My husband and I love staying at The Cliffs. We have always stayed on the ocean view side in building 6 and recently stayed in one of the units in building 8. It's like our home away from home! Being able to see the sunset every night from our lanai was such a treat. And watching rainbows form over the ocean was amazing. Because we were usually out […] and about, we didn't stay in the room much. But we did notice that it can be a bit noisy. We were able to hear the toilets flushing in the middle of the night, and our neighbors talking on their phones while sitting on the lanai. But it was a beautiful stay! Lesa meira

"The Cliffs" at Princeville provides a pleasant stay and a "home from home" on the cliffs above Hanalei Bay, Kauai. The ocean view from most of this community is somewhat distant, the reception staff are totally overworked, however, the rooms are comfortable and clean. You will absolutely not care about any minor downsides of "The Cliffs" as you will […] be headed out of Princeville to briefly enjoy the view from the St. Regis Hotel before dropping down the road to funky-cool, Hanalei and the breathtaking beaches and coastline beyond.... We had a beatiful tastefully furnished condo with fully equipped kitchen. All recently updated appliances, 2 balconies, one with an ocean view. We stayed in Building 4. There is no access to the beach, you'd need a short drive to the closest beach. There is a shopping center nearby

We were not informed that there would be no mid-week service because this unit was privately owned. Although it did not affect our great trip, it would have been nice to know that this service was not included and was an extra charge. We have always had this service provided and were surprised that clean towels, soap, etc. were not included in the  […] package. Lesa meira

Great views if you stay in building 6,7,or 8. They property is well maintained even the community BBQ's. Units redone within 5-7 years but still has musty smell. Also, may sure you understand that the resort fee, taxes are not included in daily rate, ours turned out to be over $50 a day.

The condo was wonderful. It came complete with beach towels, chairs, and a fully equiped kitchen. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. There were gas grills to use close to each unit and the staff cleaned theme every day.

The Cliffs at Princeville is the well maintained Condominium Complex in the very nice, quiet and up-scale area. All the units are very spaciuos, have 2 balconies and ocean view. Friendly stuff, full kitchen and good supermarkets nearby create 'like home' feelings. Noths Shore of Kuaii is the best side of the island. You can find everything: golfing, […] walking thru rainforest, serfing, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. If you prefer not cooking, no problem - there are a lots of restaurants at a differerent price level in a neighboring town Hanalei. Princeville is located on the North Shore of Kauai away from big crowds and lots of noise. The quaint town of Hanalei is close by as is 3 of the best beaches on the island. The Cliffs offered a beautiful view, great amenities and the perfect, relaxing vacation we were hoping for. We will bring our entire family back in the future.

二年続けて宿泊しました。全体としては平均値ですが、鍵の受け渡しで二回ともトラブルがありました。今回はエクスペディア経由でスムーズな鍵渡しをリクエストしていましたが無駄でした。 リゾートフロントが鍵を持たず、キーボックスによって管理されていますが、暗証番号が不明で次にはキーが入っていないなど、部屋の管理会社の鍵渡しへの責任感が無い事が原因です。5時以降は管理人もいませんので、宿泊される方は早めにチェックインされ、ルームキーの確認をしてください。よって、英語力がないとトラブル必定です。

不動産会社がレンタルしているコンドミニアムでした。不動産会社からコンドミニアムの管理窓口への連絡が悪く、予約はあるものの、どの部屋なのかがわからずすぐにはチェックインできませんでした。予約した際に予約の確認と同時に部屋番号を事前に教えていただく必要がありました。オーシャンビューということで期待していたのですが、海はみえるものの、建物越しでいまいち。ベッドはツインを希望したのですが、残念ながらキングサイズベッド一つで、家内はベッド、自分はソファーの３晩でした。また、プールが小さいのが残念でした。海岸は崖の下でアクセスできないので、車で近くのビーチへゆくしかありません。 とはいうものの、やはりプリンスビルですので、周囲の環境は素晴らしく、またコンドですので食材を近くのスーパーで買ってゆっくり料 […] 理したのしむことができました。 といことで、環境は抜群、ただコンドミニアムはいまひとつということでした。 Lesa meira
