Didn’t even meet my very low expectations
The room had a terrible chemical smell. The bathroom floor was wet, the shower was too disgusting to use. I was charged a $150 deposit and 24 hours after check-out it still hasn’t been refunded.

Perfect Hotel. Perfect Location. Homerun !
The hotel was perfectly located in a very safe area. (Nob Hill). Restaurants were abundant and within walking distance. The rooms had been renovated, and the Free Parking was a Homerun. We took buses and cable cars within a block of the hotel.If I’m ever back in SF, I’ll be staying there again.

A good budget hotel
The room was big and very clean. The lighting was good. The beds were comfortable. Also, it was quiet. There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink. We could not regulate the heat, so when it got chilly, we had to turn the fan on, which was noisy. The location is great, very centric, but has a neighborhood feel to it. We found excellent restaurants within a ten-minute walk.

Yes it’s a two star motel but a nice one. Rooms are newly refinished and it’s all clean. No bed bugs. Safe area. Free parking. For the price and location it’s a great deal. I would stay again.

Decent hotel. Check your rooms blinds
Overall hotel is decent and normal. Parking is great. Safe area and right in the middle of polk area/bars and restaurants. Only complaints are it would have nice if I was told we were being placed in ADA room. The room was clean, but you could still see spots on floor that needed cleaning from whatever dirty stains left behind. Also, biggest annoyance were two blinds were broken, so no privacy. See photo.

Not a fancy hotel by any means, but it does its job and I'll totally stay here again. Fully remodeled, clean, good customer service and free parking. Is it limited and tight? Live with it, or go a hotel to pay over 50 a night only for parking. Not to ignore, location location location... it really is in a safe and super cool neighborhood. Detail for those afraid of bed bugs, the mattress is protected, I checked.... =)

I stay at this hotel everytime. It has parking underneath and very modern clean rooms. You are within walking distance to the city and the buses can take you anywhere further. Check in is easy and I feel very safe traveling solo or with friends. Highly recommend

The floors are so thin we could hear every step that was taken upstairs even the vacuum in the early morning hours. It was incredibly loud throughout our entire stay. The room itself was nice, updated and spacious. However, when we asked for another blanket it was never provided to us.
