Frábært hótel í alla staði. Mjög kurteist og hjálpsamt starfsfólk, mjög hreint og snyrtilegt. Skipt um handklæði á hverjum degi.

Going to Bangkok as two semi-budget travelers, we didn't consider this as cheap, but as many hostels were of the same price range, we decided to take the hotel, mostly for the chance of a good bed, more security and proximity to Khao San Road. Apart from the WiFi being a bit shaky (but to same level as many other hotels in South East Asia) and dirty slippers in the bathroom, everything was pretty much sufficient to our standards. The bed was comfortable enough, the hotel staff was friendly and more than ready to help with anything, a convenience store was in the same street and also an Internet Cafe. No problem finding it coming from Khao San Road, going up the street from KSR (western end), the hotel being placed on the opposite bank of the next canal - merely a five minute walk. Only downside was, being a backpacker, we missed staying with all the other backpackers on Khao San Road, but returned anyway for a second stay a week later, equally as enjoyable.

Nice staff - skytrain is just 3 mins away, so the location is solid. Breakfast was just fine. Good price. So, I'm pretty happy after that one night stay.

Other distractions include the shopping complexes of Robinson, Central, Silom, and Makro. Expect constant traffic congestion.

This was my 2nd two week stay at this hotel this year. It's a good 10 min walk to Surasak station and walking distance meal choices are limited. The room desk is really too small to use comfortably. Otherwise the room is very comfortable. I had a club floor room & spend most of my work time in the lounge. This hotel is very reasonably priced which […] makes up for any inconveniences. "Expected of Novotel"
As per expectations, it was all good except that the air conditioning was a little too warm. Another point to note is that there isn't free Wifi, a big downside when Wifi is so widely shared nowadays in most major hotel chains and even some smaller hotels. On the overall, good experience that could be improved on.
"New hotel with more plusses than negatives."
I like this hotel very much as i go to bangkok twice a year and it is in a perfect location for my business. The rooms are very comfortable and adequate. Whoever gave them advice on the bathrooms did not do a good job though. The tap over the basin is much too short so water goes everywhere, there is no place to put your clothing while having a shower, […] and in the shower there is a tiny shelf to hold soap and nothing for shampoos etc. The floor in the shower is also very slippery when wet. The biggest negative is no free wireless in the rooms and to buy is expensive. The free computers downstairs are either out of order or being used. But everything else is great, breakfasts very good, service and friendliness great. Would recommend for the price. Lesa meira
"Good value, new,location"
Get more than what you pay for. Not in the very central area like Siem Square, but the sky train is only 10-15 minutes walk (Sarasak Station). Free hotel shuttle to sky train too,one way. Safe area, many restaurants & hotels on the same streets. Stayed on Premier floor (top floor / good view), money well spent. Free wi-fi, 5-7 pm happy hour with free […] drinks and snacks. Very relaxing stay. Taxi from airport only 30 minutes, as hotel is just off the motorway (toll highway). 2 tolls cost 45 + 25 Balts. Lesa meira
"Great Place"
It may not be that close to the main road, but I thought that the location was great and it was an awesome place to stay. The breakfast buffet is a MUST and well worth it. Close to the huge malls, great places to eat, and overall a great hotel.

"12 days"
I stayed here 12 days in early January in an executive floor room. It had all I needed. The club room staff are remarkable (though the wine is not something I want to recall.) Surasak station is a 10 min walk.

"Quality hotel"
We splashed out and booked a Premier Executive Floor room - very happy we did. Attentive, friendly and personal service by the Executive Floor team. Complimentary canapes and drinks served 5-7pm and an exclusive lounge area. Modern, clean, stylish and comfortable rooms. Not huge but more than enough space. Massive king bed, CD player and personal in-room […] espresso maker were nice touches. Breakfast choice was impressive and the seafood buffet in the evening was great. The only negative was the distance from the BTS (sky train), particularly in the rain or humidity meaning taxis were required. However, the hotel does offer a free shuttle (one-way only) to Sala Daeng BTS (Patpong Night Market area). Overall, a good choice at a good price in a upmarket location, with warm service. Excellent Front Line staff - friendly, courteous and always ready to offer assistance. With all these attributes, even the not so convenient location makes your stay so pleasant and a repeat visit to the hotel is a must. Apparently quite a number of taxi drivers do not know the location of the hotel and we have to guide them along.

"Novotel Fenix Silom - an oasis in Silom"
This hotel was a great value for money. While the location is a little far from public transport and some taxi drivers refused to go there from Khao San Rd, for example, it's a 10 minute walk from the nearest BTS station. The hotel provides a handy free shuttle service to another station close by. Hotel and rooms are immaculately maintained, and staff […] are helpful, speaking good English. Breakfast, an extra on our rate, was worth it for the wide variety. However, staff were not attentive to replacing cutlery and crockery, and bread at the toast station was stale. The gym was spartan but very convenient. Overall this was a highly enjoyable stay at the Novotel Fenix Silom Bangkok and this hotel comes highly recommended. Lesa meira

This hotel has a nice location, 10 mins walk to market at day time and 20 mins walk for night life street.lobby has free wifi but costly for in room wifi service.breakfast buffet is 4 stars,you will not leave with empty stomach.room size is specious but shower has poor drain,it's always flood!! called for help many times but never solve the issue( bad […] plumbing).swimming pool is super tiny but clean.staffs are very polite and nice.overall worth the money. Very friendly and clean. speak little english just enough information for me to go sight seeing on my own. Free shuttle to sala deeng where Patpong go go bar and night market located. I would use this hotel again if I go to thailand next time.

Hotellin puitteet kohdillaan. Sijainti lähellä skytrain asemia. Tuk-tuk toimi myös mainiosti. Jokilaivat kyyditsivät kivasti kuninkaalliseen kortteliin. Aamiainen erittäin hyvä. Myanmarin lähetystö lähellä, viisumit järjestyivät kohtuu kivasti. Menisimme uudelleen !

El hotel esta ubicado cerca de BTS, las instalaciones son adecuadas , el desayuno tambien. La pileta minima asi como las instalaciones de esa area. Cobran una fortuna por el Wifi. No se entiende, en hoteles de menor categoria es gratis. Si te dan el uso de compuatdora libre por 20 minutos, pero son dos para 100 cuartos.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu und unheimlich sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfotabel und ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe kommt mann zur Fähre und zur Hochbahn. Wir können das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen !!!

When I asked a staff to bring ices and towels to our room, I had waited for long time. I called them three times then finally they brought them maybe two hours after we called. Why did it take so long?

此酒店位置坐60thb 的士便到silom夜市 房間很好,之至洗手間問題,由於一早看了評價,知道容易淺水,用毛巾做好防範,沒大問題 早餐也可以

房间整洁，酒店很新，但是房间面积很小，我们订了5间房，2间没有早餐，我们自费150元人民币购买，但是实在太差了，处了煎蛋培根，其它再无可吃，位置尚可
