"Great size for the price!"
We booked a 1 bedroom and were upgraded to a 2, which was great with our 3 little kids! The vallet parking is annoying, especially having to tote strollers and beach stuff into thr hotel room. We had some little bugs in our kitchen the first night and our dryer did not work. Other than that, our view was amazing and it's walking distance from thr beach, […] food and coveinence store. "Spacious but not convenient"
Location was good. Hotel room was big. the bedding was uncomfortable and the extras in the closet smelled. I checked in late sup had to sleep in a room with no ac the first night There was very little hot water.
"Roomy facility with lots of amenities."
We rented the place for two nights, it had plenty of amenities and excellent free WiFi service. The only two problems would have been a/c unit a little too noisy and check in time 1600 hrs. and check out time 1000 hrs. too late to check in and too early to check out. I would still recommend it, price is reasonable.

Arrived after flight expecting a three bed appartment which we paid for. We had a two bed appartment consisting of a double bed and two twin beds. Contacted help desk and no one available- they leave at 6pm. Given an alternative number but person not contactable. "Great Apartment"
We found this to have great apartments. Also the pool, gym and hot tub were excellent. wonderful views. Highly recommended.
It would have been nice to kinow that the pool did not work before we checked in and was not fixed for the several days we stayed there. The master bathroom bath tub was dirty when we checked in and did not drain for the entire stay. Called to have maintenance come and fix but did not get any assistance. Internet and tv and phone did not work for part […] of the stay and had called several times to come fix it. Was not like pictures posted on website. Was convenient to have a kitchen and living room for comfort. View was beautiful. Valet was convenient. Check in and check out was very smooth. "The Intercoastal Yacht Club in Sunny Isles, Miami"
Good option for families but you need a car unless you you want to stay at the hotel spa and pool or go to the beach (5 minutes walk). We are a family of 5 and rented a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very well equipped an comfortable (Very good WIFI exclusively for the apartment). The surroundings are residential and quiet with a small mall with some […] restaurants and pharmacy. The small supermarket located in Building #1of the Hotel also has good options for quick lunches. "It was och och pleasent and comfortable stay"
The hotell was in a rather good condition and it was satisfying that you could use the gym and the grill. Also that yuo had aircondition in the apartment. When we came, the pool had a quite nice temperature, but it became a bit colder in the end of our stay.

There are no service room for this hotel that in fact is not a Hotel, it's a flat, you have to do everything by yourself. The place is nice, there are free parking, free internet but there is no room service, if you want to do nothing this is not the place for you, if you dont want anyone in our room this is the place, you receive a key and no one is […] going to disturb you. in other side the staff is very helpfull, they did everything they could to help us with some packages that arrived, they are very professional and nice. "It was supposed to be a 3 bedroom"
I reserved a 3 bedroom and we were 8 people, the only solution these people gave me was an inflatable mattress that we had to fill up every single night. And while we were at their office trying to get our 3 bedroom so many other guests had the exact same problem. They never answered the phone and they closed at 5 pm...

"IntraCoastal in Miami-stayed 10/22 thru 10/28,2011"
This was a very nice hotel. The location was convient to what we need. Didnt have to pay extra for Valey Parking.Parking was in a Gated area. The Staff was very nice. We got a free upgrade just because. There was some mold in one of the bedroom closets base board which was reported when we checked out. It was like being at home with full kitchen and […] everything you need. Bring your own food if you like. Hotel.com says its a 31/2 to 4 star..But the sign on the outside of the hotel says 5 star and it really is. Beach is two streets over(walking distance). Would recommend to all my friends. Lesa meira

"Very comfortable two bedroom"
We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the furniture and bedding in the unit. Lots of room to spread out with our 2-year-old and a very nice dining room set to entertain company.

"There for my Birthday"
Had a great time. The apt. was awesome, I call it that because that is what it is. It's not a hotel at all, its set up literally like an apt. Everything you need is there the bed was nice and comfy, kitchen and living room was clean. We even used the washer and dryer. The only thing that may require some attention is the bathroom. The price is reasnable. Fee parking & there's laundry facility in the apartment. Very good for family vacation. It takes around 20 min drive to the South beach.

Over the weekend it was beautiful until monday at 8 am the construction started with the hammer drills and chipping guns it was impossible to stay in the room and they didnt stop until 6 pm (which supposedly they were allowed to only work from 9 to 5) we told the front desk about the noise and they didnt do anything we also told maintenance people and […] they didnt do anything and they didnt even understand much english. Pros...lots of room in the apartment to spread out, comfortable beds and furniture, lots of amenities like dining room table, full kitchen, pots and pans, utensils, washer and dryer. Great for a family. Cons...did not supply us with toilet paper, dish soap or dishwasher detergent to wash the pots and pans and untensils. Overall we liked it. Just be […] aware that you will have to bring dish soap and toilet paper (maybe they just forgot that one?) or run to the store for those things. "Insonorisation déficiente"
Belle vue, du 11ème étage, le batiment en compte une trentaine mais l'appartement donne sur un axe trés fréquenté et le double vitrage fait défaut .Appartement confortable, trés bien équipé, service voiturier apprécié car voiture indispensable ( courses, plage, centre ....) Avis général trés favorable.

Logés au 12eme étage, la vue est à couper le souffle donnant coté baie ou coté mer. L'appart-hotel est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Un "valet" récupère la voiture au pied de l'immeuble, se charge de la garer. La piscine est grande, propre, l'eau est chaude. La salle de sport est grande et parfaitement équipée. A 10 minutes à pied se trouve […] un supermarché et des commerces. Par contre, il faut une voiture pour aller dans les zones touristiques de Miami qui se trouvent à 15/20 minutes de l'hôtel. El hotel està muy bien, buena alberca climatizada, buen gym. Las suites muy limpias, bien equipadas, muy nuevas, pero el cuarto principal tiene una cama matrimonial, pequeña que suena mucho. El servicio de Valet Parking muy groseros. Tuvimos problemas para conectarnos con la clave de internet que nos dieron y nadie nos pudo atender sino hasta 2 dìas […] despùes. "Nos gustò el hotel, pero..."
Las camas son còmodas pero en el cuarto principal es una cama matrimonial y es difìcil dormir en pareja despuès de dormir siempre en king size. El valet parking es muy tardado y hubo un altercado con 2 de ellos por groseros. Llegamos el sàbado y no habìa manera de conectarse al internet a pesar de que dajron la clave y todo, pero fuè hasta el lunes […] que alguien pudo atendernos pues los del concierge del hotel no sabìan nada al respecto y el los telèfonos que nos dejaron nadie contestò. Fin beliggenhed og fornuftig pris. Men poolen var ude af drift og lejligheden havde et gammelt køkken med meget lidt service.

Très belle hôtel largement 3 étoiles supérieures. face à la marina très belle vue. Proche de la plage. Calme, état impeccable, spacieux. On y retournera les yeux fermés. Dommage la piscine était fermée.

très bon séjour . Très belle vue depuis le 25ème étage . Salle de muscu et piscine agréable (bien que trop chaude ! ). La situation est bonne pour aller à la plage à pieds mais il faut une voiture pour visiter Miami.

C estvraimentune location ..apprtement meuble mais vide,,pas de sel ni poivre...moquette pas super propre et vraiment il faut mieux demanderbun apprtement au calme car certains donnent sur le pont en arrierequi est tres frequente...bref sinon c est cool car pournle prix d une chambre d hotel a sunnyisles on a un apprt dans une residence tout confort […] ..belle piscine chauffee salle de gym..aucun extra a payer tout estcompriset chose appreciable parking gratuitaussi ..pas de tips au voiturier tout estinclus..idem internet gratuit..ce qui est loin d etre le cas dans certains hotels qui chargent des frais journalierpournla voiture pluslestips...bref ca monte vite..ici la situationestideale a 5minutes apied de laplage et de collins avenue ou passent tous les bus ..restau epicerie tout est proche...en conclusionje dirai que exterieurement c estsuper joli et bien entretenu ,interieurement les apparts auraient besoin d un petit coup de renovationmais franchement pour un apprart a sunnyisles a ces prix il ne fautpas nn plus s attendre a avoir le confort des chambres du jade, de l aqualina oundes trump towers..bref c est simple mais super pour une famille avec cuisine ,lave vaisselle, machine a laver seche linge...dommage quil n y aitpas de chaises aussi sur les balcons..encore une fois c est de la location pure..pas de service hotelier!perso je conseille car c est vraimentbiensitue , facile a trouver et sur l intercoastal. ATENÇÃO: Isso não é um hotel e sim aluguel de apartamento por curta temporada. Se você procura um hotel O Intracoastal não é para você. Agora se você quer um apto com cozinha para fazer suas próprias refeiçoes, arrumar sua própria cama, lavar suas roupas etc, esse lugar é perfeito para você. O quarto poderia estar bem mais limpo que estava. O edifício […] é velho mas atente das necessidades. Tem loja de conveniência 24h que ajuda muito no proposito da estadia. A localização é boa e tranquila. Fica a umas 3 quadras da praia. Relação custo beneficio muito boa. Lesa meira
