Campo Marzio – Vicenza

Recently finished ten day trip in Italy, all hotels booked on this site. All hotels were as described and reviewed except this one. It is NOT a boutique hotel. The condition of the lobby and rooms was deplorable. Recent reviews had given this hotel 5 stars. Reality is 2 stars MAYBE. The staff was nice, the room appeared as clean as you can get 30 year […] old carpet and upholstery and bedding. VERY disappointing and would not stay here again. the hotel is in middle of renovation but have no idea what the eventual product will be. Very disappointed about all the planted reviews. Lesa meira

When we arrived the AC was not working, The staff gave us the very vague answer to the question of when it will be fixed. Breakfast was so-so, only ate once. location wise, it was very convenient.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so I am sure that a future stay would rate a higher score from me. The hotel staff made our stay as they were helpful, friendly and responsive to all of our needs. The hotel rooms were comfortable and quiet. Water was plentiful with good pressure. A/C could have been better in the rooms but they were no warmer […] than other air-conditioned places we visited (it was very warm during our stay, ~90-95 degrees fahrenheit) The free buffet breakfast was plentiful with fresh foods and good coffee. The hotel is right at the edge of the walking zone so sightseeing and local eateries were easy to get to and close to the hotel. There was an element of disadvantaged people (poor/homeless/unemployed) that also spent time in the park, so standard travel safety practices should be followed. Rooms on the small side, but good size bathroom and adequate wardrobe space. Flat screen TV and free wifi in the room. Well located near railway station and short walk to old town centre. Reception staff friendly, and reasonable buffet breakfast, better than usually found in Italian hotels outside the big cities Veruy good for a business trip but […] would also suit for those wanting a base to visit the region. A well placed hotel with good facilities BUT spoilt by building work on the outside which deposited large amounts of stone dust on our car which need an expensive carwash at the end of 3 days. Good breakfast and attentive staff. Would return when renovation is completed

Near enough to train, but close to sights. Very helpful staff, and very welcoming. Rooms are nice, modern, well appointed. Will definitely recommend.

Close to train station, close to old town, easy walk to most Paladian architecture sites. Two very nice parks near by. Grocery store near by. A/C worked well; not true in all hotels and temps were in the 90s (F). Great breakfast buffet; helpful staff; comfortable sitting area and free internet access in lobby if you didn't have a smart phone.

The hotel could not be more perfectly located in Vicenza. Near a park, great restaurants, the town center/square, and the train station. Made going to Venice a breeze. The staff was terrific and welcoming, the rooms very nice, and overall just a great place to stay.

Great hotel at reasonable (if not epic) value. Very convenient for the railway, and just a short walk from lots of interest. Clean and comfortable - definitely somewhere I would choose again and would recommend without qualms.

A metà strada tra il centro storico e la stazione ferroviaria, è il luogo ideale per soggiornare a Vicenza. Camere assai confortevoli e personale gentilissimo completano il tutto. Pienamente soddisfatta.

Hotel très pratique pour visiter Vicenza et également pour prendre le train (desserte de Venise S Lucia en 45min toutes les 30 min). Le personnel est charmant et très accueillant. Les chambres sont simples et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

Hotel comodo sia per la stazione FFSS che per il centro storico. Lavori in corso (ampliamento) che non interferiscono per il brevissimo soggiorno (una notte). Gentilezza del personale. Giudizio positivo.

Lalbergo è attualmente in ristrutturazione ed ho alloggiato in una delle camere già modificate la quale piuttosto che una matrimoniale doppia mi si è presentata come una vera e propria suite con una comoda anticamera e con Tv nei due ambienti. Il bagno è molto grande con vasca e doccia completo il servizio di salvoiette, accappatoii, saponi e creme La […] posizione è molto comoda e centrale ed anche se occorre andare in qualche opificio della città o del circondario, i tassinsono facilmente reperibile e poco cari. E' un hotel nel centro di vicenza, un pochino attempato ma comunque gradevole con parcheggio privato e ottimo staff

公園に近い故か緑に囲まれた良いホテルです。駅からも快適な道を徒歩で行けます。中心街からは西の方によっていますので、くまなく街歩きをしてパッラーディオの建築等を観るのであれば、バスでオリンピコ劇場の辺りまで移動して西に向かって戻るのが良いと思います。ただ、泊まった日は直ぐ近くの空き地でロックバンドか何かが野外コンサートを開催していて、深夜過ぎまで大音量で最悪でした。それ以外は概ね満足です。ちなみに、ホテルを出て右手に行くとスーパーがあります。

L'Hotel Campo Marzio si presenta al viaggiatore come una di quelle perle alberghiere che stano velocemente scomparendo: camera non stretta da tutti i latti e bellamente illuminata da una ampia finestra aperta sui tigli che isolano l'albergo dal viale, con un bagno anche quello illuminato da una bella finestra sulla strada alberata (!), mobiliario discreto […] e piacevole, dove soltanto un po' di cinoiserie nell'ingresso(forse inevitabile ormai...) altera il gusto sobrio; personale alquanto "classico", esperto, che vuole trattare bene i clienti e sa come farlo. Parking "sotto casa", senza bisogno di scendere nelle profondità di un stretto e buio "underground" e posizione perfetta per iniziare la passeggiata tra i tesori palladiani di Vicenza. Una richiesta da cliente sodisfatto: nella "rimodellazione" anunciata in un foglietto presente in camera eviate di fare a meno di tutto quanto fa dal Campo Marzio un albergo non comune, i.e.: non volgare. Posizione ottima per visitare Vicenza, tutto il centro storico si gira a piedi. L' hotel è comodo e ben tenuto.

Hotel in bester Lage bei freiem Parkplatz vor dem Haus und Super Frühstück, Haus aus den 60er Jahren mit entsprechendem "Charme, der auch trotz deutlicher Neuerungen und Verbesserungen nicht zu verleugnen ist.

Das kleine Vierstern-Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume sind nicht mehr modern, hinterlassen aber einen guten Eindruck. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für italienische Verhältnisse umfangreich und ausgezeichnet. Der Service an der Reception ebenfalls gut. Albergo situato in zona comoda e raggiungibile, simile a tutti gli alberghi situato nei pressi delle stazioni centrali. Le immagini sul sito promettono piu' di quello che l'albergo mantenga nella realta'. Buona la colazione a buffet.
