Sandy Palace Hotel

Nice Big rooms. Had issue when leaving for airport, where the hotel driver got into argument with taxi driver. Negative was that we didn’t know he was official hotel driver due to lack of signage. Plus the security guard just stood around without trying to resolve anything.

Je ne pense pas que c’est un hôtel 4* chambre sale Beaucoup d’appel à la réception pour avoir du service. Le coffre se bloque à chaque fois il nous a fallu 2 appels à la réception qui a durée environ 1 heure pour que quelqu’un vient nous débloquer le coffre. Placard très anciens, meubles aussi.

Hotel advertised as 4 star, this is definitely misleading!! I would struggle to give it a 3 star in all honesty. We had a family room for 3 people, but only 2 large towels and 1 hand towel was provided when we checked in. The phone in the room was not working and we had to go to reception to ask. Another hotel guest was asking for other amenities too! At the same time we asked for a hairdryer. There were other amenities advertised but not provided, e.g. slippers. We weren't too fussed about these so did not bother to ask. Towel was given (after an hour) but no hairdryer. Next day, after a full day of exploring Amman, we were back to the hotel to find no towels at all been given, no toilet paper and still no hairdryer. We asked reception again. This time a man came to the room with a drill and other tools to install the hairdryer. This should have been done whilst we were not in the room! The second night, we found housekeeping vacuuming around 9:30pm! very late and very surprising. Breakfast buffet was passable, staff were friendly. But general housekeeping was very very poor.

Be Careful ! overbooking trick. upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that hotel is fully booked so they will have me stay at their apartment building nearby even though Expedia confirm my booking few days back ! as soon as I went to the room, I realize that this is probably what they do with most of their customers who are staying for few nights or traveling alone. the apartment room was absolutely disgusting & dirty. I didn't argue with them since I'm staying that night only & leaving to the airport the next morning. breakfast has limited choices & not for 4 starts hotel. Expedia should investigate & seriously re-consider listing or working with this hotel ( overbooking tricks should be illegal thru Expedia )

Sandy Palace Hotel located in the busy street close to street mall/ stores, very convinience if you like shopping. The hotel staffs were very friendly, ordered food from the kitchen, it was tasty & good price. However breakfast is just okay after a few days got bored. I booked family room, and it was very spacious 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Good price, can complaint about it.

Large room with very comfy beds. Staff were good. Nice city view and excellent location.

Good location. Great staff. Not bad for the price through Expedia. Housekeeping in general needs to be improved so you don't have to ask for stuff that is missing in your room.

Good price but very old hotel. Not clean the room every day. Bad breakfast. Fast WiFi.

The stuff so rude, they mAke you feel so nervous.
