We drove up to see an outdoor check-in, weather is below freezing; made me feel I was in an unsafe area. The clerk unlocked the lobby and let me in; check in was fine. The bathroom had two long black hairs in the sink, towels had stains and holes, and the toilet was the height of a preschool classroom.I could see through the doorframe but the heater took care of the incoming air. Bed was fine.

Outside the property is clearly renovated and looks fresh. The rooms interior was very outdated, with bedding and furniture that needs to all be replaced. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The cleanliness was questionable and rooms had an odor.

On rt 66 - cars drag race ALL NIGHT LONG. The hotel is very clean and staff nice. Location very scary (drugs and police activity)- not family safe.

We were passing through and needed a place to crash for the night not realizing there was a Balloon Festival going on so I do believe the cost for this room was a bit overpriced. I woke up about 4am to a horrible sewer smell that lasted for a few hours. I had to cover my head with the blanket because that’s how bad the smell was.

I was very impressed with my stay here. The front desk staff went above and beyond and was so genuinely kind. The room was perfectly clean, the bath water was steaming hot, the ac was ice cold, and the spineless prickly pear cactuses all over the property were gorgeous.

The owner waa rude to me about where i parked. The room had old towels with dark stains llike it wasn't clean. It is summer and when i went into room it was way too hot. I had put AC on and ledt room to cool off. I didn't enjoy my stay.

Nice for an older unit. Nice and clean , but two towels for three people. No free breakfast and those restaurants nearby were gone now. Very quiet and heard no road noise. The bath fan turns on when the light does and it is noisy and needs a good interior cleaning. It might quiet it down if clean and reoiled.But the heater fan is quite loud when it kicks on. We turned the heat down as plenty of blankets. Easy access to the freeway I-10. Very nice shower power and it heats fast,

We never checked in. Ask to inspect room first. There was a strong odor of cleaning fluids that irritated my throat. So we canceled and went elsewhere.

The check in staff was very pleasant. They mentioned that the room was more expensive due to the balloon festival. We had about 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and ran out very quickly. Our room also had no shampoo or soap in it. If I had paid $80 for the room, I would not complain. But I was charged $200due to the time of year and there’s nothing acceptable about not having basic needs for that price.
