Exceptional Service
We reserved a room the day before and drove all night to avoid a snow storm. It worked. We arrived at 6:30am. The hotel front desk personnel said they would do their best to get us a room early. And they did. We got a room at 10am and were able to get neesed rest while it snowed heavy. We appreciated the effort of the staff tremendously. We will return. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel.

Last minute stay
I had a delay in travel and needed a hotel. I was able to find this affordable hotel last minute. It is an older hotel but it is clean, staff was so friendly and the room is really clean. It is a bit "confusing getting a round. My room was outside down a flight of stairs. Breakfast is in the third level. Elevator is outside of the lobby. But nothing that is inhibiting. I would stay here again.

Service was exceptional. Very clean place. Location was walking distance to Broadway Strip & other sites. The walls are made of light material so the outside noises were loud.

Not what it was advertised as
Very outdated. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub, but it didn't work. The bathroom exhaust fan only worked when it wanted to. The breakfast area smelled like putrid mop water. It only took one bite of the prepared food to realize it tasted like that area smelled.

Terrible
The room smelled like they had sprayed many, many scents in it to hide something. The smell was so strong, we could not stay. The cigarette smoke from the couple sitting outside our room was more operable, it was that bad. The chair in the room also had multiple stains. We left and went to a different hotel.
