"Great hotel - MINOR caveats"
Overall I LOVE this hotel! It's pretty new and well done. The pool/spa area is well maintained and clean, the rooms are clean and nice looking. The ONLY thing I didn't care for was the fact that if you're on the ground floor, the noise from the hallways can be a little loud. Hardly enough to keep me from staying there again though!

This hotel was very nice and seemed brand new. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The internet service was easy to connect to. I'd definitely stay there again.
"A Very Enjoyable Stay"
We were really impressed with the accommodations. The room was great, and the breakfast bar was perfect. The only problem we encountered is that we had several teenage girls in the room next to us who were rather noisy around 9"30 to 11:00 pm. The walls tend to not be well insulated for loud noises and laughing. Other than that,everytrhing was great. […] We are planning on returning next year when we come to the fair. Lesa meira
"BW Plus Grand Island Nebraska"
The hotel was lovely but our room was not. Room 223 -- I was awakened at 5:45 a.m. by a strong gas odor which I expect was coming from the breakfast buffet below which opened at 6. The ventilation from the Sterno fuel seemed to be passing directly through my room. Noisy neighbors kept me awake thereafter. The walls were thin.

"A few changes should be made:"
The hotel was beautiful and clean but there were problems with the air and shower. The air conditioner was so loud and it didnt run continually so that when it shut off, it woke us all up. The shower needed an exhaust fan in the room and the nozzle flew all over the room and got everything wet. The service was outstanding and the food was good in the […] AM. Just a few things to work on--if they were fixed, i would stay there again. Lesa meira

"Thin walls"
Every thing was excellent except that you could hear people talking through the walls.
"Grand Island, NE convenient to all locations"
I thought the accomodations were great, all was clean and orderly, staff was professional and helpful. I have only two suggestions; serve breakfast until at least 10:00 AM on the weekends and put the fruit out early enough that it has time to thaw.

"Super"
schönes Hotel in guter Lage zum Stadtzentrum, auf belebter Strasse mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Fastfood usw. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.
