The hotel is only two years old so the decor is modern and updated. The customer service was excellent. Of particular note, was the impeccable, friendly service provided by Josée, the front desk attendant who served me, showed me the room and introduced me to the facilities. "Loved the pool, movies, staff, and breakfast"
My family (me, wife, and daughter) really enjoyed the pool and eating at the Canadiana. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant and fun to talk to. My 5-year-old daughter had a blast, and we appreciated the selection of DVDs behind the front desk (she watched an Ice Age marathon). What made this hotel our hotel of choice again in the future were these following comments. Best staff we have ever met, and we travel all the time. Very comfortable bed and room. We were very satisfied with our stay overall. The hotel is quite new and boasts big, clean comfortable rooms. Everything worked well inside too.The other amenities we used also rank high: swimming pool, exercise room and buffet breakfast. Really nice place, but when they tell you it's the last room we have (on hotels.com) then you have to know you are sleeping with the elevator on the ground floor.
