Pros Accesible to the mall, restaurants and bars. Early check -in Cons The carpet was dirty. I was on bearfoot doing excercise. By the time I was finished my foot was so dirty. The towels were not soft. It does not have a conditioner. The room smelled tobacco.

Good points -very friendly staff -location Bad points -only 1 device can use wifi for entire stay -rooms not cleaned reg or to a good standard -in main lobby the floors are filthy as are the lifts -no Mosquito photocatalyst units so got eaten alive -no room service -gym is in lg and really smells also filthy with mostly broken old Equipment, -Smoking room full of mosquitoes and usually locked. -The hotel photos on the website do not reflect the true condition of the hotel

Insect infested bed, stained towels....
Even at the reduced price, this hotel is way too expensive. I arrived, they were fully booked, and didn't even have a room for me. Finally got a room, and had to remove insects from the bed during the night. The towels were very stained with brown marks, and also the bed sheets smelt of mould. As bad as it gets in a hotel in Makati, there is much better in the area.

It looks like a run down version of a one upon a time quite fine hotel. It is clean and check in and out were fine and hassle free. Overall worth the money for this inexpensive hotel

The location of this hotel was good, room was big and the staff was friendly and quick to help with any request. Unfortunately that is about the end of the positives. I’d say this hotel was probably nice about 50 years ago but their upkeep is terrible. The walls and windows were dirty, the power outlets were hanging out of the wall which seemed unsafe. The bathroom was very dirty looking with old grout and cracked tiles. The furniture in the room and lobby had stains. I’m glad I was only staying for 2 nights. The WiFi was so slow and they only allowed us to connect it to one device! Also we had to call down to ask for fresh towels as they never cleaned our room. I’d look for somewhere else for my next stay.

Amazing, strategic location,the hotel is just across the road from the agency of my husband ,, my expectation of a 3.5star hotel is met. This is my 3rd time of stay in this hotel and I will surely book again.. only I hope that online bookers may enjoy the free breakfast of this hotel. As I inquire the front desk, only the walk in clients can avail their free breakfast. Another thing.. I was dismayed during our last stay only one CP is allowed to use their free WiFi. I need to log out our previous connection during our previous stay in order to log in for the new password. The front desk staff only allowed my husband's celfon. She is not friendly and not wearing a smile and quite unkind in explaining to me about the hotel policy. But, generally, the hotel is amazing. I just hope ,next time, when we book again thru online, we can already avail the free breakfast.
