Durante minha estadia, tive alguns pontos negativos que preciso destacar. Solicitei o secador de cabelo três vezes para o quarto e, mesmo após aguardar e descer até a recepção para entender a demora, não obtive retorno satisfatório. Além disso, solicitei a nota fiscal da diária e até o momento não recebi — apenas me entregaram a nota do estacionamento. Ressalto que necessito da nota fiscal da hospedagem para comprovar a despesa junto à administração pública. Esses pontos prejudicaram bastante a experiência da estadia.

Hotel não é novo, mas está muito bem conservado. Tivemos um contratempo no check-in, pois o quarto para 4 pessoas estava apenas com uma cama de casal. Contudo, o pessoal da recepção foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e ágil para resolverem o problema rapidamente. Café da manhã excelente, bem farto e variado. Vista linda da ponte e da lagoa.
