The Marriott hotel is not a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for. The bed was very comfortable, aircon quiet and cool, the food is amazing, the staff very helpful and happy to assist you when you need or don't need help..hehe. Room service was great and they say that it takes 45 min to get the food but I think I always got it after 30 min. Maybe the 2 things I didn't like about the hotel is the metal detector since I don't like removing my belt and the fact that TAXI is not always available and I sometimes needed to wait 10-15 minutes before a TAXI arrived. So if you have the cash to spend on a hotel then this is the hotel to stay at but since I just wanted to try staying at a nice hotel for a few days I'll don't think i'll be back anytime soon but I loved my stay.

"NO WAY,NEVER AGAIN"
the hotel in it self was in a good position.and was clean enough,as i only used it for a place to sleep.however i had a few problems with little things like the cleanliness of their bed linen,or the lack of it.i came back to the room one day to find this awful smell in my room that smelt like dirty shoes,eg,foot odour.upon searching for the source it […] was the bed linen.i called the maid to come and change the linen,and this was no problem,he even deodourised the room,however it was more than an hour between me calling, 3 times,and them doing anything to help the situation.same day,after finally getting something done there,the air con spat out a load of what i can only discribe as dirt and muck all over my girlfriend and myself,lovely right.and on the last day i was there i ran out of tiolet paper in my room at 7am,i called to have more bought to my room,and by the time i checked out at 12 still no toilet paper had been taken to my room.so i will never be staying here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone Lesa meiraÓsvikin umsögn gesta á Expedia

"Read the fine print"
Over-all; my stay with this hotel is nowhere near comfortable. The facade of the hotel from the outside looks ok and the pictures on the website was not even close when you see it in its actual state. The security was ok, the room safe didnt work in the first time. I had to call the attendant again to fix it but still I wasn't confident enough to leave […] my personal belongings in it. The bed was rather uncomfortable and the sheets looked like it haven't been changed. The bathroom was average with no proper toiletries as stated on the wensite. There was no hot water in the beginning for which I have to call the reception again for them to fix it. Initially they said, semi warm water is enough and efficient but if you're paying for a service; you expect to get the complete package. The wi-fi service was also inadequate. I have to buy a credit for how much worth but didn't end up using it because the connection seemed to keep on logging-off by itself. So that was another waste of money. The hotel location was also in the seedier part of Makati and pretty unsafe if you dont know your surroundings very well. Lesa meiraÓsvikin umsögn gests á Hotels.com
