"They do have an elevtor; it's tiny AND you have to manually open the door--and it's a super heavy fire door. I managed it only because I have big hips to bump it with. That said, the staff allowed me to keep my wheelchair in the lobby because I couldn't manage it on that elevator. Not the first hotel I've done that in, so I'm always grateful when they can make it work. Superb front staff!!! Can't say enough nice things about them. Nice breakfast although all the juice has added sugar. Handy location right across from the train station and about 2 blocks from the long pedestrian only shopping street, which is fun to browse. Take the #18 bus to Moesgaard Museum if you have time. The bus stop is a block from the hotel. "
"The hotel is well situated and was easy to find from where we were dropped off from the airport bus.
Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Our room overlooking Dokk1 on the 9th floor was nice if a little tired. The bathroom was very clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. Not sure how loud it would have been had we kept the balcony door open overnight as the trams rumbling by regularly and the clicking noise from the crossings could still be heard with the door closed.
We had already made a booking for Saturday’s breakfast as per the communication from the hotel, but were told to book for the other days of our stay too as it’s still summer and the hotel was full. Breakfast itself was delicious and the self service worked well.
The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or a designated bar, which didn’t affect us as we had intended to eat out anyway, and you can buy drinks from the reception area.
There’s an option to have housekeeping or not and for 4 nights, we chose not to bother.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. "
"We loved this hotel. We traveled 5 countries and stayed at 5 hotels within 20 days. This hotel is the best among the 5 hotels. Front desk was super professional. We liked the Italian gummy candies they provided at the front lobby. We searched the internet trying to find the brand but were surprised that many people asking the same. I guess those people were also stayed in Radisson Blue before. I just wanted to share the brand I found out from a nice front desk lady. The brand is Fida from Italy. We will definitely stay in this hotel again for future travels."
"When we arrived, we were a little concerned due to the train that comes by frequently, the lack of local stores, and the lack of dining options other than the hotel breakfast.
None of that was a concern. The train is actually very quiet and the city is nearby with all of the amenities. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
The room itself was very nice and had a small kitchen that served us perfectly. In fact, we wished we had stayed a second week, as this hotel was much better suited to our needs than others we stayed in."
"Perfect affordable place for a night's sleep while city hopping. Right around the corner from train station and mere minutes to all the best food options. Clean, friendly, pleasant."
