Í boði eru þjónusta gestastjóra, aðstoð við miða-/ferðakaup og aðstoð í tengslum við skoðunarferðir ef gestir ráðfæra sig við starfsfólk. Á gististaðnum eru meðal annars þakverönd, fjöltyngt starfsfólk og skyndibitastaður/sælkeraverslun. Þetta er reyklaust hótel. (Mögulegt er að sektum verði beitt ef reglur eru brotnar). Gististaðurinn var endurnýjaður að fullu og lauk framkvæmdunum í mars 2011.

Gjaldfrjáls háhraða internetaðgangur, þráðlaus eða með kapli, er í boði. 32-tommu flatskjársjónvörp með gervihnattarásum í háum gæðaflokki á herbergjum. Á öllum herbergjum eru skrifborð, vinnuvistfræðilegir stólar og beinhringisímar. Á baðherbergjum eru baðker með sturtu með lausum sturtuhausum. Einnig eru í boði baðsloppar, skolskálar og hárblásarar.
Til viðbótar eru í boði ókeypis dagblöð og inniskór. Í boði eru nudd upp á herbergi, straujárn/strauborð og ofnæmisprófaður sængurfatnaður sé þess óskað. Þrif eru í boði daglega.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed here 3 days before our cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia) and 1 day after. Very pleased with the hotel and would come again. Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms clean, tidy and spacious, high ceiling and interior oozes old classy charm. Free quite fast wi-fi internet for hotel guests. Good central location, close to Terminal station, 15-20 min walk to most of the famous sights. Breakfast buffet quite good and the coffee machine, although automatic, makes an almost perfect cappuchino... for us a BIG PLUS. Some nice restaurants in the vicinity like the Gallo Matto, 5 minutes walk down on Cavour. Just a little minus: Bed mattresses a bit hard for my taste, but slept well anyway.

Pros: - Great location (Colosseum, super market and good restaurants) - Friendly and very helpful staff. - Clean rooms - Computer with internet access in each room. Cons: The only cons that I can think of are: - Very little floor space to store luggage (Minor problem) - Breakfast was only a croissant and a water/cafe at a bakery near by. Would be great if there were some fruits as well. But this hotel is perfect for a couple that are looking for a relatively cheap hotel in a great location! I would recommend this hotel to any couple and if I go back to Rome I would use this hotel again.

Location was pretty good near the city center, about 10 min. bus ride. Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very nice but the air conditioning was poor. Free internet connection, but it did not work in the room though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One of the receptionist, Gergana, was super helpful. Food at the restaurant was great. It made it easy to grab a bite after a long day walking around the city when I didn't feel like going somewhere far to grab dinner. Great locations for those who are in Rome on vacation and love exploring the city on foot.
Location was good hotl service was poor as we asked for a few things and we did not receive any of them for eg early morning call and spa treatment 3 failed appointments and manager's behaviour was very unprofessional at the reception desk with female staff
"Had what I needed"
The hotel had what I needed. I had a 1 BR room in the corner of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room was small and the bathroom was cramped but the loction of the hotel was great and the price I paid was a value compared to the price of other rooms. Staff could have been slightly more friendly as well.

We booked a big room. It was fine. Noisy because of the area and the neighbors A/C. Few steps to the subway.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and was very satisfied. The location was ideal and the staff was friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are all redone. My only issue was the wifi. They claim to have wifi on every floor but the signal was very weak. Other than that, I would give this hotel my highest recommendation. Ciao

"Excellent location and service"
The staff was great, the hotel location could not have been better. we were able to walk to all the tourist location from the hotel. breakfast was really good and plentiful. would stay here if I was to go back.
The hotel's location is key. It is meters from the Spanish Steps which is a great area to base oneself in Rome. It is also located on a charming sidestreet. This is a great place to start your exploration of the Eternal City. There was a minor additional fee at check out which I did not expect, but the hotel said it was necessary.
"With a name like this, you can't get it wrong"
The overall stay was very pleasant, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and most of all, the location is very central, from walking distance to all the main Rome monuments and museums (and 1 minute walk from the tube station, 5 minutes tube from Termini, itself 30 minutes from the 2 airports). On a mostly pedestrian […] street, which makes it very quiet at night. 2 things of note though: 1) the breakfast, while very well catered for, will have you actually order your coffee/tea from the staff in a very Italian fashion, so don't expect table service. 2) the hotel shares its ground floor with a restaurant and a clothes shop and has music running throughout from 8am to 10pm or so, giving a boutique-hotel feel to the place I would definitely go back there. "nothing like the reviews"
We had trouble booking on line but ended up choosing the hotel based on the description and reviews. The taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was. When we finally arrived if had an oulet clothes store as part of reception. We went to the room and thought we are in a different hotel. Nothing like the description. We asked to be moved but no way. We […] had already paid and were stuck in a room the size of the bathroom on the 1st floor with the noise of the resturant until 1.00am. The A/C unit was so small it did not cool the room and we could not open the window due to the nosie The king bed was 2 single beds joined together with separate sheets on each bed with a large cover over the top. After 5 weeks travel it was the worst hotel we stayed at. For the price look elsewhere. Lesa meira

The location of this hotel is great; however this is most definitely not 4 star hotel. My single room was small (no big deal for Europe) with a very cheap bed and lumpy pillows. The bathroom was clean but not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The staff was pleasant enough but not particularly helpful in any way. If you are looking for a place […] in a great location that qualifies as a clean, no frills motel quality establishment this is a great choice. The hotel is in the best location - less than a minute to the spanish steps and the best shopping areas . "The perfect place to be in Rome and CHEAP!"
What a perfect place to be in Rome, in the heart of the shopping district by the Spanish steps! Totally renovated with AC, refrigerator, flat screen TV and free Internet in every room! And the price through hotels.com just very very cheap for a 4 stars! All the employee there are extremely helpful, especially Pamela, sweet. Breakfast is the best I have […] ever had, it includes fresh vegetables, grilled vegetables, heart of palms, believe it or not... Les installations de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à un 4 étoiles, le service non plus. C'est un vieil hôtel aménagé avec un seul ascenseur par où passent tous les employés , les repas, le personnel d'entretien. Meillä oli sviitti ja kyseinen huone ei vastannut mielikuvaa sviitistä. Tapetit oli paikattu, huoneessa haisi pahalle kun ikkunat oli kiinni ulkona ollessa. Positiivistä oli parveke, mitä ei kuvauksessa mainittu ja poreammesysteemi vessassa, joka tosin meni rikki kun sitä käytti. Sulake paloi ja viimeisenä päivänä kävivät sen vaihtamassa. Myös kylpyhuoneessa […] oli rikkinäisiä laattoja, mitä korjaaja olisi halunnut tulla korjaamaan meidän siellä ollessa. Oli tuonut meidän poissaollessa laattojakin kylppäriin. Tuntuu, että ihan pihalla, ketä kaikkia siellä ramppas, kun kaupungilla oltiin. Positiivinen asia myös, että suomalainen oli respassa töissä. Sijainti oli mahtava, henkilökunta ok, mutta kielitaidon (englanti) kanssa olisi vähän petrattavaa. Emme menisi uudelleen, ainakaan emme sviitistä maksaisi. Lesa meira

Il personale e di nazionalità rumena, gentili e cordiali ma non sembra abbiano frequentato un corso di alberghiera: i camerieri discutono ad alta voce tra di loro; sbagliano gli ordini e ti portano il primo quando ancora stai mangiando l'antipasto, il servizio e da migliorare La cucina […] e' buona e le pietanze abbondanti I prezzi del ristorante sono nella media. Ótima localização. O restaurante ainda não acompanha o nivel que se espera de uma comida italiana, mas um lugar charmoso par se tomar um drink num happy hour. Quarto confortavel e moderno, porem necessario ao banheiro um aparato que separe o banho do banheiro, pois ao final de um banho, o banheiro fica ensopado. café da manha bom, serviço gentil.Enfim, […] só alguns acertos e o hotel fica TOP. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé: proche de la Via del Corso (rue shopping), de la place d'Espagne, du métro, etc. Le service est impeccable et l'hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est aimable et agréable, toujours prêt à vous aider et à répondre à vos questions. La chambre, dans mon cas une Executive, n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. […] En effet, elle présentait certes toutes les commodités mais les finitions et notamment la salle de bains laissaient à désirer. A noter également que les fenêtres ne sont pas adéquatement insonorisées. Vous pouvez entendre les clients du restaurant et les personnes qui discutent dans la rue sous vos fenêtres. Si vous souhaitez avoir une salle de bains avec baignoire, n'oubliez pas de le préciser, sinon vous vous retrouverez dans une "mini douche". Des peignoirs et chaussons d'intérieur sont à votre disposition, ce qui est bien agréable. La Suite, par contre, est simplement splendide. Si vous le pouvez, optez pour celle-ci lors de votre séjour. "Middels klasse med god beliggenhet"
Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved Spansketrappen med det meste av Roma innen gangavstand. Det har grei standard og er pusset enkelt og delikat opp. Et stort minus for dusj i badekar uten forheng rett ved badets inngangsdør. Dette var en ganske dårlig løsning. Pluss for gratis internett som fungerte utmerket. Billig er det ikke, vil heller […] si at prisen ligger noe høyt ift standard og service. Lesa meira

Общая оценка отелю 3. Спасает отель его удобное расположение как для экскурсионных походов, так и для шоппинга. Отель достаточно скромный. С номером нам явно не повезло. Один из русскоговорящих сотрудников сообщил, что в отеле две такие "камеры" и в одну из них попали мы (№104). Два окна из комнаты выходили практически на глухую стену и был слышен постоянный […] гул от вентиляции. Поменять номер в первый день нам не удалось, так как заезд был поздний. Нам предложили поменять его на следующий день, однако для этого пришлось бы дождаться обеда, пока на работу придет менеджер, отвечающий за бронирование...Терять полдня в ожидании чуда не хотелось, поэтому в итоге мы не стали менять номер. К счастью, проводить время в номере мы не собирались. Ванная комната чистая, но не удобная. Завтрак, включенный в стоимость номера, приятно удивил. За завтрак можно смело ставить 4 балла. Lesa meira

"Una localización perfecta"
Es un pequeño hotel muy bien situado que te permite ir andando a los lugares más interesantes de la Roma Clasica. Las habitaciones son comodas y el WIFI es grátis, lo único que tienen que mejorar es la calefacción hacia mucho calor tanto en la habitación como en el restaurante.

Hotellet lever fuldt ud op til sit navn. Meget central og fin beliggenhed tæt på en række gode restaurenter og seværdigheder. Fin service, dejligt værelse og et pragtfuldt morgen komplet. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage til dette hotel.

Hotellets läge är nära till det mesta = gångavstånd. Det är läget du får betala för, i Sverige hade hotellet varit 2 stjärnigt. Bra frukost och bra service med tillmötesgående personal. Vi kan tänka oss att bo här nästa gång vi besöker Rom tack vare läget. Vi var 6 personer (3 generationer) och alla var nöjda med resan.

Posizione MERAVIGLIOSA!!! Nella parallela di Via Condotti e a 1 minuto a piedi da Piazza di Spagna....Camera carina con plasma ed aria condizionata, ben arredata, ma bagno a dir poco osceno (da albergo a 2 stelle :O !!!) Sala per la colazione e per la cena molto piccola, ma molto ben arredata (da locale alla moda!), che però versa in condizioni non […] eccellenti (divani e sedie bianche visibilmente PIENI di macchie nere...e non faceva un bell'effetto sedersi). Detto questo un punto a favore invece è la postazione internet, molto efficiente, con a disposizione anche la stampante. In definitiva consiglierei questo albergo per chi desidera trovarsi nel pieno centro, senza spendere troppo, e senza troppo badare alla struttura.... Sicuramente un buon 3 stelle... ma 4 no! "Projeto do hotel"
O hotel é o antigo Hotel Carriage, totalmente reformado. Foi gasto muito dinheiro na reforma porém erraram no projeto do banheiro deixando exatamente o mesmo do antigo hotel que contempla infantis defeitos de projeto.

Første værelse vi fik fungerede lyset ikke, det stank fra toilettet, blev flyttet dagen efter det var dog anderledes men en meget lille elevator vi fik på 3 sal vi turde ikke køre med den så meget motion fik vi godtnok,vi forstår bare ikke at alt lyder så godt og ligeledes ser billeder at man så bydes dette billigt var det jo ikke ligefrem vi havde […] forestillet os noget andet efter beskrivelserne men billeder er taknemlige nå men vejret var godt folk søde så det er ikke sidste gang vi tager til rom men hotellet bliver valgt på anden måde. Veldig bra beliggenhet like ved Spansketrappen. Hyggelige, trange gater med mange restauranter og små butikker. Pent område. Kan anbefale hotellet pga beliggenhet samt at det var pent oppusset.
