This character cottage has been recently renovated and retains many original features. Our wish is that guests relax, enjoy the view and take in the serenity and peace of our period cottage.
Within walking distance to the beautiful local beaches and only a 500 metre stroll into the very heart of the Bunbury CBD with it's fabulous cafe strip, as well as numerous restaurants and shops. A short 5 minute car journey will bring you to the Dolphin Discovery Centre at Koombana Bay and within half an hour you can be sipping wine at one of the many wineries in the Ferguson Valley. For a day trip you might wish to explore Busselton, Dunsborough, Cape Naturaliste and the magnificent Margaret River region with superb wineries and breathtaking beaches.
The cottage is ideally located for small groups and families as well as perfect for corporate business visitors to the area.
The property has off street parking (for two cars), new carpets and modern bathrooms, including a spa bath and fully fitted kitchen.The lounge room has a flat screen TV plus a selection of books and games. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room as well as fans in all bedrooms to ensure maximum comfort all year round. Guests also have access to WIFI.
Situated on the high side of the street the house has a large deck with outdoor furniture. The house faces east and captures the morning sun while enjoys the cool shade and gentle afternoon sea breezes. The covered veranda ensures a comfortable spot even in the cooler months.
The house is fully self-contained with all high quality linen, pillows and towels supplied.
Should you wish to stay at little longer, the house will be serviced weekly at no additional charge.
Please note that the property is accessed by a set of 13 sturdy brick steps with a handrail (please refer to photographs). Hence the property is not suitable for young children, the elderly and anyone who is unstable on their feet.
We expect our guests to give utmost respect to the property and have a very enjoyable stay and hence the following rules are strictly enforced:
Strictly no parties, no school leavers groups, no UNI students end of semester celebrations and no GTM attendees.
Harbour Views is a no-smoking property. If you wish to smoke on the deck and butts are found in the gardens this may incur an additional $15 fee for cleaning.
Guests must not burn candles or incense anywhere inside or in the gardens of the property.
Harbour Views is next door to our family home and as such we expect guests to conduct themselves in a proper manner so as not to cause a nuisance to ourselves and neighbouring properties.
No loud noise, loud music or excessive drinking or unruly behaviour will be tolerated and may result in the termination of the booking. If a booking ends or is terminated, guests will be asked to leave immediately. In the event that a booking is terminated no refund will be given.
Sorry no dogs or pets are allowed at this property.
For the safety and comfort of our guests as well as out of respect for the property no bookings are to be made for no more than 6 people (including children).
The Owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of Guest property or any injury that the Guest may incur while staying at the property.
Payment of the deposit or payment in full, constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
