reception and bell-boys are highly efficient, professional and helpful. breakfast is good. the colour.scheme is horrible! that's what it must feel like living inside a pregnant cupcake.... bathroom looks cheap and kind of unclean, considering that the hotel is only one year old...! a good alternative close by is hotel Mesón de la Luna
"Hotel Mission Alta Brisa, Merida - Yucatan - Mexic"
This is a great businessman's hotel...while not luxurious, it is new, clean, and neat. The people are especially courteous and helpful, and the front desk is prompt in calling taxis. The location is a little isolated, although several nice restaurants are within a ten minute walk, as well as a major mall, with large department stores and many speciality […] shops. Cab fare to the Paseo Area around Walmart is about 60 pesos. Overall, a great place to stat at reasonable price, if you need to be on Northern edge of the city. Lesa meira

Hotel is Okay, only two things. Rooms are very small and very little space for your clothing. The second you can fix it with a drawer.

There was confusion regarding the two rooms that we had reserved and even after confirming our payment of the rooms a week prior to arrival... they were still not straight on it when we checked in...and when the other party arrived for the second room.. they were told there was no room booked for them even after all that! The staff was very nice ..but?! Also […] out of the three days that we requested 'wake up calls'...we only received it one day!....but we received two calls, twenty minutes apart that A.M. The beds are not great. The shower has good pressure, though there is only the smallest of shelves to set things down...a bar of soap or shampoo. No counter space in the bathroom. Two days out of three upon arriving back at our room late afternoon, there were no towels! The walls are dirty and are in need of painting. The buffet breakfast is fairly good. But doesn't change much, if you are staying more than a couple nights it could become boring. Good Coffee. There is shopping in the neighborhood and a Chili's restaurant. We have stayed at this hotel a few times but I think that the management could sharpen up a bit on some things. You are greeted with the fragrance of fresh lilies in the lobby of the hotel. "Fuerte olor a tabaco en las habitaciones"
Lamentablemente cuando me hospede en el hotel, habia un fuerte olor a tabaco en el piso 3 y justo en la habitacion de junto, habia un grupo de muchachos que hicieron bulla (no se si ellos eran los que fumaban) hasta las 12 de la noche, esto fue realmente molestoso y tuvimos que solicitar a recepcion que hablaran con ellos para para la musica y la bulla. […] Al parecer en recepcion tienen miedo de hablar con los huéspedes y no hacen respetar las reglas del hotel, lo digo por la bulla y el olor a cigarrillo. Es una pena que un hotel que esta cerca de hospitales, donde mucha gente posiblemente se aloja para ir a ellos tenga que soportar esto que en realidad atenta para la salud. Una pena. Es muy complicado llegar al hotel, ese es otro punto a tomar en cuenta sobre todo si conocen poco de Merida. Lesa meira
"Bien ubicado."
Lo que no me gusto: La falta de espacio para poner cremas, cepillos y demas cosas en el banio ya que tiene un lavabo de pedestal; Las almohadas estaban muy altas, duras y con bolas, no hay manera de descansar bien; y, las camas estan muy chaparritas. Un hotel cómodo, buen desayuno y servicios, sin complicaciones de tránsito, cerca de instalaciones médicas de primera, centros comerciales y restaurantes.

Das Hotel ist für Touristen nur dann zu empfehlen, wenn sie bereit sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Hotel zu kommen.

"ES EACEPTABLE"
SE SIENTE UN POCO LIMITADO LOS ESPACIOS DE LAS HABITACIONES Y SOLAMENTE TE PRESTAN SECADORA DE PELO MAXIMO UNA HORA Y TIENES QUE PASAR A LA ADMINISTRACION PORELLA Y DEJAR UN RECIBO
"SITUACION GEOGRAFICA DEL HOTEL"
Para quien no conoce Mérida, es muy difícil encontrar el Hotel, el plano que nos salió en las reservaciones es deficiente. Tardamos casi 2 horas en encontrarlo, gracias a una patrulla, que se ofreció a llevarnos. Pasillos muy ruidosos, no puedes dormir bien si hay fiesta.
Caro para lo que es, comodo si necesita estar cerca del periférico, el aire acondicionado en muy mal estado.

Hotel comodo, con buen servicio, situado en una area de la ciudad un poco alejada del centro histórico, pero con buenas vías de comunicación, debe mejorarse el servicio telefónico ya que promocionan llamadas locales incluidas y no pude reaizar ninguna.

El hotel, esta muy cerquita de buenos restauranes para desayunar comer o cenar y muy cerca de la plaza altabrisa, el desayuno del hotel a mi gusto es bueno y variado tiene desde jugos hasta carnes excelente gracias por sus atenciones.

un hotel muy limpio, cómodo con muy buenos precios, me gusto mucho el concepto, solo que les fallo en el bufett ya que esta súper limitado, por lo demás me gusto

"Cerca del Hospital de Altas Especialidades"
Hotel dirigido a personas que viajan de negocios, cerca del hospital de altas especialidades y el periférico, lo cual hace accesible las salidas a Motul, Cancún, Progreso, etc. Si tu viaje es familiar y prefieres gastar dinero en paseos que en hotel es buena opción.
