This hotel is fine but not great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The airconditioning was not great and the sleepless comfort mattress were really uncomfortable beacause they didn´t work and the highest point in the bed was the middle. The swimmingpool is great and we really liked the free parkingspace. The only thing that we were really disapointed with was the free breakfast buffet. Really little to choose from and often it ran out and you had to wait for more. The last two days we went to have breakfast outside the hotel. But overall this hotel is nice and fine but not great.

This was our first visit to Newport Beach. In my hotel search, I read a number of reviews and did not find positive enough that I wanted to make a reservation. I decided to look at bed and breakfasts and found Doryman's Inn. We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and the service was exceptional and very accommodating. […] the location was perfect, just across the street from the ocean. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and Doryman's also provided a reserved parking space at no charge. We will definitely return when we are int he Newport area again. Lesa meira

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel and the staff was amazing. Has a b& b feel but without the awkward group dining. It is directly on the pier and you can walk to several restaurants, bars and shops. Continental breakfast was amazing and homemade along with fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. Loved the room. we had an ocean view and a fireplace. The women at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. right on the beach! restaurants on all sides. good breakfast, showers, bed, and overall very pleased

Right on the beach and in the middle of all the nightlife. Walking distance to a handful of bars, restaurants, and 50 yards to the ocean. Very nice hotel with extremely nice staff. Everyone was very accomodating. Lived in Newport for a couple years and always wondered what this place was like. I was very pleased and would certainly go back.
