"Not expensive for the location"
The hotel is very basic with a minimum of confort (no hot water and power outage). But enough for the price! Close to the beach (50m by a tight path). I would recommend it for low-budget!

The owners are wonderful and so, so super helpful and kind. They have the sweetest pups hanging around the common areas and your room is made up daily - and the rooms are huge. In keeping with much of Tulum's eco friendly vibe, they only have hot showers part of the day. Right across the street from a restaurant that was written about in NY Times called […] Harwood's, super yummy. AND the beach is literally a few steps away from your room. And a beautiful beach at that. Really fantastic, highly recommended for those who want the cabana experience - not super glitzy but comfortable, safe and super accommodating. Lesa meira
"un havre de paix"
un très beau séjour, Jeli est vraiment très accueillante et une excellente cuisinière, l'endroit est très paisible et chaleureux, l'accès à une superbe plage très facile le pied ! les cabanas très sobres mais confortables joliment décoré quelques problèmes d'eau chaude parfois mais vu la température ambiante pas très grave
"Hermoso lugar para relajarse"
Estuvo todo barbaro, las cabañas son hermosas, Tulum nos encantó. La pasamos muy bien. Si uno esta buscando tranquilidad es el lugar justo, sin grandes lujos pero con los detalles justos para pasar unos días. las habitaciones están impecables. La atención es excelente, muy atentos en todo, gracias a yely alquilamos un auto para recorrer, muy buena recomendación!!! […] La unica incomodidad es que por la zona, que es una reserva, no hay mucha agua y me toco bañarme con agua fria, pero igual hace calor asi que no es para tanto. prima cosa non andare a Tulum: questi sono posti per chi non vuole vedere il mondo e non gli interessa interagire con la popolazione locale; sei ghettizzatto in una zona esclusiva per turisti dove tutto costa molto di più...se devi fare una vacanza così è bene stare a Rimini; noi ci siamo andati perchè consigliati...non ci fideremo più. A parte il luogo: […] l'albergo è gestito da una coppia di ragazzi carini, ma è pessimo: camere sporche, calde, bagni veramente pessimi senza neanche una porta che li divida dalla camera...non lo consiglierei...come non consigliere tulum Lesa meira
"Une chambre spatieuse dans un tout petit hotel"
Nous avions une grande chambre pour 4 avec un lit 180 ou 200 et un 140 dans une chambre très spatieuse et très propre. Accès à la mer par un petit sentier entre deuix gds hotels. Pas de pt dej, pas de service particulier mais pour venir se reposer, pas mal... Assez calme... Reste deux soucis : la douche (eau chaude exceptionnelle : 2 douches sur 12 […] !!) et la lumière : les rideaux sont peu occultants et l'ecclairage intérieur permet difficilement de lire ... Pas de parking donc stationnement dans la rue... Donc peut être un peu cher ... à voir ... Lesa meira
"Cabanas my Tulum: les pieds dans le sable"
excellent rapport qualité prix.Chambre spacieuse et propre au confort simple.(ménage fait chaque jour) Idéalement situé mais un peu isolé sans véhicule. Parfait pour un court séjour.

cabanas trés bien placées en bordure de mer pour un prix plus que correct sur tulum. petit bémol : manque un peu de luminosité dans les chambres car sous la végétation donc prendre une lampe. un peu difficile à trouver car beaucoup de petites cananas et hôtel à côté ( juste avant l'hôtel tita tulum)

Tulum è un ottima base per tantissime escursioni, e l' hotel è perfetto, sul mare, tranquillo... l' unico problema è che si sta talmente bene, che non ti viene voglia di uscire dalla stanza... che da sul mare
"Hotel bem localizado e barado"
Trata-se de um hotel super bem localizado, com um staff super atencioso. Porém, tem luz fraca e água fria. Para quem quer curtir o dia, e durmir de noite, é excelente pelo preço.
