"Decent pension"
The policies were a bit strange here and the beds weren't that comfortable but it was clean and the breakfast was nice. it was a pretty good deal for the price when it comes down to it. Its basically just a place to sleep
"Cheap Price, Great Location!!"
My friends and I needed a place to stay for a night in Seville that was central to all tourist attractions. Having said that, this hotel is acceptable for someone on a budget that is seeking proximity to city center and public transportation. The location is GREAT!! However, you get what you pay for! The building is in need of maintenance, you can completely […] here ALL sounds/convos from rooms next doors and outside noises/traffic from the bathroom. Bunk beds is what is available contrary to what is shown in the pics. Depending on the circumstances, I wouldn't mind staying here again. Lesa meira

This facility is just one step before , staying in the streets. No elevator. Barely beds in the room. Location adecuate, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Not appropiate for kids or family travel. "Great Location"
the place is just that, a pension...but what a GREAT LOCATION...cool pastry and tapas places nearby..walking distance to main sites and other great eating places...and continental breakfast included was quite good, considering it is all part of price...
"Low value for high price"
Hotel was very difficult to find. Two days no warm water in shower, lot of noise caused by washing machine, room was not cleaned, poor quality of bed, soda machine was not working. A lot of hassle for a high price. Very disappointing.

Very poor soundproofing! Breakfast is in the "entrance/hallway" (07:00-10:00am) of the hotell and you can hear them speak down there while trying to sleep at the fourth floor!!
"Good Location - that's about it"
Positives first: The location is great. It is right off of Calle Sierpes which means you are right in the heart of the shopping district and only a 5 minute walk from almost all of the other main attractions in Sevilla. They have free WiFi and free international calls from reception (under 5 minutes). Overall, our stay was fine. We were not there to […] spend time in the room and we knew we were staying in a pension and not a mult-star hotel. That being said, we felt we were a little deceived by the pictures on the website. The condition of the property is significantly more worn that you can tell from the picture. Our room was clean, however, it was a bit disconcerting to see a can of aerosol insect killer sitting on the table between the beds when we first walked into our room. To be fair, we did not see a single bug in the room, however, it wasn't a great first impression. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Our biggest issue was with the room key situation. The policy is to leave your key with reception every time you leave your room (there is a box to deposit you key on the way out). This by itself didn't bother me, however, there was no lock on the box and anyone could take your key out of the box if the was not a staff member at reception. On several occasions we has to wait for a staff member to return to reception so we could retrieve our key and access our room. In one case, after being unable to locate a staff member and waiting at reception (no bell to ring or other way of locating staff) we removed our key from the drop box and entered our room (thus highlighting the security problem mentioned earlier) Again, we were not expecting much, and mainly booked the room for its location, however, it needs a few basic improvements before I am comfortable recommending it to others. Good location, friendly staff but a bit "old" (could use a remodel). However, this is the first hostal that I have encountered that offers free internet and computers to use it, free calls to many countries for ten hours a day and free tea and coffee in the lobby at all times. A bit pricey for the quality but all in all not a bad stay.

"Pension Nuevo Suizo- veldig sentralt"
Veldig lytt - hørte alt fra ganger og uterom. Kunne ikke kjøre bil fram til hotellet - et minus. Dårlig frokost. Og veldig dyrt til den enkle standard.

Tres proche des principaux centres d'ntérêt. Station de taxi proche. Un gros avantage dans cette ville. La pension est de confort modeste mais le personnel et d'une telle gentillesse !!! les chambres sont simples avec douche et wc priv és si voiuis le choisisez. le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré ormis tartines jambon fromage et confiture c'est […] tout. Comme il n'y a pas de salle à manger (petitesse des lieux, celui ci se prend dans le hall de réception et il faut parfois attendre qu'une table se libère. Lesa meira
"Baja relacion calidad/precio"
En mi opinion, el principal problema de este hotel es su baja relacion calidad/precio. Esta casi al nivel de un hostal de mochileros, totalmente respetable, pero tiene el precio de un hotel de 3 estrellas. Como ultimo recurso, puede servir, pero recomiendo buscar otras alternativas. Yo, personalmente, no repetiria la experiencia.
