Our stay at the Homewood Suites Rochester was wonderful. The staff was courteous and the morning breakfast was delicious.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was clean with all the comfort of home as we had the full kitchen and a large room so not to feel cramped. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel was slightly farther than what we wanted to be from RIT but was deffinetly nice and worth the drive. We loved this little spot and the 1 bedroom option as we have little kids so it was nice to be able to put them down for a nap and still be able to relax. Nice hotel, cute little pool. We'll be back!

Awesome. The pool was warm and clean. The room was spotless, and fantastic. This is the first hotel breakfast my daughter has ever been able to enjoy -she has an anaphylactic egg allergy. The breakfast options are plentyful here. close to shops, restaurants, and the highway. I would strongly recommend this place.

With the exception of the heater in the bedroom not working (which wasn't a big deal since the heater in the living room had plenty of power to handle both with the bedroom door open), our stay was fantastic. Great hotel. Would definitely stay there again when in town. A number of things were done right when built. Power outlets within reach above the night stand. Showere in lieu of tubs. Comfort space as well as working space. Magnets with notes on were nice home touch. Made me right at home. Free beer and wine social. Although didn't get to try the free […] dinner it looked great. A great hotel. Spacious rooms with stove, fridge and microwave. Staff were extremely friendly, from front desk to maintenance - everyone greeted you and seemed sincerely interested in making sure your stay was great. The only thing it lacks is a hot tub in the pool area. Otherwise nearly perfect stay for a mid-range hotel.

we do love this place. the prices are less than most in the area charge for a room, and the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and there is a kitchen for cooking and restaurants within walking distance. On this last trip, we went to Dave's Famous BBQ and totally enjoyed it.

My wife and I have stayed here twice, and plan to use these hotels whenever available for our trips. Rooms are large and comfortable, and being able to cook dinner for her while on a trip was wonderful.

We stayed here for our wedding night and absolutely loved the place. From the moment we walked in we knew this hotel was very well taken pride in. Our suite was beautiful, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great with pretty much everything most people would be happy with.

My stay at Homewood suites by hilton was great!!! Very clean and comfortable! The pool was nice and warm. My children were able to enjoy themselves without disturbing others. And breakfast was great we made our own waffles.......the only bad thing was there were no more strawberries.

We stayed at this hotel with our 2 year old twin boys. They were very accommodating, as it is not always easy when traveling with young children. We had a large room and the hotel provided cribs. Housekeeping checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed at this hotel because of it's rating and trip advisor comments. The hotel room was very roomy with full refrigerator and lovely decor.The weekend breakfasts were delicious and included a special breakfast dish freshly made that morning. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Our room was very quiet, squeaky clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both people working the front desk, at night and the next morning, were friendly and went out of their way to help us find restaurants we would like. We had a great stay.

We had a great time at the hotel. Our children loved the look of the hotel as well as the staff. Everyone was really friendly and curtious and willing to help. Rooms were well kept and very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Left the next day and didn't return to hotelroom until 1am only to find beds unmade, room dirty and no clean towels.called night manager who was very apologetic, offered to bring clean towels. The next day at 9am, as per my instruction, the hotel manager called. Breakfast was oustanding - definitely a step above the normal "hotel hot breakfast". Each morning there was multiple options. The room was confortable & spacious. The small kitchen had a bar sink, 2 burner cooktop, full size microwave, full size dishwasher, & full size fridge. I was working this past weekend in Rochester and had decided to stay here. I had read reviews of other hotels in the area and thought this one was best. Turns out I chose right! Everyone was helpful and polite, the room was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only complaint is that the pool was extremely warm, almost hot, which created a hot and humid atmosphere in the whole pool area. It was difficult to stay in there for more than a half hour.

Friendly service, neat and clean. The dinner buffet was excellent. The only issue I had was the drapes do not close on the windows and the curtain sheers weren't enough to block out the parking lot lights and headlights from the highway. The room stayed bright at night. Other than that, highly recommended.

My family and I spent one night at this suite on January 1st, 2011. We came in on a late fight from Melbourne, Florida and just wanted somewhere to stay for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at how well kept and spacious our room was. We are frequent travellers across north america and we were very impressed with the quality of the service recieved, […] as well as the buffet style breakfast available. Our son was able to connect his playbook tablet using the free wifi service and the beds were very comfortable with two big screen TVs to watch and kitchen facility available - we were very happy with our accomodation and of course the price was right. Excellent value. Suites room with very nice exercise area, breakfast area, kitchenette in room. Only problem was I could have used a bit more light in the couch/living are of the suite. The staff over Christmas was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

First time staying. 8 mo old, wife and I stayed 2 nights in a king studio suite. Room was nice, big, and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was great and helpful. Keep up the good work! Would definitely stay again. Our new Rochester home away from home when we visit family.

Really nice property. Looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable room and great staff. Even had a slight problem with this reservation because I had to cancel a day due to hurricane Irene. The hotel and expedia refunded the money for that night without any problems.

This was a great hotel to stay at if you are in Rochester, as we were, to see the Childrens Museum and do some shopping. The hotel is just down the street from a massive Mall and Target. The hotel facilities are very modern and the fitness room, while not huge, has a great selection of equipment. Our kids loved the indoor pool and it seemed well maintained. The […] room itself was good and they had a very large Cable TV package to watch on flatscreen tv's - kids could watch smurf reruns on demand. The cleaning staff even made a point of setting up the kids toys on the bed for them. Lastly the included buffet breakfast has lots of choices and nice hot food. Wonderful spacious king room!! Close to freeway. Breakfast was great! My son and wife with their 3 children had a similiar room and there was plenty of space. We were in Rochester for a family party and will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best stays we have ever had! Very friendly staff, clean and new, comfortable beds, nice amendities, super breakfast, awesome evening snacks (even BBQ brisket), fresh baked cookies. This hotel was also very quiet. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and it's management.
