✅ Great location - near Burnham park, near restaurants, pharmacy, banks and convenience store ✅ Fabulous staff, commending the receptionist for helping me out on printing my itinerary with no extra charge ✅ Spacious room, good air conditioning, huge bathroom, big screen TV, VERY COMFY BEDS ✅ AFFORDABLE NEEDS Improvement: 🔻Bidet in bathrooms 🔻No intercom, must walk all the way to the way to the ground floor at the reception for any additional requests VERDICT: 8/10 WILL STAY AGAIN WHEN IN BAGUIO 👍👍👍

I chose to stay in the brand new hotel but the maintenance is poor. Lobby music was too loud. We asked the concierge to turn the music down politely so I can do some important calls in the lobby and do some work but they gave me attitude and questioned me for the request. Going back to my room I saw the cleaners using the bath towels to clean the bathroom floors or the adjacent room. There were mildew forming in the bathroom. Hairs on the floors in the bathroom. It was terrible and I can’t sleep the entire night thinking of what else can go wrong.

Spacious room
Spacious room, comfortable bed but they provide only 1 pillow. They charge P100 for each Extra pillow. No bidet, they only provide pail and dipper. But the room is clean and have a spacious parking lot.

The room we booked is a de luxe room supposed to be for 4 people. Size of the two beds are double or smaller than double because each bed would not fit 2 people comfortably. No reading lamp ( so i and my daughter had to cover our eyes w blankets while my son was reading) , no room phone to call service. We paid an over priced rate of 4800 for 2 plus 500 extra per person per night. We were only able to check -in after waiting for almost 15 mins. Though staff were friendly and apologized for the delay, still , I think we got little for our money.

Comfy beds. Relatively clean room. Basic needs are available. Very accessible from the city center. The lobby is big. Water dispenser is available on every flooe. However, still needs improvement. Complimentary stuff not immediately provided such as slippers and some toiletries. Bidet is a must but none is installed.
