Arrived at the property a hour after check-in but still had to wait over an hour for a room to become available. Reserved an accessible room with sofa bed, no sofa in room. Shower bench not stable. Maintenance unable to fix. Was not able to use shower bench because of safety reasons per maintenance team. Per the front desk no other accessible room was available to transfer too. On the other hand the Manager compensated for the inconveniences. The hotel provided glass of wine during waiting period for check-in, took off $80 of the room rate for the first night and provided free meals for the two-night stay! Customer Service well done!
