Biggest downside is the Very Poor/ non existent WiFi. Couldnt do any work. I expected from a hotel which hosts conferences to have a good reliable WiFi but was very disappointed. Reported the issue fact that room phone not working 3 nights before checking out but nothing addressed/ nothing done. So if you'll be doing work/ travelling for business and need gpod wifi i would avoid

Very spartan room for a 4 star hotel. Only had one glass. We also found the mattress and pillows not comfortable. Dropped a pill on the floor which rolled under the bed and found the area under the bed dirty and looked as though it had not been cleaned for some time. Not very good for a bed with an exposed floor under it. Good thing we only spent one short night.

Hotel was ok but some disappointments. In a 4 star one might expect dressing gowns and tea/coffee making facilities. Parking expensive on site but plenty free on street parking around the hotel. Great location to venue , friendly staff especially Elena on reception desk, always smiling and helpful. Hotel modernised now and very light, bright and tidy. Great breakfast.
