"Convenient location if you don't mind"
The bed doesn't seem to have a mattress. It felt like I was sleeping on a board. The other thing is, I reserved a 'superior' room....to them it means a 'standard' room. Staff doesn't speak English. "VARIATION OF BUFFET BREAKFAST"
we stayed for 5 nights in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean with generous amenities. Its location can easily be found since it is just beside the bank of communication. But subway station is a bit farther compared to other hotels of the same class which is just around the subway. There must be a variation of buffet breakfast at least every […] other day. "One of the best place to stay"
This is really a nice & clean hotel to stay. We booked the executive room with window and it has everything that a person needs in a 4 star hotel. Most important thing is the soft bed for a good sleep too. The room lighting are also brightly lit which doesn't give you the sombre atmosphere and all deco is furnish professionally. The bath shower is splendid […] with choices of either hand held or rain shower and water pressure is excellent. But if you're not a couple but staying in the same room, the only setback is its "see through" bathroom. They hang a curtain in between the glass but it can be flipped open from the outside. Well, be careful if you've a cheeky/naughty companion who doesn't respect ones privacy during bath. Its surrounding area is the wholesale shoes market, women accessories & fashion malls. It's also just a 10 mins. walking distance to Beijing Road (more shopping) and 6 mins to Metro station. It's definitely a place to stay again during our next trip because their reception staff are very helpful, could converse in good English and housekeeping personnel are also friendly. Lesa meira

It was very convenient to take the bus from the airport that goes straight to the Haizhu square station close enough to the hotel. "Noisy, mold and extra charges!"
We originally booked a king room. When we arrived we were told none available and given a room with two full beds. Not a major problem... However, this room was NOISY, I think it was 1401 (directly behind the elevator shaft). So the first night we listened to the elevators go up and down, the noise from the street thru the single pane glass, the TV […] next door thru the thin walls...not pleasant. We requested to be moved, it took two days for that to happen and they did find a quieter room. But note...this hotel has only single pane glass. It does not matter what floor you are on, you will hear the outside traffic and noise quite clearly. When we went to move, they decided to charge us 20rmb for breaking the tiny plastic ice tong...what a joke! We did get a new room finally and paid our fee for the "damage"! We must note that it seems all rooms and even the hallways have a problem with mold in the walls and the bathrooms. For such a new renovation we were surprised and concerned for our health. Rooms for the most part are clean, but we were concerned about the mold. The breakfast buffet was simple. Coffee, juice, bread, egg, and some Chinese items. We requested a taxi for the morning of check out and they suggested we hire the hotel driver thru the business office as a taxi might be hard to get. So we did...it cost us 180RMB (probably 1/3 more than a taxi would have cost). And the kicker at check out...another 20RMB charge for some dirt on a bedspread we didn't even use!! They seem to have an agenda to take as much of your money as they can get for silly things...it tends to make you feel like a criminal. We will never stay in this hotel ever again. "Wrong info re: room amenities"
this hotel is exactly what i expected except for the room classification, we booked the havana king, but upon arrival, i was told we were booked in a room without window. Fortunately, the receptionist gave us a free upgrade. Our room feature states that we have free wifi in our room. This is so not true! There is no WIFI in every room. Only cable internet […] is available for free. Good thing they rent out routers for 30rmb / day. "Nice hotel near lots of shopping areas"
We booked an executive room for 4 nights at a very good promotional price thru Hotels.com. Like the feedbacks from the review, I confirmed the hotel is very nice,comfortable and sutuated at a convenient location. The room is big and bright with modern deco (eg false ceiling with up and down lights, flat screen TV, sufficient space to place or luggages […] on the low shelf. a decent study table) The toilet is clean. The shower water pressure is high and with the rain shower head making shower a very relaxing experience. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The bath towels were changed every day. Breakfast is acceptable to me, not that bad as the feedback by some the reviewers. The only drawback is that the rooms are not sound proof. I can hear the door bell of the neighbour room. We also noted the window planes at two side of the room are not sealed where sound could leak from the neighbour room. I hope the hotel management could do something to improve this. "Reasonable prized hotel in downtown Guangzhou"
This hotel was recently built; less than 2 years ago. About five minutes walk to the subway links to many places one might like to explore and visit; walking distance to many interesting places including the famous shopping ones. I find that the breakfast was rather good with a pretty good spread of Chinese and western food. There is a Chinese restaurant […] which serves good Chinese timsum. "A good hotel ."
Hotel is great for single travelle. Each floor can only be access by your own room card. Rooms are modern and clean. Security is helpful to remove barrier so my vehicle have off road access to load and unload my things instead of parking on the main road. Location is excellent for shoppers. had a nice stay. Highly recommended.

This is a hotel located in the heart of the wholesale area of Guangzhou. The room I had was small, with no windows. However, it has no impact on our stay as we only use the room for sleeping. There are so many things to see that we have no time to stay in the room. The breakfast is basic, with the same few choices every day. "Great location with all shopping!"
The hotel is located just opposite 2 wholesell shoe complex. It is within walking distance (abt 10-15mins) to the famous Beiling Road on 1 direction and Shangxia Jiu Road in the other direction. The nearest metro station (Haizhu station) is about 10 mins walk, which is where there are a few shopping centers (onelink, Haizhu plaza etc). The room is […] kind of small in china standard but new and clean. There is a flat screen TV, air-con , heater and complimentary internet connection. There are complimentary breakfast but I didn't try so I won't commnet on them. For the bathroom, there is an area of transparent glass which you can see into the bathroom. Although it can be covered by a curtain, the curtain is only adjustable from the outside of the bathroom, which seemed a bit strange in my opinion. Therefore, friends who are sharing room should take note. The lift requires your access to start operating, so security is not a concern here. Overall, I had a great stay here. Lesa meira

"No volveré"
Este hotel no esta bien ubicado, esta en una zona fea y comercial. No hay nada para comer alguna comida occidental, todo el barrio tiene restaurantes chinos y la gente no habla ingles en la zona. El hotel tiene fotos muy buenas, porque en realidad no es como se muestra en las fotos, es un hotel de 2 estrellas y sus camas tienen colchones muy corrientes, […] asi como el mobiliario de la habitacion luce viejo. 入住前望見酒店外貌十分普通,更有殘舊感覺,當入到房感覺完全不同,非常舒適,也十分清潔,由於是住雙人房,所以有2點覺得不便,第1是浴室向床的一邊是玻璃,對不是情人的有點不便,第2是其中的一張床會被冷氣直接吹到,有點不慣,但整體令人十分滿意

雖然一開始找不到我訂房的資料 但服務員很快就處理好 酒店樓下就是工商銀行 身上不需帶著太多的現金 需要用錢的時候晚上人不多的時間去領就好 離北京路 萬菱廣場 一德路 機場大巴停站處 都不算太遠 走路都可以到 非常的便利 ~ 整體來說是非常不錯的 雖然房間不是很大 但簡單乾淨已足夠! 唯一小小的美中不足 就是酒店的隔音效果不是太好 對面間關門的聲音聽得蠻清楚的 希望再改善瞜!! 下次有機會還是會再光顧的!
"發霉的房間"
以這個價錢來算的話其實這家酒店外觀還不錯, 但到了特價房的樓層一出電梯就有一陣很重的霉味, 到處都看得到漏水的痕跡, 房間裡面的霉味也很重, 叫服務人員處理就只說開大冷氣跟抽風機就好, 其他問題也不太願意幫我們處理.
位置便利,收費合理,缺點:早餐菜色一成不變

整體來說，酒店各方面是可以接受的， 但有需要改善的地方： 一. 玻璃窗隔音較差。(尤其面向解放南路) 二. 枕頭太軟，對頸子無承托，容易酸痛。 三. 餐廳太簡漏，在進出大門的走廊上。 四. 空調安裝位置不當，直吹床頭。
