It started at the airport pickup. While they have free airport shuttle pick up, I waited 1 hour & 15 mins for them. i called the moment I arrived, glad there were other people on the bay so I didn’t mind the time waiting until they got picked up by their respective hotel shuttles, I called 3x, 30 mins apart & 15 mins apart, all they told me was the friver is on his way. Until the last call, they told me, they are busy, they dont have staff, so i have to wait! It was their security guard who drove their shuttle btw.
Check in: 3pm. Literally 3pm. They’re lobby has flies flying around, no vending machine for snacks!
Room: i called reception to fix my door bec i can’t lock it from the inside. Maintenance came and did “for the meantime” fixed! I called again, bec my door isn’t locking no one came!! I tried to partially fix my door! It will take us atleast 15-20mins to lock our doors both from outside and inside!!
Room: we informed the reception that the AC is not working. We dropped the thermosat at 58 (lowest) and it still registering at 80! It was hot as hell!
- reception told me they have no spare rooms for me to transfer bec they are fully booked!!!
Reception staff has been really rude, no courtesy over the phone, no customer service whatsoever.
Food: no 24 hour room service!
Smell: stinks!! I know it is an old hotel, but, the smell! Good thing I always bring my Lysol with me!
