There's a metro station a minute from the hotel, and an extensive shopping district across the avenue. Many museums and sights to see within easy walking distance. Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area. The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. I will stay here again

This hotel was walking distance to Palacio La Moneda, Santa Lucía and Barrio Listarria. When we needed to go farther, we had the Universidad de Chile metro stop nearby. Excellent service from staff! We enjoyed our stay!

The main issue is that the rooms have a lot of short coming - water does not drain, We had a air conditioner leaking water in the room and mattresses moving easily etc. I must say the front desk staff was outstanding, Extremely helpful in trying to sort out our concerns. Plus for any help we needed, Taxi, directions, tours etc, always willing to help. With all the issues - would definitely stay there again as its very centrally located.
