We stayed for 1 night (due to flight changes). Everything was amazing. The service was great (the guy on the lobby was very friendly and also provided upgrade). Breakfast was good too. So, although it was a short stay, it was great.

Trustfull staff!

I highly recommend the top hotel in Bucharest! It is extremely trustworthy. I accidentally left my necklace behind, and it was promptly found and returned to me. I am truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. A big thank you to them!

Not going to comment on the hotel itself because everyone has different views. I thought it was excellent. I will comment on the staff, who without exception, were outstanding. They were helpful, polite and made our stay very pleasant. Probably one of the best hotel staff I have come across.

I recently spent three unforgettable nights at this hotel, and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The staff were professional and dedicated, with a focus on service and care that you don’t encounter every day. They attended to every detail, always with a broad smile that truly brightened my day. I also enjoyed excellent and courteous service in the dining room, with a rich and varied selection. The reception staff were always available to help and answer any questions, making me feel right at home. This is a five-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Lack of renovation and hospitality

It’s just no one cares about your stay after you check in. The hotel is no more a 5 star one since it needs renovation. Everything is very old, though working. Situated in a very busy area with cars, signals, and traffic jams around

Under new management and not as good as before. Catering still 1st class. Many other aspects are now downgraded, in my opinion. I was thinking about changing the hotel after 2 hours but, I had already paid in advance. For this price, there are better hotels.

Helpful front desk staff, room cleaning missed a few items, failed to refill Kleenex box, tea bags and shampoo and bath gel, soap, etc. shower door leaked badly, whole floor in front of bathtub got all wet! Handheld shower diverter didn’t work. Paid breakfast was good.

A hotel that nobody cares about

This is not a five star hotel. One staff member working in the lobby, two elevators broken, the jacuzzi in the pool area out of order, the coffe cups in the room was dirty, electricity outlets loose, hair dryer in the bath room was falling apart, the shower doors were falling off, it looked like someone had been trying to scratch their way through the bath room doors. Breakfast mediocre. And that’s only part of what is wrong with this hotel. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable, the view amazing and the location very good.
