The Bohem is a great hotel, It is conveniently located to the main shopping pedestrian street, nearby trams, buses & metro. Great for walking tours and visiting the Baths, walks/cruises along the Danube. It is easy to access and find. The street its located on is not that pretty but its 2 seconds walk of Vaci Utca so that is not an issue. The breakfast is the best we have EVER seen in any hotel in Europe of 3 / 4 & 5 star hotels! There was a large selection of fresh fruit, juices *(freshly squeezed orange juice!!), cheese & charcuterie, cereals, yoghurts, breads, lovely champagne was a nice touch too! One point I would make is that the hot food selection was lovely esp the spicy sausages! But it could have been warmer (We stayed for a week and it was luke warm every morning which is a little disappointing as it was very tasty!). Also the hotel bar was not open as it was under renovation & I look forward to seeing that when we return. Even though the renovations were completed during the day our sleep or comfort was never compromised - well done on sound proofing! Another point is that our room was very comfortable and spacious, again one of the larger rooms for EU hotels as based on other reviews I expected a shoebox but our experience was the opposite - esp as we had 2 large cases & 2 small ones. Housekeeping too was very good. Staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful! Also the Airport shuttle bus we got at Terminal 2b cost €19 each way which was cheaper than the hotels taxi partner and saved hassle of buses/metro etc with bags. Can really recommend this hotel. Recently renovated in an old building. Fantastic breakfast. Yes, the room was small but suited our needs. Clean and modern design. And free wifi everywhere. We booked after reading recommendations on tripadvisor. We had high expectations, but were not disappointed.

The hotel is located on a street parallel to well-known pedestrian Vaci street, very near to the river. Rooms are relatively small but nice and clean. Free Wi-Fi, wide range of TV channels, good breakfast. Coffe/tea is always available at the reception free of charge.

The hotel is 1 street over from shopping/newspaper shops/souveneir places & restaurants. about a 5 minute walk max. to either metro or tram system. Hotel extras won us over- full breakfast w/ freshly squeezed juices, champagne, cold and warm options plentiful. Front desk helped w/ reservations for a parliament tour, spa bookings, etc at no extra cost. […] made it so much easier with their help to navigate the city. (2 changes 2 description though- not an issue- there were no robes in rooms at hotel and no in-room coffee pots) they did have coffee in lobby til midnight nightly. Lesa meira
"The breakfast and location can't be beat"
Before I laid eyes on the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, I was ready to give this hotel 2 stars... all has changed. The service, food selection, mimosas, and cappuccinos completely changed my overall perception of the hotel. The food service people were all top notch. If only the front desk could follow suit. What I didn't like: -My card demagnetized […] and they didn't even verify my last name, just gave me a new card when I gave them my room number... that didn't make me feel very safe -When I walked in late at night, the security guard (who I never saw before) didn't ask for a room key or anything -The front desk people were not the friendliest BUT, the breakfast was mind-blowing... delicious, and totally worth the other uncertainties. This hotel if a lovely hotel located in on of the most ideal locations in Budapest on the Pest side. It is one block of Vaci Utca one of the main walking and shopping streets in the tourist area of Pest. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel staff are warm, friendly, and professional. On our departure day when we asked the hotel to arrange our minibus to the airport the staff offered us a box breakfast as we were leaving prior to the start of breakfast. Our bus was running late and the staff phoned the company 2 times to get progress updates to comfort us that the bus was on the way and that we would make our flight. We stayed only one night at the Bohem Art Hotel but it was a great experience. The room, although small, was immaculately clean. The furniture was upscale IKEA modern. Lots of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast is offered but we didn't have time for it as we had to get to the airport. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We wanted to go […] to the baths and were able to purchase tickets at the desk. This was a convenience. The location of the hotel, in Pest, is excellent. Very close to the Market, the Gellert Baths, and shops and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel. Don't forget, when booking, that there's a tax added to the cost of the room. Lesa meira

This hotel was very unique. The rooms were sparsely decorated but it added to the overall experience. The breakfast was outstanding and included in the price. The art work from local artists was wonderful and unique. I would return again!

What a wonderful find in the old town center of Budapest. The multilingual staff was helpful and really charming-all of them. The room was beautiful, well-equipped and modern without losing the old-time charm of the building. The breakfast was better than any I have ever had in Europe. I strongly recommend this hotel.

nous avons séjourné cinq jours à Budapest et avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de l'hôtel. Même si les chambres sont très petites,elles sont bien agencées et la déco est très soignée. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter pas mal de choses à pieds. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Auf (für Städtereisen) unnütze Extras wie Spa's, Trainingsräume usw. wurde verzichtet. Junges und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, welches einem die richtigen Wünsche von den Lippen abliest. Hotellet är suveränt och jag har bara bra saker att säga om det! För att inte tala om att det är läckert inrett så är läget är prima, en gata upp ligger stora shoppinggatan och en gata ner ligger floden. Hotellets service var toppen! De hjälpte oss med allt vi undrade över och var super trevliga. Vi fick bland annat hjälp med att köpa biljetter eller […] t.ex. boka taxi var vi än var - vi ringde bara hotellet. (finns nämligen några oseriösa taxibolag och hotellet hade nära samarbete med ett schysst bolag) När vi först anlände till hotellet hade vi fått ett rum som luktade rök. Då ingen av oss var rökare så bad vi personalen om att få byta rum, vilket inte var några problem. Sista dagen checka vi ut mitt i natten eftersom flyget gick tidigt. Detta var lugnt då de har personal dygnet runt och vi fick dessutom en frukostpåse med oss, eftersom vi missa frukosten som ingick i bokningen. Förresten, frukosten var super fräsch med stort utbud. "Bel endroit pour rêver et explorer"
Très bien situé, a côté de la rue Vasi Utca et du marché central. Intérieur refait à neuf style Zenn. Très confortable. Service du personnel extraordinaire. Déjeuner super. Je recommande cet hotel à tous ceux qui sont inréressé par un hotel style particulier et ayant un atmosphère Zen. Rappoort qualité prix plus qu'avantageux.

Mycket fräsch frukost! Små rum, med endast BBC som engelskspråkig kanal, ingen pay perview. Ligger mycket centralt och bra på lugn gata. Trevlig personal. Tyvärr blev det fel på deras avloppssystem under vår vistelse vilket gjorde att vi blev nedgraderade till ett sämre rum som stank avlopp. Personalen gjorde dock sitt bästa för att kompensera oss, […] det blev ok till slut. Adoramos o hotel, possui decoração moderna, ótimo café da manhã, wifi grátis, atendentes super atenciosos e a localização julgamos ser excelente, próxima da Vaci utca e a metros do Danúbio e da ponta da Liberdade. Ponto negativo mas que não nos chegou a incomodar, não possui restaurante e serviço de quarto.

Great hotel that focuses on one thing, a nice quiet room to sleep in. The rooms are small but nice. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but the breakfast served is very nice. The staff was very helpful and gave lots of good tips and advice.

We spend 3 days in Budapest and stayed at the Bohem Art Hotel. The location was great, right at the shopping street, and close to tram and Metro. The Hotel was very clean, we loved the design. And the breakfast was the best ever! Champaign-breakfast, with the greatest selection of cheese, salads, fried vegetables, ham and eggs, saussages, different […] baguets and small breads, freshly squeezed orange juice and so on. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There's no way we would stay anywhere else during our next stay than in the Bohem Art Hotel!! :) Lesa meira

Hotellet lå bare et steinkast fra Vaci Utca og en kunne derfor gå til det meste, eller komme seg lett til metroen hvis en skulle lengre. Nybygd, veldig moderne og fresht. Rolig om natten, og de ansatte var smilende, blide og veldig hjelpsomme. Frokosten var utrolig flott (stort pluss med ferskpresset appelsinjuice!), men frokostsalen er litt trang når […] det er rushtid. Sammen med at rommene er ganske små, får dette stå som eneste minus i et ellers fresht hotell. Jeg anbefaler gjerne Bohem Art Hotel til de som ønsker en fin og sentral plass å bo i Budapest.
