The subleasor Buenbyahe was really rude, asking a customer to "shut up" because I was insisting for a receipt and accused me of harrassment. They didn't have receipts or city/tax permits. Wrong WIFI password, dirty linens and undertrained staff. NEVER book with Buenbyahe or OYO at Urban Deca - I had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night.

Absolutely Terrible on all Fronts. Here is why:
Absolutely terrible in every way. First, took forever for security to check-in (took off with my passport for a while); then, I had to go a few floors up to check-in into my room. They gave me but once I got there, someone already occupied it so I had to return with my luggage. Then, they gave me another room (last one that they had, so they said). Once I opened the door, nothing was clean - bed sheets were unchanged, garbage in garbage can, hot water was not working, no soap, toilet was filthy (they didn't even bother to check before the guest arrived). Instead of cleaning it, they were more concern to get 1,000 Pesos deposit from me. Room was really tiny. They shut off electricity twice during my stay and I had to go an ask them to reactivate it. And to top things off, I waited for 2.5 hours to receive my security deposit back. Absolutely terrible - stay away from this place!!
