Mjög vel staðsett. Lestarstöð við hornið. Þjónusta starfsfólks mjög góð.

ég var mjög ánægð með þetta hótel staðsetningingin var alveg í fínu lagi það er ekki alveg niðrí bæ en samt stutt að labba og ekki dýrt að taka leigubíl frá hóteli niðrí bæ ferðin var svona um 4-5 pund. það eru þrjár aðalverslunargötur og þetta hótel ekki langt frá einni þeirra sem heitir Sauchiehall street hægt er ganga hana á enda og landir maður […] þá í mollinu niðrá Buchanan street,, sem er líka verslunargata,, og þaðan er hægt að labba að Argyle street.. Staðsetning er ágæt. Hótelið er í göngufjarlægð frá verslunum, ca. 10-15 mín. fjarlægð frá Buchanan Street. Charing Cross lestarstöðin er við hliðina hótelinu og þangað gengur lest niður í miðbæ. Einnig er hægt er að taka lest þaðan beint til Edinborgar. Auk þess eru ágætir matsölustaðir mjög stutt frá hótelinu, leikhús og ópera. Einn alveg sérlega […] frábær matsölustaður sem heitir Ristorante Theatro í ca. mínútufjarlægð á 61 Elmbank Street. Lítill, bjartur, meðaldýr staður niðri í kjallara með þægilegri ítalskri gítartónlist. Frábær þjónusta og maturinn upplifun. Sannkallaður griðastaður eftir erilsaman dag á ráðstefnu, í söfnum eða verslunum. Herbergin eru ágæt; frekar lítil en hugguleg, rúmin voru góð og hótelið allt mjög snyrtilegt. Anddyrið er reyndar mjög þröngt. Matsölustaður hótelsins var snyrtilegur, en ég myndi ekki gefa matnum eða þjónustunni þar góða einkunn. Þar var undirmannað, t.d. fengum við vínið sem við pöntuðum með aðalréttinum löngu eftir að við fengum aðalréttinn á borðið og þá ekki fyrr en búið var að reka tvisvar á eftir því. Kvöldmaturinn sem ég borðaði þar var ekki spennandi. Continental morgunverðurinn var mjög lélegur, eingöngu sulta með brauðinu og svo morgunkorn, en þó ágætis ávextir. Skoski morgunverðurinn var þokkalegur. Það var hins vegar ágætur lítill matsölustaður beint á móti hótelinu sem heitir Baby Grand þar sem við borðuðum morgunverð alla morgna eftir reynsluna á hótelinu fyrsta morguninn. Þar var frábær þjónusta, vinalegt og hjálplegt starfsfólk og góður morgunverður. Lesa meira

Very pleasant and as usual the staff were top notch, slept great but the the boss of the house could hear aslight murmur from the heating system. But she is a light sleeper.defenently would use again

Drunks hanging about outside the entrance cadging money was the only negitive for my visit

A short walk from Sauchiehall Street - for those who like a lively night out, but not too close to be plagued by noise. Room clean and warm. No noise disturbance from street, despite being on the first floor. Arrived too late for food and did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on restaurant, but many late night food outlets a short walk nearby. Staff […] friendly and helpful. What you expect from Premier Inn. Would recommend. Only gripe is there did not seem to be any on-site parking, though NCP was next door - £2.00 overnight fee (reasonable for NCP), but not redeemable from Premier Inn. Lesa meira

The hotel is close to Charing Cross and Sauchiehall Street, an ideal location for a night out in Glasgow on a budget.

This was a very convenient hotel for myself and my family as we were at a Patno in the Kings Theatre which is literally round the corner. We booked a family room for myself,my husband and my two children,the room was clean enough but the bathroom was like something you would find in a hospital and had a strange smell,the double bed was very comfortable […] but the childrens beds were extremely uncomfortable,you could literally feel the springs through them and when I complained about them I was told housekeeping would check them for the next guests(not very helpful to me!).We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problems and enjoyed a lovely breakfast last time but this time everything was luke warm which wasnt great. Great hotel and very friendly staff, only 1 stop from George Square and close to King's Theatre. Lovely food, quick service, cannot fault!

we were on the eighth floor with a nice sized room and a view over the city , however the windows were filthy on the outside, which rather obscured the scenery. Other than that the room was good value for money.

On the hole an enjoyable 2 day stay, just a pitty we could hardly see out of the bedroom windows for all the dirt.

This hotel was ok - room was comfortable enough and clean. However, we chose this location because it was advertised as being close to SECC. The railway station at the entrance didn't have a direct train link and we were advised that it was quite far to walk so ended up having to get taxi to location. Would have been easier booking something more central […] and jumping on a train out to SECC. Lesa meira

ideal place to stay - staff friendly - stayed there as going to see RHCP at the SECC which was an easy 15-20 mins. walked out of train station and was the next building did not hear trains once when inside.

Reasonable sized room, good facilities and friendly staff. Annoying that you have to pay for internet and parking. Also room temperature adjustment didnt work

This hotel could not have been more conveniently located to the train station, motorway, and restaurants. Hotel room was clean. Bed was serviceable. No bottles of sampoo, etc, but rather a dispenser of hand wash next to the sink and another dispense in the shower with a soap/shampoo/conditioner combination. Most assuradely part of cost cutting. Overall standard of Hotel Room was very good - bed very comfortable - bathroom very clean - furniture good quality - TV (all channels) - Staff at Reception helpful (though very busy) - Breakfast not so good - Overpriced - self service - cooked food not great quality - Breakfast staff were fairly offhand and surly (at least the ones I had to deal with) […] - Overall I would recommend this hotel to stay in, but would skip the Breakfast there, and go to the Willow Tea Rooms instead - Lesa meira

Having arrived very early in the morning the staff of Premier Inn Glasgow Charing Cross did their best to give me my room a bit earlier than check-in time and at no extra cost. The breakfast and Supper meals were very tasty. My room was modern & clean and the staff was courteous and helpful when needing directions....and happy to call a cab on my departure. […] Thank you for making that part of my stay memorable. Excellent hotel for the price. The surrounding area is a little scary. However, you are within walking distance of everything. You are only about eight blocks from the tourist section of Glasgow.

I was attending a British Karate Federation tournament and this hotel suited my needs. The taxi was £3.60 each way.

Very clean but requires revamp. Office block within 150meters from our window which made privacy impossible without having curtains shut all the time Bar & Dining room good but pricey . Area around hotel at night is dodgy & very poorly lit. Didn't feel safe at all so add the cost of taxi's.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds, clean all around. Only small item was there was no iron. Also, the exterior windows were quite dirty, would have been nice to see the view. Also stayed at the Ramada closer to the shopping district and the Ramada was smaller, older, and more expensive. This hotel was a very good if compared to US hotels. I would definitely […] go back. Premiere inn's are reliable for being clean and spacious in my UK experiences. However, this was a little small, although certainly clean. I wish it was possible to open the windows for some fresh air. I didn't have a car, but parking looks to be limited in the neighborhood, so check to be sure.

I have stayed here many times when visiting Glasgow. As a lone female traveller I have always felt safe and secure. The area itself isn't ideal if you don't know the area but it is a short inexpensive taxi ride from most places. The staff are great. Would happily return.

Was very disappointed with the family room kids beds were mattress on floor and felt like barbed wire fences . Room was very dated but have to say food in hotel was lovely.

Hotel was easy to get too, car parking next door, Kings theatre round the corner, really good restaurants and pubs close by, perfect! Hotel was smart and clean and all staff seemed helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet on the Sunday morning was the perfect finish to a great stay! For value for money we would rate this hotel 5 out of 5!

Stayed here for one night for a wedding. Was perfect location for us to get to the wedding venue, a little further to the town centre, but still walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 12th floor with great views over Glasgow. Room was good, perhaps a little small if staying for more than a night, and you could hear […] people in the corridor from the room, but luckily this didn't continue into the night.
