Þetta er fínt hótel, herbegið var kannski ekki það snyrtilegasta en herbergisþjónustan var mjög góð. það er staðsett rétt hjá metro stöð, sem var mjög þægilegt. mæli með þessu hóteli ef menn vilja spara en vera samt á ágætis hóteli á góðum stað.

Átti frábæra dvöl á hótelinu. Lítið og notalegt hótel á frábærum stað við breiðgötu Montparnasse. Góð þjónusta, herbergin falleg og snyrtileg. Góður morgunmatur, ekki innifalinn, en í notalegum litlum sal í lobbýinu. Takk fyrir mig.

Elysees hótelið í áttunda hverfi Parísar er mjög vel staðsett, stutt í helstu ferðamanna staði og verslanir, og metro stöð handan við hornið. Einnig var hótelið snyrtilegt og herbergi hrein og starfsfólk hjálplegt.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.

"Ok, not as advertised"
The thing I loved most about this property is their lobby and lounge area. The design is chic and the entire property pretty much spells like roses which I loved. However, that was the only good part about the hotel. First of all, their front counter doesn't even know their own shuttle bus information and gave us wrong information about which terminal […] to wait at for the shuttle to the property. Their lounge doesn't open until 4 pm, we arrived tired and thirsty at 1:30 and had to find someone to get us a drink, which almost didn't happen. Their restaurant is not good, and when I went to my room to lay down, my sheets were soiled. Needless to say, the photos are deceiving and the reviews as well. The hotel is not that we'll kept, the rooms are dirty and the service is lacking and unattentive. Wouldn't recommend this place. Lesa meira
"A great stop over airport hotel"
great room service and shuttle from hotel to airport. We could not find the shuttle from airport to hotel - taxi is suggested for the one way at 15EU, We arrived early hoping to use the SPA, however it is not currently open.
Generally speaking the experience was dreadful. No staff smiled or said ;good morning', the bed was probably the most uncomfortable I have experienced and the charge of €20 per head for breakfast was just a rip-off since there was no alternative. Never again there.
"new hotel"
It was a fantastic hotel to end our visit to France. The hotel was less than a year old and very modern, The desk clerks were extremely helpful and all spoke English, the beds were comfortable, rooms were spotless, it had a nice restaurant and a free shuttle to the airport. Even the shuttle driver was friendly.We really enjoyed our stay.

It'll be a 5 star when the spa opens but still lovely in the meantime. Outrageous prices in the little boutique. Bar/restaurant a little pricey but expected for the stars. Neighbourhood is not an issue as you are probably waiting for a flight. Overlooks a cemetary out the back, so if that freaks you out be warned.
"relays Spa Roissey - Very Nice Stay"
I wish all my airport hotels were like this. We were in the airport loop for a conference. The hotel was clean and very modern with good Internet access. The restaurant and bar were very nice. Lunch in the restaurant was a three hour affair - very nicely prepared and presented with a caring waitstaff. The breakfast in the morning (go for the BB package […] if it makes sense), was a banquet of all sort of fresh breads, pastries, meats, and cheeses with a side bar of hot items. The hotel is situated - with other hotels - adjacent to a small village literally on the outer perimeter from the airport. Unlike airport hotels in the US, there are 28 other restaurants (Sushi - Chinese - French- Bistro) within walking distance and the village is a pleasant place for a walk after a day of flying or business When the hotel finally opens its spa/gym, it will be a complete package. "Clean & Modern, Fantastic Breakfast"
The restaurant breakfast was pricey, but absolutely amazing. All kinds of fruits, breads, patries, juices, meats, cheeses, and even typical "American" things like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold cereal... It was spectacular. I do have 2 complaints: 1) The shuttle zipped right by us at the airport because there were a couple of other shuttles in […] line and apparently the driver didn't want to wait 5 minutes. The biggest problem was that we then sat and waited over an HOUR before finally calling the hotel (who knows how much that cost me on my cell) to tell them what happened and request another shuttle. THIRTY more minutes passed with nothing, until finally a shuttle from a different hotel (who had seen us waiting and was on his FOURTH trip to HIS hotel) finally offered to take us. On top of that, when I got to the Hotel I went to the counter to try to get change to tip this other driver, and at first they refused to give me change unless I bought something! "Clean, comfortable, with a *fabulous* restaurant!"
When in need of a hotel right near Roissy (CDG) definitely choose Relais Spa. It was very clean and modern. The gym was lovely and the room had an enormous flat screen TV. The restaurant offered one of the very best meals I've ever had in France--truly outstanding. The Chateaubriand I ordered seriously rivaled anything I've eaten at highly lauded Paris […] restaurants. Hotel was fine but the airport shuttle was the absolute worst I have ever seen. Do not stay here if you plan to use the airport shuttle.

"Incompetent Staff"
The Relais Spa is a beautiful hotel but still under construction. The front desk staff was completely incompetent at checkout on the morning we left. Lines all the way to the elevator and no change for a 5 Euro bill for a small room tax. We nearly didn't make the shuttle to the airport because of the delay.

Stayed one night on return from a 3 week trip. There is a lovely little village to wander through. Who would have thought it would be so charming right in the airport area!! Free shuttle from the airport. Staff was very helpful. Room was lovely, with one issue. There was a smell in both the individual toilet room and the shower. While the regular bath […] area was fantastic with tub and shower and all the ammenities, the smell was like they had painted over mold. I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle bus to come to the airport. In my room, there was a dusty film on the wood floors, and prints of shoes that did not belong to me. The oven had a big glob of cheese hanging in it. The hallway carpet looked as if it had never been vaccumed or cleaned. There was a big, black spill that had dried on, with no apparent […] attempt to clean it up in the days (weeks or months?) since it had been spilled. There was grass and dirt on the carpet. It looked like many people had hiked on grassy slopes before walking down that hallway. It looked like a beautiful carpet, under the dirt. What a shame. Lesa meira

This is the best kept secret in Paris, France. Would recommend it to everyone. Great room, fantastic Lounge, and great mix of Italian food if you don't like French food. Cheers!!!
"CDG airpot hotel"
Very nice place, convenient to airport. Like the review I read the shuttles are used for more than airport and it seems guests attending conferences may take precendence over airport goers. But we went down early to ensure we could wait for shuttle. So not a big deal.

For a morning flight out of CDG this is an easy place to stay with a shuttle every half hour to the airport. Very modern and clean with a balcony for the smokers.

The hotel itself was fabulous. There are restaurants close by within walking distance of the hotel. This is not in Roissy. It is in Roissy-en-France (which is closer to the airport.) Had read about long waits for the shuttles and as it was 8 pm we decided to take a taxi. It is important to have the address on hand as the drivers don't know all the hotels […] - this was definitely the case with our driver. There was a detour on the road and 30 euros and 20 minutes later the driver was lost (even with GPS) and we had her drop us at a shuttle stop. The hotel staff were great as was the room. In the morning we took the free shuttle back to the airport - had to change to an airport shuttle to arrive at our terminal - not too inconvenient and after our previous night's taxi experience we were not ready to get in a taxi again! Hotel is very nice. only 2 small problems: 1. some people like Eric in fron desk need to understand what customer service is all about. He has a very bad attitude. 2. the hotel has 2 small buses and it takes a long time to go to or from train station to hotel. first time we waited 20 minutes, second time 45 minutes.

Shuttle did not come to pick us up form the terminal. We waited 40-50 minutes and had to pay other hotel shuttle to get to the hotel. Whem we arrived 2 shuttle vans were next to the entrance and drivers are talking to each others.

Easy hotel. Very clean and new. If you are in a hurry, use a taxi to the airport instead of the shuttle because the shuttle can be spotty.
"An Architectural Marvel!"
This hotel room was amazing! I appreciated every single little detail, from its "green" card key light control, to its guiding lights along the baseboard. There was not a wasted inch in the room, but you felt like you were in a MUCH larger room. All the fixtures were architecturally beautiful, and functional. I would describe each one like an Apple […] product: sleek, beautiful, and completely intuitive in its use. The bed was soft and inviting, and even though the view was urban, I appreciated the spacious balcony. Given the details in this room, I was very surprised at the low price. Anytime I am staying near the airport, I will make sure to get a room here! This is a new facility but the spa has not yet been completed (mid-2012). I stayed at this hotel due to an overnight layover. The room was comfortable and clean. The lights Were confusing as I had to use my room key To operate them but it was beautiful. Wish I couldve Stayed longer.

Room was very spacious compared to hotels in Paris, it even included a small kitchenette. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Very little airport noise despite the planes traveling directly overhead. The hotel breakfast seemed quite steep, but the nearby village is connected to the hotel area via walking paths so you would likely find less […] expensive meal options less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is to increase the menu in the lounge. Since there is not a restaurant the menu in the lounge needs to have more variety. Otherwise, it was great!
"Hotel Relaispa in Roissy"
Once the shuttle finally arrived everything went very well. The hotel is totally remodeled and to all intents and purposes, brand new. So new in fact the restaurant and spa were not yet open. The quaint town of Roissy is a few minutes walk away through the park and the surrounding area is great. The hotel is excellent and great value for money.

I stayed there for 3 nights in Aug. A new hotel with good decoration. Yet, room service needs a bit of attention. They did not refill my tower on the second day. This was immediately done after calling house keeping but should not be happened. In the third day, I found the hotel shuttle was not that regular as alleged. I need to wait for 25 minutes […] for a service that they said there is regular shuttle on every 10 minutes. Overall quality is excellent except two minor adverse comments that are peanuts. My room was beautiful, like a resort with a den, dining room, two bathrooms and a large bedroom. Very pretty and well maintained. Recently stayed with my husband and one-year old son for 3 nights. Newly remodeled. Comfortable, large, very sound-proof rooms (important with the proximity to the airport). Ours had a kitchenette which proved essential with the baby. They also offered us a crib for him to sleep in. Nearby is a picturesque little town (Roissy-en-France) with lots of […] eateries and 2 grocery stores, but be advised that many places close daily from 2:30-7pm. The hotel has a free shuttle every half hour to Charles de Gaulle, where you can take a train or bus into Paris (the main shuttle stop is at Terminal 3, but if you are arriving at another terminal, call them and tell them to pick you up at your terminal so you don't have to find your way to Terminal 3). Business center was not operational when we went, but if you bring your own computer, they have free wi-fi. The only room for improvement I saw was in the daily cleaning. We always seemed to get a different number of towels--sometimes they left wash cloths and an extra hand towel, while other days there were no wash cloths and only 2 hand towels. Also they disposed of our used bar of soap, but didn't replace it with a new one. So, we had to call the front desk to have more towels and soap sent up. But that is a minor issue. The Relais Spa Roissy is a beautiful hotel, but it is not yet a "spa." We stayed there May 29 and 30, 2011. The hotel just opened, and the pool and spa were not yet constructed and won't be for some time. That said, we had a beautiful room that was INCREDIBLY soundproof, which is important for a hotel close to an airport. There is a free airport shuttle. "A beautiful work in progress"
The hotel is still being completed, but is already beautiful. The outside is no indication of gorgeous decor that the inside is made of. Our suite had a stove top, microwave, large sleeping area, beautiful bathroom, and a huge TV with multiple English language channels. The airport transfer is wonderful and the staff is great!
Brand new. Very comfortable, spacious rooms with 2 burner cooktop, microwave, mini dishwasher, coffee pot, hot water pot, dishes, flatware, etc. Great rates!

Great experience at this Hotel. Very friendly, nice, and helpful receptionists. My room was very clean-roomy-comfy. Breakfast was yummi. Shuttle: if you fly from terminal 1 make sure to ask to be dropped there, preferably the evening of your arrival- default terminal is 2. "Not a bad hotel for a short stayover"
My girlfriend and I had 1 night in Paris before flying back to the US and we wanted something close to the airport. This hotel is nice and close, and the hotel was brand new, but I didn't feel like I was in anything more than a mid-level hotel. The driver that picked us up at the airport was extremely nice as well as the other staff at the front desk. […] When we got to the room it was fairly nice and had the new modern feel to it. There is a very nice sized plasma TV in the room with a mini-kitchen. There was still a half drank bottle of water and leftover beer in the fridge from the previous tenant so I was a little worried about the attention to detail on the rest of the rooms cleanliness. We wanted to go into downtown Paris and their driver gave us a lift to the metro station where it was a 1.5hr adventrure to get down to the Eiffel Tower tube stop. They are still working on this hotel and it seemed only half finished. I'd recommend this hotel but not for any more money than what I paid. Lesa meira
"What a lovely Hotel!"
The only reason we didnt give this property a 5 Star rating is because we got our wake up call 30 minutes late. So if you are catching an early morning flight - set your own alarm. Otherwise this hotel was lovely, modern spotless & comfortable and the staff were friendly.
