"Great location but room a bit on the small side."
We stayed the weekend of the 13th April for a 2 night weekend break. The accomodation is ideally situated-a 5 minute walk to lake Windermere. The accomodation does not have guest parking and it is difficult to park on the road directly outside but we managed to park in a street about 5 minutes away with no residents parking restrictions. We stayed in […] room 5, the room and ensuite bathroom were small but clean. The breakfast was served between 8-9 and was nice. The owners were very friendly and overall we had a good time. really sweet memory of staying at Melbourne Guest house. The host is a very kind gentel. I met an old couple when I stay there, they told me they come to stay there for every 2 weeks. They really like the area and the house. So do I. It will take 15 mins walk from the Windermere train station, or you can take bus 599 to Boness on windermere (Boness […] pier). You can walk 5 mins to the pier, where you can take the boat cruise to Ambleside. or you can take bus to Grasmere. All in all, the lake disctrict is a place that worth to come again and again. room was ok, bathroom had a damp smell to it all the time, bit off putting. turning in to the road was a shock! could not park near to the guest house due to lack of parking. good for walking in to the lake & town only two mins walk.

A rather average Guest house with basic accomodation but clean and Ok for a short break although over priced for the facilities on offer. Breakfast was reasonable but only on offer between 8.00 and 9.00. On suite bathroom was tiny and shower did not work although we were promised on day 1 that this would be fixed, this was not the case.
"One of the best"
This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever seen. The room was immaculate and very tastefully appointed -- modern fixtures, wall-mounted flat screen tv, small but ample sized shower and bathroom, comfortable bed. The breakfast was immense and there was even a menu in the room so you know what is offered (vegetarian, as well) The turn into Biskey-Howe Road […] is a surprise, but the Sat-Nav warned us! 靠近湖邊的商業區，有很多食店選擇，與彼得免的World of Beatrix Potter Attraction和Windermere湖都近在咫尺。店主友善，英式早餐美味豐富，缺點是房間細小殘舊，門鎖有時失靈。淋浴間太狹窄，一定要先調好水溫才能進入，很不方便。

호수와 매우 가까울 뿐만 아니라 저렴한 가격에 비해 방도 괜찮고 아침식사도 괜찮더군요. 주인아저씨도 친절하시고 좋은 곳입니다.

příjemný a typicky Britský hotel/penzion umístěný na strategickém místě u jezera Windermere. Hotel vedou dva bratři, pokoje jsou sice stísněné, ale čisté a řádně uklízené. Anglická snídaně super, navíc není problém domluvit se na modifikaci. Já třeba fazole nejím, ale míchaná vajíčka nebyl problém. Hotel není na hlavní ulici a je tam příjemný klid, […] navíc z našeho pokoje (č8) byl výhled do sousední zahrady, jako do lesa. Jediný problém je parkování na ulici, ale na hlavní třídě cca 50m se místo vždy našlo. Na mistě jsem neplatil nic, rezervace přes Hotel.com jako obvykle v pohodě. Rozhodně doporučuji. 영국 숙소가격이 싸지 않음에도 불구하고 저렴한 가격에 깨끗한 객실 그리고 정말 괜찮은 아침식사까지.... 아주 만족스럽습니다. 물론 윈더미어호까지는 약 15분정도 걸어야 하는 위치이지만 그래도 비교적 멀지 않은 위치에 위치해있으며 전형적인 영국 B&B 모습이어서 정말 좋았습니다. 전 아주 만족한 곳입니다!!

自分はここに三日間泊ったんですけど、値段の割にホテルの雰囲気、朝食の感じもよく大変満足できました。ぜひ湖水地方に訪れた際にはここに泊まることをお勧めします。
