Perfect location and spotlessly clean
Rustic and original feel to the place. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had a lovely view out onto a square where there were a couple of bars and a mini supermarket. Don't be put off by the shared bathroom.. Its spotlessly clean... location is 15 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk to the leaning tower. Ideal location and great value for money..

The hotel was ok, but I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend and they refused to change my reservation so I had to pay for another one.

disappointing
The room is lovely, but the check in is awful. My phone battery had died, it was 11pm,the door is locked and no one answering the bell. Eventually a lovely man from a local bar helped me out. Once inside the guy was very nice and helpful...but the next morning there was no one around to ask advice from (e.g. where/how to get a taxi)

Awesome, cheap, and close to the tower
Really amazing vibe to the place. Felt like I was in an authentic Italian household. Lack of any staff on premises was not a problem; questions answered via email or WhatsApp and codes to get in sent prior to my trip. Also really cheap and close to the tower. Room 3 has an amazing replica painting taking up one wall. Maybe a bit tacky, but I really liked it!

Unique place to stay
Decent place to stay, inexpensive, no frills. Close to the leaning tower. he bar on the first floor is great and the little restaurant across the street is the best, fabulous service, excellent food, and reasonably priced.

Great location and comfort
I had selected this location primarily based on it's proximity, which is fantastic at 5 minutes from the Field of Miracles (Tower/Duomo) and it's reasonable price. I was even more pleasantly surprised by the comfort! The room was large, had two large windows, and the bed was large and comfortable. I had the best sleep of my 5 day trip at Time Out. Two things to note for future travellers - This place used shared bathrooms. It wasn't a problem for me, as one was always free and I was generally outside of the unit all day. Two, is make sure you read your whole email you receive after booking, as the owners ask you for an arrival time and some other details. This was AFTER the entrance code, so I had ignored it until my arrival day. I had a problem with the code, but called and was quickly let in. The small problems I had were negligible compared to the amazingly comfortable bed, and in my case, that's really all I needed. Thanks Time Out!
