Dear Marriott Management,
I wanted to share feedback about our recent experience at your property. While the hotel itself was good and we liked the place and cleaning staff was extremely good (Danielle), our breakfast experience on both Friday and today (Monday) was unfortunately disappointing. One of the servers, Nelli, was not at all hospitable. Maybe she was busy but she set the really negative tone to our both days.Her service was very unwelcoming, and lacked the warmth or professionalism we expect at Marriott.
We felt uncomfortable, and rather than starting the day on a peaceful note, we were left not feeling great. In contrast, Natalie (who served us over the weekend) was absolutely lovely — attentive, polite, and exactly what one expects from Marriott hospitality. The difference between the two was stark. She knew our order and knew how we wanted as she understood and didn’t say its not there without seeing, that we already had that order.
Additionally, we were disappointed that room service was not available during our stay, which made things less convenient, especially while traveling with family. I should have checked for my parents.
We chose Marriott expecting a standard of service that unfortunately wasn’t upheld consistently during our stay. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, as guest experience is defined not just by the property, but also by the attitude and efficiency of the staff. Thank you.
