifi fonctionne assez bien dans […] certaines zones de l'hotel et un pc est accessible à tous à l'entrée, plutôt pratique. L'hotel ne se situe pas dans un quartier très tranquille. Une grosse route non-goudronnée passe pas loin avec beaucoup de matatu, de marchés en plein air et beaucoup de monde. Ce n'est pas très bruyant quand on est dans l'hotel mais pour sortir c'est taxi obligatoire, même s'il y a un poste de police à 50m de l'hotel. A part ces problèmes de sécurité extérieure, l'endroit est bien décoré et les taxi de l'aéroport vous y conduisent en 20 minutes (quand il n'y a pas d'embouteillage). Lesa meira

Het vlakbij het centrum gelegen hotel in Nairobi is een aanrader: mooi ingerichte (afrikaans) en gezellige schone kamers, goeie douche, ontbijten en ook andere maaltijden en loungen en chillen op het dakterras met fraai uitzicht. Aardige en behulpzame mensen! En gratis wifi.

Отель, который не тянет и на 2 звезды, расположен в грязном, шумном квартале в убогом, обшарпанном здании. Комнаты маленькие, темные, нет никакой вентиляции и кондиционеров, некоторые не имеют окон. Нет горячей воды, телефона, телевизора.

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel dat niets nalaat om het je naar de zin te maken. Kleine mankementen aan de kamer worden nog op zondagavond direct verholpen! Ook wordt nog 's avonds bij aankomst […] om 23:00 uur de keuken open gegooid om iets warms voor ons klaar te maken!! Waar vind je dat nog? Gezellige toproof met uitzicht over de stad. En , niet onbelangrijk: heel goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Enige negatieve puntje is de drukke straat waaraan het hotel ligt. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför centrum i en lite nedgången del av Nairobi så om man skall ut så rekommenderas det att ta en taxi. Be hotellet beställa transfer till och från flygplatsen. Det är ganska mycket avgaser, men det är det i hela Nairobi. Säkerheten på hotellet var bra med en vakt vid ingången hela tiden. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. […] Frukost och andra måltider serveras på takterrassen med utsikt över Nairobi skyline eller så kan man välja att få den serverad på rummet . Vårt rum var ganska litet men med plats för dubbelsäng. Vi hade toalett som gick att spola och dusch (kallt vatten) på rummet. Vi hade fönster mot gården så vi hörde inget oväsen på natten men har man fönster mot gatan kanske man blir störd av trafiken. Jag tycker att det är ett bra hotell att bo på för en billig penning. Lesa meira

L'environnement est assez difficile, beaucoup de voitures, de travaux, quartiers très simples. Les chambres sont petites, l'eau de la douche est froide, il n'y a […] pas shampoing fourni. Le réel problème réside dans le bruit des voitures incessant sachant que les chambres n'ont pas double vitrage, vous dormez donc très mal. The location is close enough to the center, and while it's located outside of the richest area of the city, the street was perfectly safe to walk by day. Erg goedkoop. Personeel doet zijn best en is sympathiek. Internet functioneert niet, want te zwakke wifi. Kamers en uitrusting zeer elementair. Goed indien je weinig eisen hebt en weinig geld.

I förhållande till priset är detta ett hotell med mycket bra standard. Personalen är vänlig och service minded. Det finns en trevlig takterass där man kan äta frukost och andra måltider. Problemet är att omgivningen är nedgången med tveksam säkerhet. Det är också ganska mycket trafik och avgaser.
