Dream Away Unit C- Beach Dreams Property

The property was very nice, rooms were clean and looked recently remodeled. Kitchen was welled stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal, and the bathroom had a nice little cart with shampoo and conditioner, tanning lotion and sunblock just in case you forgot something,. beach chairs and towels available also. We had trouble with the tv in the bedroom, it would come on but couldn't get any channels, talked to Wendy about it and she said it would be taken care of but nobody came to fix it and we were only staying 1 more night anyways so it wasn't that big of a deal to us. The description on VRBO does say that there is a hot tub and pool but the pool belongs to the cottage next door ( and they made sure to let us know that) and there is not a hot tub either. Overall it is a well maintained property, the local is great, within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants and of course its right on the beach!

We stayed here for 4 nights in March, and the place was great! The unit is the top right apartment of a 4-unit bldg., and likely the 2nd nicest compared to the left top unit since that unit has a deck. Still, we had great views of the beach out the living room windows, and our week was nice and quiet. Tight parking, but a mid-sized car fits fine. Couch and chair in living room are comfortable, and large smart-TV is great. Kitchen is updated with excellent cabinets and counters and appliances. Bedroom is large with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All in all, this is an excellent little place for a couple wanting a nice get-away with nice restaurants just a walk away, along with great beaches.

Right on the beach. One block to lots of local action. Shuttle bus was 100ft. away.

The place is beautifully decorated, and so close to the beach and restaurants and night life - everything!! We had a wonderful time on our stay, and being so close helped in a big way.

This 1 bedroom unit was absolutely ideal for my boyfriend and I during our 6-day stay. The location was so perfect and the beach view from the main/sitting area was lovely!! It really offered a feeling of being on the beach, even when indoors. The unit has everything you need and the updated kitchen was one of my favorite things about the place. Wendy makes evething very easy and the entire experience was top notch! We were steps away from so much and really only used our car a few times to explore other areas of the island. We really enjoyed going up to Anna Maria for one of our days there (sunset from Bean Point was breathtaking), but we realized Bradenton Beach was the perfect place to stay for us. It’s a quiet area but not so quiet, you can’t find a late-night bite to eat or nightcap. Especially compared to other beach destinations we’ve been, the beach was surprisingly quiet and never crowded or noisy. We always had plenty of room and privacy regardless of the time of day. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only minor discomfort was that the bedroom did get a little warm just because of the location of the AC unit but this didn’t take away from the overwhelmingly positive experience we had. Loved the local charm, friendliness and pride people take in preserving their island vibe AND their turtles!!

Wendy was awesome to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. Mtgeproperty is in a great location with perfect beach access. We ended up splitting our time between 2 units and they were both very clean and comfortable! They only challenge we had was the early morning traffic was a little disruptive since the bedroom is on the street side. Other than that, we had a really nice time.

I stay in many VRBO's and this one is totally worthy of a five star rating. Beautifully decorated, clean, and the location couldn't be better.

This rental was a cute little place. It was a nice place to land for an extended business trip. It was very clean and they thought of everything you could possibly need. I enjoyed my time here. Several places to eat are within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were only two drawbacks. One was the window air unit made it too cold in the living room and too warm in the bedroom and bathroom. Also, the WiFi is not strong enough to be able to watch TV in the bedroom. It is a smart TV and kept giving me an error message that there was no WiFi signal. All in all it is a great place just a few steps away from the beach!

This home is in a perfect location! Newly renovated and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy on our stay and she was absolutely delightful. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We are DEFINITELY coming back. Melissa Overton
