I've stayed here several times. The breakfast is better than most hotels. its clean and quiet. The indoor pool/hot tub are amazing. I will continue to stay here when I visit Clarksville. Added bonus staff are very friendly and helpful

Too many rules - not family friendly
I booked this room based on its appearance to be good for families & pet friendly as I was traveling with my young daughter and pup. I asked the bartender where we could eat dinner were the puppy can be with us and apparently i was 10 minutes too early to be in the bar area so she herded me out and pushed the gate closed behind me while i was still speaking and told me to come back. It was 11° outside so we just hung in our roo.. the staff was animate that the pup wasnt allowed anywhere but in specific areas... areas where theres no seating or tables. They wouldnt accomodate us at all and was very pushy to make us conform. My daughter and i had to share the computer chair while we ate at tje tiny desk. Breakfast they say is free but the arrange it so you have to tip someone. The pool was luke warm and the kids are NOT allowed in the hot tub. The rooms had water stains, the carpet needed to be stretched & the tv remote woulsnt work. This hotel is not family friendly but would be great for long term contractor stays, etc. The beds were comfy and clean

Nice clean hotel. We had drinks at the bar as well as a meal. Everything was good. We did not swim or use the sauna/whirlpool but they all looked in good shape. Conveniently located just off the highway.

From good to terrible in only 1 year.
Wife was confronted by employees while getting stuff out of the car. Very aggressive in their approach, no identification as hotel staff. On New Years Eve lost power for over 2 hours, only 1 person working entire facility. Maintenance person was finally reached and reset breaker to our room after plans with granddaughter were ruined. Next morning front desk person very belligerent, very unsympathetic. Said GM wouldn't help either so off to corporate we go. Also, note that several fire pull stations and fire extinguisher boxes had broken glass, questionable whether they would work. Used to be a good motel, apparently new owners or managers that just don't care.

Fun Motel
Great fun motel; has bar, restaurant, and big buffet breakfast. The poor lady at the bar seemed to have to do everything, serve bar, served in dining area. I saw two workers in dining area just visiting with each other. Would definitely stay again.

Best Quality Inn
I was skeptical about booking here because normally quality inn is not my idea of a good hotel (I'm kind of a hotel snob). Anyway it was rated just as high as some of the bigger name hotels in the area (if not higher), and for a surprisingly low price. One of the main things I will pay extra for when booking a hotel is an honest to goodness hot breakfast, and not just the piddly make your own waffle hot breakfast. After seeing the reviews and pictures I decided to give it a shot. Did not disappoint! You will want to get there before 930 though, it seems like the last hour is slim pickings. Besides the good breakfast, the place was clean, staff was helpful and cheerful, room was quiet, and beds were comfy. And the lobby was still beautifully decorated for Christmas! Looked very elegant. My only complaint was that the place was a little dated. But it seemed like there are upgrades taking place, there was some construction going on while we were there. Not sure what it was, and it wasn't super loud or anything. So hopefully they are able to get some much needed updates! I would pay extra for that for sure next time!

Family Overnight
Spent one night check in went very well, the shower head didn’t have great pressure but it was a good temperature. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The only complaints were the door was kind of jammed it made it hard to get into and the ac/heat unit made a terrifying whistle sound when it was turning off. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds were impeccable.
