LUMPY, LUMPY pillows...BRING YOUR OWN!
Everything was fine except the pillows. Our whole family and thr other two families that stayed also thoufht the pillows were trash. LUMPY! Like sleeping on the foam pit chunks at a trampoline park. Made for unrestful sleep. Ugh! Everything else was ok. Not plush or fancy but servicable. We knew that going in.

Once nice place gone downhill
This place has gone down hill. Elevator does not work. Breakfast used to be good but now is skimpy and terrible. Tried to extend checkout from 11 to 12. No that’s a $25 fee. I used to stay here all the time but will now avoid.

The elevator was down our entire stay, the wallpaper was peeling, there were shadows of staining on the bathroom ceiling and the carpet in hall was worn down to the nubbins in several places. Also many of the plug ins in our room had no power.

Room was great: spacious, AC/Heat unit easy to use, all items for personal care abundant, plenty of clean towels...only noticed that bathroom floor was basically clean, but could have been swept a little better as several long strands of hair seen which were definitely not mine... otherwise would still recommend it highly...
