Nice location but that’s about it
Stayed here for 3 days for a family trip to American Dream. Upon check-in we were greeted by a friendly man at the front desk. He upgraded our room to ensure we were in a room with a mini-fridge and larger beds. The room itself was nice. However, there were constant issues with the hot water. We were able to shower Friday night. Saturday morning there was no hot water. We went to the front desk and they said it had been fixed. One of us was able to take a hot shower at that point. Saturday night the hot water was not working again. Sunday night the hot water worked for a little bit but then went back out again. It was still out on Monday morning. We went to the front desk again and the gentleman said something about having the staff turn it on. 3 hours later, there was still no hot water. The elevators are also slow and it’s impossible to get one that’s not full during check out time. We ended up hauling all our bags down 8 flights of stairs after waiting about 20 minutes for an elevator. The Starbucks on property was nice and offered an easy solution for breakfast. The location was great for what we were in town for. Given the choice, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Time To Step It Up! You are a Hilton!
Checked in via my Hilton App - was worthless - got to hotel at 1am - on our ay to the Meadowlands for game. Told I could not check the one bag we had - no room - finally I pushed & they put in a closet - asked for tag - told they ran out. Room was clean - bathroom was very dated. The air handler for the room heat sounded like a train running through our room all night.
