Auk þess er boðið upp á þrif einu sinni meðan á dvöl stendur og straujárn/strauborð býðst ef um slíkt er beðið.

Mjög gott hótel. Góður morgunverður, góð þjónusta og rúmgóð herbergi.
Mögulegt er að gjalds verði krafist fyrir aukagesti. Slíkt fer eftir stefnu hvers hótels fyrir sig.
Krafist er skilríkja með mynd og kreditkorts eða innborgunar við innritun vegna tilfallandi gjalda.

Good location, no more than a 15 minute walk into the town centre. Good value, rooms are clean and tidy. There are no frills, it is just a cost effective room that is well maintained. Friendly staff. Type of place to stay if you simply need a place to sleep.

The hostel is full of young people, with its own bar and computers in the lobby. Great for tourists who are looking for new people to meet. Also, its location is in Smithfield, a walking distance from the Temple Bar (city center) are, and from the city train (tram). Highly recommended!

"For the price insanely nice"
Location is amazing, bed is comfortable, price cheap, wifi works. Only downside was no free breakfast
"Too loud"
Good for a party hostel but after a long day of sightseeing it's hard to sleep when you can hear noise from the bar , and we were on the 3rd floor! Stayed for 3 nights and on the last night there was a gig in the hostel which was very very busy with people who weren't guests at the hostel and were stood below our window been very loud (again we could […] hear this from 3 floors up) this went on until the early hours of the morning and the music was really loud no way you could sleep through it. Also some of the staff seemed a bit clueless when asking for help or directions and would just sit looking at you with a blank face until another member of staff could help. The room and bed were warm and comfortable and the booking represented excellent value for money for the traveller travelling light. There were also a surprising variety of ancilliary facilities such as games, books and the essential WiFi.

This hostel was very clean and comfortable. It was also pretty quiet, which is nice if you are looking to save money by staying in a hostel but aren´t looking for the party aspect of it. "Generator Hostel in Dublin Ireland"
Dear Sir; The Generator is very impressive physically. It's huge in that it accomodates so many customers and events at the same time. I thought the Continental Breakfast was well worth the price. The bar set up with the pool tables was set up smartly. It seemed as if something was going on all of the time. Gee, twenty minutes after I arrived from […] Philadelphia in the USA, I was participating on a tour of the city which didn't give up until about 4:PM that night. We all joined in with our tour guide for a nice dinner at one of the famous bar rooms in the old part of the city. The Tool Bar I think, maybe. Then the next two days the Generator organized two nice sightseeing trips in Vans to Cork and Galway with stops at the making of the John Wayne film, The Quiet Man, and shopping in Cork City. I say all of the plush farm land and came away very impressed. Your tour guide, Tony, gave us countless exposes from ancient Irish history. The directions I got from the airport personel was right on as I found the Generator with little worry. I was advised to take the 747 bus from the airport to O'Connel Street stopping where the Tram, or (Trolly) intersects, and then following it down three stops to where Smithfield intersects. Nice staff, rooms are nice beds are good and you have space for your own stuff and lockers, and got own toilet&shower which is good and also there's lots of ppl and atmosphere is laid back, i would def. recommend generator!
The hostel is amazing. Better than many hotels I have stayed at!
"Clean, Good Deal, Convenient Location"
I haven't stayed in a hostel in 10 years but this Generator did not make me regret my decision to spend a couple days there. It's located in Smithfield, about 15 minute walk from the Temple Bar area and 15 minutes from the Dublin train station. I stayed in a mixed- 6 person, en suite room that was well cleaned every day. The place is a huge complex, […] recently renovated from a failed hotel. As a result everything feels pretty new, the staff are on top of their game, and the clientele is everything from typical back packer to families taking advantage of the low full room rates. There's a bar and free computer access, all for about 12 or 15 euro a night. Prety good deal by me. Lesa meira
"Amazing place, amazing price."
The Generator is a spotlessly clean, modern hostel. The location is extremely central, you can walk to just about anywhere in Dublin centre within 15 minutes. The staff are all very helpful and polite. Free computer stations in reception help you keep in touch and plan your stay/next destination. Although the choice at breakfast is fairly limited you […] can go back as often as you like. The coffee re-fills alone make it worth the price!!! I can't rate the place highly enough. 1 tip....if you are staying more than 1 night buy a padlock from reception as it is then cheaper to lock your possessions in your dorm storage unit than paying the daily rate for luggage storage. Ruhig gelegen, Innenstadt trotzdem fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt an der Jamson Distillery gelegen. Supernettes Personal, hilfsbereit. Leider ließen sich in einem Zimmer die Fenster nicht öffnen. Als wir uns beschwerten, bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer. Zimmerausstattung ist einfach aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. "Hostel modélico"
Sin olvidar que es un Hostel, está bastante bien. A favor: Tiene una zona de ocio con bar bastante cómoda y bien decorada. Está bastante limpio. El desayuno correcto. G Hostel er ligger dejligt centralt i Dublin med mindre end et kvarters gang til Temple Bar Dublind hjerte, eller O´connel Street. G Hostel ha gratis internet på alle værelse og sovesale, der er en fatastisk pub i stueetagen samt masser af dejlige hygge områder. Og moske vigtigst til forskel fra mange andre steder er her rent og pænt, sengene er gode […] og stedet fungere, det oplaver mand langtfra andre steder i Dublin og så er prisen også langt under hvad man ellers kan finde så centralt i Dublin. Bra vandrarhem. Billigt och helt perfekt för vårt kompisgäng som åkte. gångavstånd till allt, ca 10 minuter till Temple Bar. Kommer att åka tillbaka hit, skulle även funka för par och barnfamiljer.

El hostal tiene una calidad equilibrada con su precio. Tanto la localización como el hostal en sí estaban bien. La mayor pega era la calefacción que estaba muy baja por lo que en la habitación hacía frío ya que era en febrero. Por lo tanto, un buen hostal pero mejor ir en verano

Liegt direkt neben der "Jameson Distillery" und man kann zu Fuß die meisten Sehenswüdigkeiten erreichen.Es gibt ein einfaches aber günstiges Frühstück. Zimmer und Personal kann man lobend erwähnen.

Ottima posizione dell'albergo, puoi girare tutto il centro di Dublino a piedi, senza prendere mai i mezzi pubblici, posti da visitare vicinissimi all'ostello: uno per tutti: The Cobblestone, pub dove ogni sera si sente la vera musica irlandese, tranquillo, non caotico, non pubblicizzato ma molto più autentico di quanto troveresti a Temple Bar. "Genial estancia en Generator hostel"
Reservamos una habitación de 3 con baño privado y nos dieron una de 6 también con baño privado (parece que esto es habitual). Si sabes a lo que vas (es un hostal no un hotel) no tendrás sorpresas ya que no limpian la habitación a diario (solo cuando los huespedes terminan su estancia), las toallas hay que alquilarlas, la habitación es simple ya que […] sólo tiene las camas, el sanitario, la pica y la ducha (heché de menos un escritorio o algunas repisas)... En general, todo el personal del hotel es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte. El desayuno cuesta 3'50€ y es simple pero merece la pena. Aunque el mapa pueda llevar a pensar que está alejado del centro (que lo está un poco), esto no importa ya que Dublín es una ciudad muy pequeña y en 10 minutos andando estás en el centro de la ciudad. Así pues, si el presupuesto es un poco ajustado, recomiendo totalmente el Generator Hostel ya que pocos podrán superar su calidad/precio. Lesa meira
Las habitaciones q reservamos eran dos con dos camas Gemelares y baño incluido y nos dieron una de 4 camas ( literas) y otra con 6. A parte por la noche un escandalo q no nos dejo dormir ninguna de las noches q pasamos, asi q yo no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Centraal gelegen hotel, op loopafstand van verschillende bezienswaardigheden van Dublin. Rechtstreekse busverbinding met het vliegveld en tram- en bushalte voor de deur (uitstappen bij Smithfield). Personeel is 24uur per dag aanwezig en erg vriendelijk. Op de benedenverdieping is een bar en loungeruimte met een huiselijke sfeer waar je lekker even […] kunt uitrusten op elk moment van de dag. He pasado tres noches y he quedado muy satisfecho. Está muy cerca del centro de Dublín, unos 15 minutos a pie hasta Trinity College. Hay parada de tranvía justo al lado. Muy límpio y muy seguro. Sólo no olvideis toallas ni candados para el baul donde guardar el equipaje: pagué 6€ por una toalla de manos y 5€ el candado... tienes que comprarlos, no te […] los prestan. Gente de todas las edades. Desayuno bastante bien: zumo, cafe, te, fruta, queso cheddar y panes. Lo demás, mucho más de lo que cabe esperar de un albergue. Lesa meira

"Weekendje Dublin"
Met 6 man hebben we een Dublin een weekend bezocht. We wilden zo dicht mogelijk bij het centrum van Dublin zijn én een zo goedkoop mogelijke overnachting zien te vinden. Was bedoeld om alleen te overnachten maar achteraf ook prima om daar even lekker onderuit te zitten, biertje erbij en even bij te komen. Dit is voor 100% gelukt bij Generator Hostel. Kwartiertje […] lopen naar bijvoorbeeld de Temple Bar en de, een andere heb ik niet kunnen vinden, goedkoopste overnachting voor 6 personen. Eén kamer met 4 luxe uitgevoerde stapelbedden. Er zat een leeslampje bij het hoofdeinde, 2 stopcontacten om je elektronica op te laden en een eigen afsluitbare kist (slotje kopen bij de receptie) onder het bed waar je je spullen kon laten en een klein wastafeltje om je tanden te poetsen of wat water te drinken. Eén minpunt was wel dat het slaapkamerraam niet ver genoeg open kon waardoor het 's nachts behoorlijk warm kon zijn. Prima ontbijt, voor een onbegrijpelijke prijs kon je koffie, thee, jus d'orange, melk, yoghurt met diverse soorten cornflakes, kleine bolletjes met verschillende jams, wit en bruin brood om te toasten eten, helemaal super. Schone toiletten en doucheruimte, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, wifi, gebruik kunnen maken van een pc. Generator, I'll be back! Lesa meira

Me ha encantado! La habitación estaba impecable, y el baño súperlimpio. Puedes pedir toallas en recepción (yo no lo sabía). Es importante llevarse el adaptador de corriente para Reino Unido. El personal es súperfenomenal!! Y el sitio tiene su propio pub y tal. El desayuno es un buffet de tostadas, algo de fruta, yogurth, cereales leche y café.
