Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 20 nights and it was absolutely perfekt. The staff was really helpful in every way possible. The place it self was stunning and I will never stay anywhere but at this hotel when I go to Lake Como. It´s a bit far away from everything so u kinda have to have a vehicle to enjoy this place to the fullest..

Best Western er dæmi um fyrirtæki sem byggir á sterkum gildum stofnanda fyrirtækisins og er enn þann dag í dag í eigu fjölskyldunnar. Upplifun mín af hótelinu er sú að það leggi mikla áherslu á það að starfsmenn þess séu mjög meðvitaðir um fyrir hvað fyrirtækið stendur og mikilvægi þess að viðskiptavinir þess fari frá hótelinu með aðra upplifun en frá öðrum hótelum. Þjónustulund starfsmanna finnst mér vera eitt af aðalsmerkjum þeirra tveggja heimsókna sem ég hef átt á Best Western. Það er eins og maður sé kominn heim til ömmu og afa þegar maður kemur í heimsókn til Best Western.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.

"Good hotel just far way from Milan"
It's a Very Nice hotel with a fine breakfast, but It's far way from Milan city. Fortunately we had rented a car, so it was Ok!

"The staff couldn´t care less"
Read some really good reviews before booking this hotel and wish I had booked somewhere else. It is in nowere land (but I knew that). The rooms were clean but warm (in November) no ventilation or AC at all we had to open the door to get air. Talked to the reception about it and they promised to fix it (twice) but nothing happened. There were a lot of […] people working in the breakfast restaurant but no one was interested in filling up as there were out of bread chesse ham etc. so if you came after 8.00 you got what was left. In the reception they said hello nicely but the restaurant staff did not bother to say hello back. "The Ora Hotel, Milano, Italy --- not so friendly"
Our stay at the Ora Hotel in Milano was less than pleasant due to some of the unfriendly staff. While the room was adequate, for a newly remodeled hotel it had already begun to show wear and tear and there was mold in the shower. The worst experience was in the restaurant though. The head waiter was more interested in watching the football match and […] flirting with the women than taking care of the customers. He then mislead us on one of the menu items and when we questioned him about it he got extremely rude and basically told us that is the way it is. We also found others to be unhelpful and several of the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves instead of taking care of the guests. All in all we could have done better in Milano. Located 30 minutes from milan but very clean and cheap, the free breakfast was great and staff were polite. I would Probably stay closer to the city next time but the hotel was worth the travel.also bus stop is located directly out the front and comes every 15 minutes or so.

The hotel is really outside Milan, about 35 min from central station (one hour with traffic), chaging 2 metro and one bus. My room was at side of one entrance and the door sound extremly strong when closed, and the people pass over there until 3 am. It's not possible in a 4 star hotel. I can't sleep confortable. Rooms are clean and silent, we didn't hear our neighbours, breakfast met our expectation. Staff was very helpfull, even resolved our small problem not connected to hotel activity. Internet was free for customers. We passed two other days in another Milano hotels and are sorry that didn't find this hotel. "Hidden Gem not too far from Milano"
This is a great hotel about 9Km from the Milano town center, Very modern accomodations encapsulated in a secure location. Parking and enterance to the hotel is highly secured. Although the surroundings of the hotel does not match the accomodations and quality of the hotel, the overall expereience was great. Close proximity to public transporation and […] gas stations makes it ideal for any type of stay. We stayed there two days and enjoyed it. The only negative was that the rooms were a bit small. But that seems to be a typlcal complaint of a US person when visiting Europe. They are all small when compared to US accomodations. "muy lejos de todo,esta ubicado en medio de la nada"
Hice la reserva en este hotel por que supuestamente estaba ubicado a 12 km del Aeropuerto Linate y esta es hubicado aproximadamente a 24 km, esta en medio de la nada. el hotel es bonito y las habitaciones son comodas, pero los cobertores estaban impregnados a olor de cigarrillo que es algo muy desagradable para alguien que no a fumado en toda su vida. Pedi […] un taxi para ir a Linate airport desde la noche anterior y cuando me monte al taxi el taxista me estaba cobrando 13 euros mas que por que era cargo extra por haberlo reservado desde la noche anterior y en recepcion me debieron informar de esto, en total el transporte me costo 40 Euros, casi lo que me costo la noche en el hotel. l'hotel è davvero confortevole, ben organizzato e pulito. il posizionamento è un pò lontano da milano, ma con il servizio navetta si può andare senza troppi intoppi al centro ad esempio, spendendo una modica cifra.

Beautiful modern hotel. We just slept there one night and cannot advice on other services but our room was very nicely appointed and clean. The facility has a nice inner yard and great service. We were in a hurry so we did not have the time to enjoy breakffast. Great value for the money you pay.

"Das Hotel Ora macht einen guten ersten Eindruck..."
Das Hotel Ora macht einen guten ersten Eindruck und wirkt sehr modern. Jedoch hatten wir kleinere Mängel im Zimmer, wie absplittern der Abdeckung neben dem Lavabo oder die Klimaanlage, die irgendwie immer auf 26Crad eingestellt war und nicht angepasst werden konnte. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay aber nicht […] wirklich überragend. Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb von Mailand. Das Zentrum ist zur Tageszeit gut zu erreichen und auch der Rückweg ist bis 20.00Uhr kein Problem. Danach gestaltet sich vorallem die Taxi-Organisation in Bresso ziemlich schwierig. Einfaches Ein- und Auschecken. Gesamteindruck gut. Wir werden nächstes Mal aber ein Hotel in Zentrumnähe buchen, weil es schlicht unkomplizierter und einfacher ist. Preisleistungsverhältnis jedoch sehr gut im Hotel Ora. Lesa meira

Ora City i Milano var en halv trist oplevelse. vi havde booket 2 rum - det ene havde intet WC brædt og det andet virkede safty boksen ikke. Hotel personalet var venlige men uprofesionelle og dermed ikke gearet til nogen form for service.

Albergo moderno, camere spaziose, bagno grande, ottima climatizzazione ed insonorizzazione. Da rivedere la colazione (pochi minuti prima delle 10 scompaiono i camerieri..) per poi tornare dopo le 10 e pulire..se qualcuno arriva dunque alle 9:50 non mangia! Rivedere un po' meglio la pulizia delle camere..

Good value for money but very far from the center. The room was smelling bad when we enter. Otherwise, quite clean and modern.

Très beau hôtel , tous y est fonctionnel et de très bon gout . le personnel quand à lui est irreprochable. les chambre sont tres bien equipé , confortable et entrtenu un vrai 4 étoiles
Hotel ótimo, novo, limpo, design super bacana. A localização não é tão previlegiada mas para quem está de carro (como eu estava) é excelente pois tem estacionamento em frente. Café da manhã simples porém de qualidade.

The hotel was comfortable and clean , but it was difficult to reach the city center. Parking facilities were insufficient.

Unfortunately they have problems with a hot water supply in bathroom. Sometimes if you want to take a shower - it will be impossible, You open the tap - and find just cold water.

Hotel is average and probably for those who travel with car could be OK/ Without a car there is nothing to do - far from the center ( 10 km) with bad public transport communication/ Rooms are OK but some of them are in bad technikal conditins. Sejour d'un nuit agreable, hotel moderne, propre avec toutes les prestations du descriptif: un garage couvert et fermé payant ou nous étions contents de garer notre chere voiture. Nous etions au deuxieme etage, et nous avions la vue sur le patio intérieur, la chambre est parfaitement insonorisée.
